Your dealership is one of the most efficiently run and operated dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No time is wasted, yet, a customer, like myself is never feeling rushed or, the opposite, neglected. My service rep, Russell M was terrific. The video feed sent to my phone regarding the inspection process was excellent. I live in Northern Wisconsin and I have to travel nearly 200 miles to get to the dealership that I bought my Hyundai at. They are very good, but, they don’t hold a candle to your dealership in Fort. Myers. Keep up the great customer service and I will probably see you next Winter.
