Marcelene Dye, I just wanted to thank you very much for all that you did helping me on Wed. 8/20, setting up the new accessory products to be ordered, installed with the specialist techs to do each part also. It was alot of puzzle pieces to coordinate together. And you made it go very smoothly for me !  (stress free😁) There is 1 small issue with the hood deflector on the passenger side front. Its set slightly higher than the driver's side & you see a gap between it & the car's hood.--I will send you a separate email on that with attached pics (sep email). That will get addressed when I come in next wk. & I will call you first. I will be back into Honda next wk sometime, I will call before just showing up with the kayak on top of the car for Jerry to do the final adjustment on the kayak rack.   Thank you very much for all your help, I greatly appreciated all that you did to make things go smoothly. You as an employee of Honda of Ocala are a very excellent asset to them & all of your customers too.

I am retired Navy and really appreciate someone going the extra mile for others! I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies took the ball and ran with it to resolve my predicament and involve others to get the right answers. Eventually a service manager contacted me to say we had options to resolve the situation with final answers coming from a warranty decision outside of Hyundai. Within 1 day everything was agreed upon and fixed. Thank you Wallace Hyundai of Stewart Fl for caring.

Thank you Davis Nissan for great experience while getting my vehicle service. I have been a customer of this Dealership since 2018. I purchased 2016 Maxim from Westside Nissan and a 2020 Murano from Greenway Nissan. I stop by today as a walk in. I can honestly say the customer service has increased by 100% through out the dealership. My meet and great at Service Dept with Joey was outstanding. Katia Ruseva gave me a great overview of the 2025 Murano....I loved it. I definitely will be contacting Katia for a ride in Murano. I did notice on this visit a lot full of beautiful cars something I hadn't seen in pass. Highly Recommend if you looking for a good reasonable price car stop by. Again Thank You and happy to be a Davis Nissan soon to be repeat customer😃😃.

Came in for a service appointment at Gunther Volkswagen in Pompano Beach and ended up asking about the ID.4 while I was there. Husein was super helpful—he answered all my questions about EVs, charging, range, and everything in between. I wasn’t even planning to look at a new car that day, but the info he gave me really got me thinking, I told him my lease wasn’t up on my Tiguan, but gave me his personal line and I definitely will be back to purchase with him. This review is a follow-up to my first experience with the dealer and subsequent review on February 15th. I returned to the dealer shortly after providing some straightforward feedback about my first service experience, and I was pleased with the responses I got. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler.

Excellent service from all staff I encounter. Would like to thank Mr. Alan Berkowitz - Salesman, for taking all the time needed to make my purchase experience as smooth and transparent as possible. I originally came into the dealership due to a service request I placed and ended up trading in my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo model for a showroom 2025 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo. Once I saw it, I could not take my eyes off it and decided I wanted to talk numbers with someone, which is where Alan came into the picture. All said and done, 4 hours later, I closed the deal and departed the dealership with the new showroom model. Very pleased and excited with it and look forward to having and driving it for years to come. Thank-you Alan for all of your patience and making me a very happy customer! Job well done sir. :-)

I have to say a great dealership, I love the separate booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my concerns and was honest with me about how long it was gonna take. I did like the waiting room was comfortable, but the charging station I have to say did not charge my phone but overall service was great and my truck runs fantastic.

We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.
