First visit car wasn't ready when told it would be. They even contacted me to make the appointment to come see it. Then bought car and one key fab was broken. Was told to get it fixed and email them the receipt to get it covered. 2 emails later and no one has answered me back ...which is unfortunate because we do like the car and i liked the online process of finding a car but customer service is severely lacking.
