I’m so glad I bought my car at Daniels Chevrolet! They made everything easy and enjoyable from the test drive to negotiations. We worked with Ed Daniels who was easy to talk to and who gave us a great deal. The financing and technology employees were also extremely helpful and kind. Buying a car can often be stressful and dreadful, but this was the easiest car buying experience I had ever had. I highly recommend Daniels Chevrolet! I know I can rely on them for any help or anything I need even after buying my car from here.
2018 Tahoe - Satisfied Customer
I'm not an easy customer, I have bought a new vehicle every 2-3 years my entire adult life, so I know I think I know the ends and outs of how dealers jack customers around. I dealt with a good sales rep named T.J via email for about two weeks....first about ordering a specific model of Suburban, equipped the way I wanted it as opposed to the way a dealer orders them for the masses. I just couldn't pull the trigger on ordering one, because you WILL pay very, very close to MSRP on it. (If someone knows a way to order one and get a deep discount on it, please let me know!).
Anyway, I decided to go a different direction and hold off.
A couple of weeks later, I was driving by and thought "what the xxxx, let's see what's on their lot" and pulled in. This is where it get's good....I parked my RAM 2500 and got out and walked around for 20-30 minutes looking at their inventory and not one person accosted me. I liked that. In fact, being jumped as soon as I pull on a dealer lot is the one thing that makes me get out of there ASAP. I hate aggressive salesmen. So I see three stunning 2018 Tahoe's....black, 4x4, Z71 package, Midnight Edition. (I would love to see this in a Suburban). I check them all out, still not being accosted. So I walk inside, ask for TJ and we proceeded to go look at the Tahoe's. It was good timing on my part, so let's just say that TJ and Day's Chevy made a sales offer I was very comfortable with.
So just for giggles, I asked them to make me an offer on my 2015 RAM 2500 (which was VERY nice...Cummins diesel, leveled, 4x4, Laramie, Crew Cab, 8 foot bed, Warn winch, Fuel rims, Micky T 35" off road tires and only 10,300 miles on it). Well about 30 minutes later, Days made me an offer on my RAM I just couldn't turn down.
So I got a great deal on a new Tahoe and a more than fair price on my RAM 2500.
Aside from all of those good things I've mentioned, the facilities were immaculate and I only had to speak with two people.....TJ and Chris (the paperwork guy).
Days Chevrolet has the right business model for a modern dealership in my experience.
Go see for yourself.
An Amazing Experience! - Rickytm5
I believe that the experience at a dealership starts with its people and it continues from there with the Delerships overall building, grounds quality and then it’s inventory.
NeSmith absolutely exceeds on all of these areas. They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience.
Thank y’all for a job well done !!!!
Excellent service! - Kim
Traveling down I-75, 4 hours from home, my Suburban had some major mechanical problems. After several calls to find help, Prince Chevrolet came to our rescue with excellent service. We had problems finding a tow service (even with AAA) and Prince Chevrolet offered their body shop tow truck to get us to their dealership. Marion in Service offered to help us find a rental car, and actually checked reviews on a rental agency while we were talking! Above and beyond consideration of the customer!
I’m not sure of cost of repair yet - but regardless the people in service are excellent!

Great customer service before and after sale. These folks create an awesome buying experience. You may come into the dealership as a stranger, but you will leave as family.
A dealer with employees who really care about customers - Traveling Mom
An unexpected breakdown on a 500+ mile road trip turned into the BEST customer service experience. Headed North for wedding, our tire unexpectedly burst just before the Ringgold exit and we coasted on a rim and a prayer into Walter Jackson Chevrolet. The service manager, Marty, explained that he didn’t have a tire in stock that would fit the bill, but he promptly hopped on the phone to North Georgia Tire to find me one. In the mean time, a kind, dog-loving sales person – Todd Ingle – took pity on my family, including my son and my dog, waiting outside in the 90 degree Georgia sun and invited them into the showroom to cool off while we sorted things out. A dog! In the showroom!
The team at Walter Jackson went out of their way, driving me and my flat tire all the way to North Georgia Tire to find a suitable used tire, then back to the dealership. The service department installed the tire I bought at North Georgia, and sent us on our journey with best wishes and refusal to take payment, tips, or anything at all but a thank you. This team of folks truly made a difference in our lives, and we could not be more grateful. Our next car purchase will come from them (even though we live nowhere near there), and yours should too. What amazing, wonderful, caring folks. Thank you Danny, Marty, Todd, and everyone else who wished us well and made sure we left town safely!!!

Service experience - Camaro owner
I drove a new honda for three years. I worked really hard and paid it off. I never had anything go wrong with it in miles 3 to 70,000 that I drove it. I traded the honda in for a camaro. So far it has developed a loud rattle in the shifter (a frequent problem for manual 6th gen camaros), the headliner has come unstuck, and another piece of trim has fallen down inside the car. This all happened in the first 5k miles. Tammy in service is really good to work with. I had a hard time with a couple of others especially when one of them told me that I had modded the car when it is totally stock and when I was telling them about the rattle in the shifter another guy asked me if I had ever driven a manual before (to which I said I had about 100k miles experience before buying the car). Both times Tammy jumped in and helped me out. She also helped me get set up with a car so I can go to work. Chevy might not have the most reliable car but at least they will honor the warranty without much hassle. I love my camaro. I hope this is all that goes wrong with it because I plan on keeping it for a long time. Ask for Tammy!

Excellent Service Department - GaPeach63
Excellent service from start to finish with this service department! I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 30 mins early, but everything was handled very quickly! I was impressed at the minimal wait time for the service. They have a beautiful and comfortable service area fir customers to wait. It is stocked with refreshments and drinks available to purchase as well. The area is huge so your not in a tiny area on top of other customers which makes the wait very pleasant. Customer service and overall service were top notch!
Great Customer Service - Bryan

Rebate and Discount Prices is Fraudulent Advertising - Potential New Truck Buyer
I saw a new truck advertised on their website with a $60,000 MSRP and received an online quote with their best price, (I'll round the numbers for simplicity), to a selling price of $47,000, plus tax, title, and license. The truck was advertised as $60K MSRP with a Franklin Discount of $7000 and a Factory Rebate of $6000. The internet sales price says, "Total Savings: $13,000, best Price $47,000." So far, so good. Seems simple. Let's go purchase this truck. (There were many other dealers that offered this same truck with these discounts and rebates.)
After test driving the vehicle, the nice salesman retrieves a formal sales sheet proposal from the Sales Manager. All of the numbers previously mentioned were on the sales sheet, however, their math showed their best selling price is closer to $55,000. I said to the salesman, "Your math takes the Factory Rebate away from me and you also added $799.00 dealer documentation fees, however, your internet price says that your price INCLUDES the $799.00 at $47,000." They also tried to sell me some bogus environmental protection for $1200, saying that insurance doesn't pay for hail damage to a vehicle. The (hail) it doesn't.
The Salesman brings the sales manager back to explain this "Higher New Math" to me, such an uneducated simpleton, and I ask him to use his calculator and subtract the rebate and discount from the $60K MSRP and he comes up with the internet sales price of $47,000.
He says, "There are no pluses or minuses on this sales sheet." I replied, "Then what you are telling me is that this sales document only itemizes these deductions just to show me the discount potentially available and the factory rebates that you are taking from me, but you are NOT going to pass these savings on to me because the selling price is not $47,000 but near $55,000.
So, then he uses a calculator and takes the sales price of $47K and adds to it the Factory Rebate back to his price and comes up with nearly $55K. "Oh, that's all that is, you just add the rebate". I said, "Yes, you are not passing on the rebate to me, you are taking it away and keeping it for the dealership. Afterward, he said that I have to look at the pluses and minuses, which he previously said there weren't any, and I eventually threw my gauntlet down and said he was full of "expletive deleted". He picked up his papers and left in a huff saying he wouldn't put up with a customer that didn't put up with his (expletive).
I've been in business for years and am very knowledgeable of "debits and credits" in accounting, I've traded 5-8 trucks at a time in my business, along with other heavy equipment. Franklin Chevrolet advertises a low internet price to get you in there, they think you will be all google-eyed about the new bells and whistles of the vehicle and then they turn the "Screw You, Sucker" knob on high!
I will be contacting at least my State representative and the Consumer Protection Agency and eventually, I will pressure the political system for major changes in Auto Dealerships business practices. If they attempt to pull this on me, I can't imagine what they get away with on less informed customers.

Warranty work peformed on 2018 Chevy pickup - Barry and Beverly
We did not purchase our 2018 truck from Nesmith Chevrolet and I wish we had...however, we did ask for service from them and were treated with kindness and consideration as though we had been customers for years. The work performed was under warranty and the service dept kept us apprised of the repair details through the entire process. Our truck was delivered back to us with the repairs completed with a smile! Next vehicle we buy will from the NESMITH family.
