After days looking for a used truck at many websites and dealers, I bought the truck I wanted at Coggin Ford, Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL. I will start with the selection of trucks and the prices I saw at this dealer. Great selection, many options (years, models, features, etc.) and reasonable prices. When I walked inside the dealer, I was cordially greeted at the lobby and then helped by Arturo at sales. Arturo was really nice and helpful; he understood what I was looking for, the budget, the truck features I needed, and he answered all my questions (what he did not know he would check for me); he showed me the truck I liked and told me everything about it. Although it was raining that day, he had no problems and gladly took me for a test drive. After deciding on this truck, I could not take it with me that day, it needed a new windshield. Arturo kept me informed at all times about the status of the truck, that helped a lot. Chris, the manager, was also very friendly, respectful and professional, he showed that he cares for his clients and that means a lot; at billing and financing, Darlene was so sweet, and Pat, so nice and respectful too! At service, I must mention Jasson and Titus. So helpful and again, service showed great customer service practices. Titus thanks for remembering my name! The dealership staff made every aspect of this purchase easy. It has a great team and what they said or we had agreed to, was exactly what was done! no hassle, no excuses, it was a smooth process, and I appreciate it so much! not too common at dealers, and after watching social media videos showing negative experiences from people buying cars (did not see any on this Coggin Ford dealer) I decided that it was important to add a positive review for a dealership that I feel deserves it. I have loved my 2019 Sante Fe xl. At 100k miles, it immediately started having issues. When I went to pick it up after a $1300 service bill, the vehicle was not fixed. The dealership has had the car for over a week and is currently throwing their hands up as to what is causing it to idle rough and want to sputter out at stops. I have to say, I have loved the vehicle, but the service department has been a disappointment from the get go. They have terrible scheduling and, although I think they have tried to improve their service team, Though Tristan has tried, I have had service managers in the past that were nothing short of rude and condescending. Some of the employees are extremely awesome and go the extra mile to help, but mainly the service department leaves a lot to be desired.

I wanted to thank Rickie Stinson for being outstanding salesman. He made me feel comfortable in buying a car I wasn't sure if I was going to get it. He answers all the questions and he was not pushy. He gave me time that I needed before signing the paperwork. For female going in on her own and being older this was blessing. Also, I like to thank the gentleman the loan officer for explaining to me the different type of warrant to me and making my experience positive one. Unfortunately, I just heard today that this car dealership was bought out, and new owner brought in their own people. I wish all the salesman from Jackson Kia the best.

Shawn is the best at what he does in business and more. I met him on Thursday and we closed on Saturday. He and the team made this as seamless as possible. I went to him first, he had the vehicle ready, we did the test drive then went to talk business. He gave me numbers then the next few days I did my due diligence. No one came close to what he offered so I went back and closed the deal. This was my best experience in my life buying a vehicle. I only wish I could buy a second vehicle from him with this one. We can't thank Omar (Salesman), Anthony (Sales Manager) and Gerardo (Finance Manager) for an amazing experience from start to finish! We were greeted very promptly and friendly which was really nice. We were and never felt pressured or rushed into the purchase. We were however, able to ask as many questions as we felt needed about the vehicle to financing options and all the way down to extended warranty and service contracts. These three gentlemen were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire purchase process (which was the easiest we have ever experienced) and most definitely will bring the truck back to Coggin Chevrolet for regular maintenance. We MOST DEFINITELY Recommend Coggin Chevrolet!!!!

I would love to give them 0 stars. Do not buy from this dealership. They will constantly try to renegotiate with tacked on fees like $1,000 extra if you do not finance and $1500 for dealer fee. I had negotiated a fair price only to have the Sales Manager David, renege on the deal. When I confronted David with the situation he basically called me a liar when I relayed the conversation I had with his sales rep, denying his rep confirmed the deal. To add insult to injury, he said said since I am an attorney, he was not surprised I would lie. All of this took place over the phone as it was an out of state purchase. I would write what his rep said but I don't want to get him fired.

Oh my! Our experience was the BEST car buying experience and we've bought more than 10 in our lifetime. We spent two days in CarMax and walked out with more than we could have hoped for. Neither of us has purchased a pre-owned vehicle since the 1970's! Terry Tsakiris was our sales consultant and he was like an angel sent from heaven to help us! He seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted. He wasn't in a hurry and he wasn't pushy. Actually, working with Terry was such a rewarding experience that we are actually looking forward to our next buying experience. Lastly, I want to spread some love to Sosha, our Customer Advisor. We had a couple of very small things that needed to be taken care of and she made us feel like she wanted the best for us. We are spreading the word about our exceptional CarMax experience.

Avoid this dealership. I bought a used Tesla. Needed the wheels replaced. They replaced the wheels with defective studs/lugs. The wheel literally almost fell off. Also, I paid cash for the car and I still do not have the title or plates after 2 months. No one takes responsibility for no one communicates. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 6 weeks to get someone to get me the title and plates. No one helps. I will never do business with this dealership again. Extremely disappointing.
