From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Scott, one of the most down-to-earth and personable salespeople we’ve ever met. Scott made the entire process feel relaxed and pressure-free. He gave us plenty of space to explore and test drive the CX-90, while still being available to answer all of our questions. The service advisor also offered some reasonable and friendly recommendations on when to complete future service items on my F250. Overall another good experience with Tasca Berlin.

Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly. Dealers often advertise about wanting to earn customers' business--Rolando actually followed through with responsiveness, integrity and respectfulness that motivated me to make the trek.

My husband and I leased a beautiful new Tuscon Select Premium about a month ago at Brandfon Hyundai. We love the car so much, we decided to lease a second vehicle. Even though we have closer option, there was no question that we would be returning to Brandfon for car. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, the employees were professional, accommodating, and kind. They were transparent and we felt no pressure in the friendly, warm environment. We were given the time we needed to discuss our options with Dennis, the sales manager. He helped us make a decision and there were no hidden fees. Dennis went out of his way to find a vehicle on the lot so we could drive away with it the same day. There were no Tuscons on the lot that matched what we were looking for, so Dennis found a higher model and gave us an exceptional deal. The sales and leasing consultant, Tyler, was very patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time making sure that we felt comfortable. Tyler really seemed to prioritize a relationship with us, rather than just making a sale. He communicated with the service department, making sure our car was ready for us as fast as possible. Tyler spent time reviewing the car with us and going over all the features. He reached out the day after we got the car to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and its features, as well as setting us up on the Bluelink app so we could use all the technology that is available to Hyundai owners. Rafael, the business manager, went through the financing we us, making the most stressful part of the day when buying or leasing a car much more comfortable. He provided all the information to us in a clear manner, and just as he had with our last purchase, Rafael felt more like a friend than a businessman while still remaining professional. We left feeling comfortable and very happy with our lease agreement. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Brandfon as the dealership to use when buying a Hyundai. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They handled us with a kindness and professionalism that is hard to find in the car industry. Went to Stephen Automall in Bristol, Ct and received a professional buying experience meeting with Mike Collins the sales professional. He really knew his stuff. Thank goodness it was a great experience at Stephen Cadillac because the previous dealership I visited wasted 2 ½ hours of my time and never to date bothered to follow up by phone or text about the Cadillac XT5 I was interested in. Mike at Stephen Cadillac was the opposite and followed up by text and phone quickly at least 6 times answering all my questions. The delivery process went smoothly and on time. The car was in the showroom when I arrived and created a caring atmosphere for delivery as well as a delivery coordinator to go over all the functions on the Cadillac.
