"Your Dealer for Life" more like "Your Dealer for LESS". Less satisfaction, less customer service, NO MORE Business from me! Starts off 5 months ago looking to purchase my wife a 2022 Tahoe. Salesman says 15,000.00 over sticker take it or leave it. Oh and by the way it could take 6-8 months to receive but you will make the payments in the mean time. Granted I know the entire country was dealing with Shortage issues. After Purchasing 7 vehicles in the past and my parents and family members purchasing more than 20 from this dealership. Needless to say I left it. called John Thornton Chevy spoke with Bradley who was great. Was told "They have one on order not one red cent above sticker price , come put a deposit down financing 2 weeks before arrival and done. Got the Tahoe all is well. Steering wheel was a little off center noticed 2 days later. Called Bradley let him know we would be using Southtowne for service being that it was closer said they will take care of it with the first service under warranty. Oil light comes on around 7000-7200 miles, call Southtowne to schedule. Its a week out no problem bring it in for service and to have steering wheel checked. "Sorry GM won't cover it passed 7500 miles, you have 7551 miles. Won't let them touch my truck ever. called John Thornton, come on in sir we will take care of it for you no problem. Enough Said never again Southtowne. Preston Smith = NO Stars but had to pick one to use the rating system.

Dishonest business practices. I wanted to sell my used car to Toccoa Chevrolet. Kelly Bluebook gave me a guaranteed offer FROM the dealership. When I went to the dealership, they offered me considerably less even though I showed them the printed offer from KBB. Why are you partnered with Kelly Bluebook and their guaranteed offer program if you cannot deliver? Bait and switch. I would avoid doing business with this dealership.

This place should be SHUT DOWN! I’m leaving one star for the sake of being able to write this review. This dealership should be absolutely ashamed for their lack of professionalism and human decency! My partner purchased the most expensive car off the showroom floor and their salesman Brian offered to transport my vehicle home while my partner drove his new corvette, well Brian didn’t have the headlights on in the evening time and during a rainstorm, which could have been an honest mistake but contributed to a collision with damages resulting in total loss of my car. Stephen or Stefan (i believe) the General manager has not returned any of my messages and the staff continues to dodge my attempts to speak with them and accept any accountability for the fact that I no longer have a vehicle at their hands. I have a police report proving their salesman Brian was at fault! You have to be utterly callous and cruel people to evade accountability for wrecking your customer’s car who also GAVE YOU GREAT BUSINESS and not once reach out and try to offer some type of resolution, especially as a car dealership! No one at this establishment has shown any true leadership or regard in this situation and they clearly don’t appreciate or value their customers! I thought Chevrolet was a legitimate dealer, but they operate as a very questionable corporation! Now me and my two month old baby are forced to rely on ride-share until i can sort out this matter while they nonchalantly go about potentially screwing over their next customer.

The advisor was not educated on most of the specials and informed me that he didn't know what was on the website because he never visits it. He informed me that I needed two tires. I ask him if they matched prices , he said no when it clearly states on special Guaranteed Price Match on tires. This has never happened in the past because I have always had the best advisor's here.

I was missing a valve stem cap when I arrived there and the gentleman, Mark , that serviced my truck , without me asking , looked for a cap for my truck. I brought my Chevrolet Camaro to Terry Cullen Dealership in Morrow in June 2022. I had a tune up at the cost of $700.00
Three months later my engine light comes on, codes that relate to coil and spark plug. I took my car back two weeks ago with this complaint. NEVER had this problem before. After submitting a bad review, Terry Cullen agreed to put me in a loaner car, and fix the problem. My car was return to me a day later. Which I was charged 500.00. Which was last Thursday September 22, 2022.
Saturday September 24,2022, my car start to do the same thing and the engine light came back on with the same code. I contact Drew Cullen, was advised to bring car back, on Monday September 26,2022. I was put in another loaner car. The sales manager Lee Powell request to take the car home to test drive to see what was going on. Today I was told that a signal is not connecting, to computer and giving that engine light reading and causing tremble. Could been caused by their technician, My question is why didn’t your certified technician take out the time to establish, the problem last week, before charging me $500.00. Now Terry Cullen says it’s going to cost me 0ver $1000.00 to fix the problem, that should have been done the previous week. And they mentioned Now my car pass emission, unless I pay them fix my car for 1000.00!!!

I see in BBB, other customers had the same complaints about bringing their car in for one thing and days later, other issues come up.

The dealerships in Macon were no help. They wouldn't even talk about it because they don't want to work on anything more than 10 or 12 years old.
Terri and Brandi at Hamby were very helpful when I explained my situation and they said they would try to find the problem for me and they did. They really know their stuff and I am so thankful they helped me when no one else would.
