I traded in my 2022 Subaru outback Limited, edition XT and purchased the 2025 model as I found out they were changing the body styles in 2026 thanks to Anthony Landers. I love this body style and decided I wanted to keep it so I traded it in purchased a new one. I bought my first one from Anthony in 2022 and Anthony is now on thw finance team. He made this process extremely easy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new car and Allan was great with showing me some of the new features and letting me know that any questions that I had or came up with after I left that they are always available for me to call. I love Subaru of Gainesville. The customer service is fantastic and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them in the future when I need another car thanks so much guys Dayna Landers.

Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.

Total disappointment with the service manager when I called about getting a warranty appointment as my 2023 was experiencing severe hesitation yesterday and was a dangerous situation. I told him I had purchased a car at the dealership and in the past they provided me with a loaner as I only have one vehicle in my family and I live in Sebastian. He in essence told me that I couldn’t just come on my appointment time and sit and wait as he was totally uncertain whether he could get to it with the right person. He suggested perhaps I go to another dealership which I will now and it’s their loss cause I was considering trading it in the near future for a new one. I called a different dealership, and the tone of the service managers conversation with me was night and day. How to lose a customer in one simple phone call too bad.

This please is horrible and dishonest I took my z there after an accident and they gave an estimate of 6046 to fix my car a week later they changed the estimate to 29000 for things that did not need to be done to the car , and refused to fix after I declined to do the extra work I went and talked to the gm and he did nothing and Chris and the collision manager are horrible people to deal with they think that they can just talk any way to people as a local business owner, I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience, if this is how they treat people , they should not be working there ,
