Visiting this Dealership and the Service Department is always a painless experience. The service area is clean and tidy, along with plenty personnel who quickly greet you in the drive-up area. Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review. Liers! Ive waited 5 weeks fora car im being ghosted. Bad work on their part. They fixed one thing took my back window out to do and my friend in a nice dress got soaked the other night the carpet has mold in it. I almost died having mrsa,pneumonia and sepsis 4 months ago. Now my truck is not safe because of crummy work. My $150 part that I was told would be $775 at 230 then at 5. The price went to over $2,900. Liers! No paycheck they said they didn't have one to lend me. So I had to find money for a rent a car. Ive always had a Ford! Not anymore. This is so bad how ive been treated. Im putting this on every social media platform
