This is probably been the best experience that I’ve had - Mlalberetti24

This is probably been the best experience that I’ve had in Car buying. Michael. Killeen has been most helpful and has gone out of his way to make the purchasing and the transition into the workings of the new car very easy for me and I appreciate that so much. He spent extra time helping me understand the workings of the new car which had so many different features from my previous cars. It turned out to be a very easy choice because of all of the service and attention I received.

As someone who has bought quite a few different cars from - tacamporab8

As someone who has bought quite a few different cars from quite a few different places, I haven’t had an experience as professional, relaxed, and efficient as I did at VW Mystic. Matt received my initial inquiry over the phone, confirmed availability of the vehicle I was interested in, and even had it parked out front ready for a test drive before I arrived. Matt was exceptionally knowledgeable about VW of which I was a first time shopper. Matt made the entire process easy and pressure free. Took me on a test drive, explained the vehicle, and walked through the entire process quickly. He was conscious and respectful of my expectations and time. Dan took care of appraising my trade, reinforcing all of the information I was given by Matt, and all of the paperwork that was needed to have my purchase completed all in the same day. I am now the proud owner of a certified pre-owned VW GTI thanks to Matt and Dan. I would recommend friends and family to visit Matt and Dan at VW Mystic next time they are looking for a new vehicle. Thanks!

We walked into Route 7 Nissan on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. Richard and Bruno were very professional and transparent. It was a no pressure atmosphere, which is unusual. We picked up our Pathfinder on Saturday and were so happy with the vehicle and experience we went back and purchased a second one the same day! I have been a customer of Jays for the last 9 years. - Amy.richmond64

I have been a customer of Jays for the last 9 years. In that time I have leased four cars from him. I also recently brought my son to him to lease his first car. Each transaction with him has been absolutely seamless. From choosing a vehicle, financing, and maintenance. Every car has ran great and was reliable. I absolutely love my Toyotas and will never drive anything else. Jay has always been patient, honest, friendly and accommodating. He always has my best interests in mind. I have also had nothing but positive experiences with other employees in the finance and repair departments. I have found them all to be extremely friendly and honest as well. I highly recommend Jay and Toyota of Bristol for all your car needs. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have always found the sales and service group to be of - samurai250

I have always found the sales and service group to be of the highest caliber. I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I can't give enough praise to the service group which is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership, they all are extremely pleasant, listen intently and work extremely hard to keep me as a happy customer. A special thanks to the assistant service manager David Ortiz, he has always " has my back" especially when there are tough questions being asked by me, thank you David for all you have done for me and my family! Paul

I had a wonderful experience at Audi Danbury! - AUDI-A3

I had a wonderful experience at Audi Danbury! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, pleasant, & seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan & also the General Manager Al, both of whom went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. They were knowledgeable, attentive, transparent, & genuinely committed to ensuring that all of my questions were answered. What stood out most was the level of personal attention & the way I was treated throughout the process. My previous vehicle had been totaled in an accident & searching for a replacement vehicle was stressful. They made me feel comfortable, valued, & confident in my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Audi Danbury to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience

They are conveniently located, and I was able to get an appointment in the same week I made the request. I was very pleased they were having a tire special, buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar. The only downer was they were unable to complete the recall on my Escape infotainment system, due to a computer problem. I was informed in advance that they'd been having problems uploading the update, so it wasn't a total surprise. I had made arrangenents to leave it all day, as he had told me the update had been frequently failing, and needing to be restarted. I hope it will be quick when they get the issue resolved.
