I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT FWD with 1.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, adaptive cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency/automatic braking, cross traffic alert, CVT & a lot of other modern features from Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson, FL. I have purchased over 15 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 60 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search by looking for the model I wanted locally online and comparing pricing. After I visited a couple of dealerships I found two Equinoxes that I liked and I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from several of these dealers. I settled on Castriota Chevrolet based on their selection and pricing. They are a large volume family-owned dealership so they offer better pricing than their corporate competitors. From this and past experiences I find it’s better to shop at a family-owned dealership vs. the corporate ones that refuse to negotiate. My first interaction was with Kenny Enox, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Terry Bedard provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Terry. No tricks. Also, they gave me the best price for my trade in. Kenny provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Equinox with a lot of modern features. Kenny took about a two hours to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Kenny walking us thru all the electronics. Joe from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork and discussed the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson has been selling Chevrolets since 1979 and based on my current and past experiences with them I can see why they have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. No foolish “market” adjustments. This is probably the last vehicle that I will buy since I’m 87, but I will buy another vehicle from them again if I need to. Never has it been so easy for me to purchase a car, knrw what I was kinda of looking for on their website, then DeAndre reached out to me and found exactly what the car i needed ,sent me a couple different vehicles they had on the lot, showed up and found the one that I liked in a thursday,,said id be back on the following Tuesday to pick it up, 1 hour in and out, took my trade,, Matt the manager was fantastic,,,but DeAndre was the best, stayed in constant touch with me while the whole transaction was happening, was there when I picked up the vehicle and we have communicated since the purchase, making sure things were good,, if you get to posner park,, ask for DeAndre ,,, he is the man. A great buying experience at Pat Fisher Nissan I recently purchased a GMC Canyon from Pat Fisher Nissan, and it turned out to be a genuinely great experience — even though it started a little rocky. My salesman, Justin, had just started working there, and his inexperience showed early on. But here's the thing: when I laid out exactly what information I needed to consider the deal, Justin didn't get defensive or brush me off. He was happy to go find every detail I asked for. That willingness to learn and follow through made all the difference. The test drive went well, and from there I presented an informal offer — contingent on a stringent mechanical inspection that I wanted to perform myself, coordinated with the Pat Fisher service department. This is where they really earned my trust. Dominic and his service team were extremely accommodating and let me carefully check the truck over the way I wanted to. As someone who takes mechanical condition seriously, that cooperation meant a lot. At closing, the offer I made was honored exactly as we'd discussed — no surprises, no last-minute changes. They even sent me off with a full tank of fuel. It was a pleasure dealing with Justin in sales, Jeff the GM, and Dominic and his service department team. I'd recommend them.

My wife and I found a Jeep we were interested in on line and it was located at xx. Pete Mitsubishi. We were initially put in contact with Charlie from a different dealership. I made contact with Charkie over the phone and told him the Jeep we were interested in. Charlie and I pretty much had everything squared away over the view prior to our arrival to look at the Jeep and take it for a test drive. Due to my work, we weren't able to get to the dealership until later in the evening. Charlie put us in contact with Genny, so she would be our contact person when we arrived.
