This place was just awful, I called to schedule a test drive and was sent to a 3rd party answering service that asked for all my details and arrival time. I walk in at my appointment time and am greeted by no one, and there are about 6 employees present and no customers (I understand why now). I finally speak up loudly and ask why the car I have an appointment for isn’t outside and the staff is ignorant and clueless as well as rude. All the while the manager Jenkins Dunbar is sitting in the background observing this entire scenario, they ask for my license although I’ve sent all these details to the 3rd party answering service I had already spoken to when scheduling my appointment. After handing someone my license I wait 2 minutes and then shout does anyone intend to get the car, it should have been ready and all these employees are just staring at me-I then don’t even want the car so I take my license and walk out-and FINALLY this gets the managers attention. The manager then follows me to my car and begins to given a lecture on why his staff is lack luster but really we should address why he is incompetent and too lazy to step up when he is there to witness his staff dropping the ball. He insists I test drive the car so I told him get it here now, they pull it up 7 minutes later-mind you it’s a 2019 Range Rover with low miles but it’s apparent this just came from an auction and this dealership does zero inspection-they just buy the auction rejects and put them up for sale at 200-300% mark up-I get it, it’s business. But when I got in the Range Rover several lights came on the dash and the sun roof leaked water into the car even though it was totally closed. The inspection process, staff, management, the whole company is very poor performing. From selecting cars, scheduling test drives, interacting with customers, management trying to rectify awful behavior-they dropped the ball at every single opportunity. Then to top it off, Jenkins Dunbar said he would be contacting me regarding the car in hopes to fix the situation he sat back and watched transpire, he text me on 1/29 and I said yes you can attempt to fix this - date is now 2/9 and I haven’t heard from him. This dealership wasted a good hour of my time and then I couldn’t even test drive their very, very low quality, unreliable cars. Save yourself the time and go down the road less than a mile to Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM)- they treated us like royalty without a reservation.
