BUYER BEWARE! Shottenkirk Nissan/Riverside Nissan are a bunch of scam artists and dishonest! JT (think he’s gone), Tori the Finance Manager, and Sarah Kate are soulless snakes who will lie, cheat and steal from you! Sold me a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve with 2,200 miles for $54,000. Was told it was Certified Preowned and a Nissan Fleet Vehicle. Complete lie! The truck had all the certified preowned stickers on the truck which Shottenkirk/Riverside, Shottenkirk Hyundai and Honda are still doing on NON-Certified vehicles! Got the truck home and found out it wasn’t certified and couldn’t get the hood to open! Called them to ask what to do, lots of xx and never got a call back. Truck sat in Nissan of Cumming for 10 days and was told it needed body work to align the hood. Estimates from collision shops for $2,000 to $10,000 to fix the front end. Had to get Nissan executives and USA all the way up to Japan to get involved and almost 2 months later the truck was replaced by Nissan. STAY AWAY!

He was responsive, but not too pushy and was patient while I looked at several different options. Overall experience was good and would go there again. The actual negotiation and buying process had a few snags and took longer than I had hoped but nothing too bad.

Visit this dealership ONLY if you're planning to buy a NEW car. DO NOT BUY USED FROM THEM! They tell you that they do all sorts of inspections on their used vehicles, this is a LIE! Buy a 2018 Chevy Trax with less that 40,000 miles; was told it was inspected and nothing wrong. Two days later it's spewing oil like geyser; get that fixed and a week later it's running hot. First they tell me it's "just a crack in the tank, $600+ to fix; then they come and say, oh the water pump gone too $1500+, cha ching cha ching! I paid over $20,000 cash for this car with a warranty ($3000 extra); but everything they keep finding wrong "the warranty don't cover." I thought going to a major dealership I would avoid the tricks and lies these small dealerships pull, i.e. going and buying late model, yet junk car from the auction, making them pretty and drivable for a short while. I was so happy to be getting a car that had been "thoroughly inspected." Lies, lies, lies! I'm out of more thousands! DO NOT BUY USED FROM THEM OR BELIEVE THEIR INSPECTION LIES! The only reason they get one star from me is because they did give me a free loaner while they fixed my car. The car has been in their service department (and my savings) more than it's been with me. Now, working on my other car, 2014 Nissan Maxima, Tristan Jones was GREAT and honest!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! In July 14 I took my pick up truck to them bc of lights on dashboard and after 4 hours wait I went home and before got there the truck again got lights back on so again back to them.. I did this twice and since July 21 they have my truck bc they can’t fix it and someone from the plant has to check it out A DEALERSHIP THAT CAN NOT FIX LIGHTS ON IT OWN VEHICLES!! This is insane and they never call me if I manage to get in touch with them they say I call you back and they don’t call I am tired of calling and visit them…My next step is TO LAWYER UP!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID 😡
