My experience with Grainger Honda was phenomenal. My salesman‘s name was Tucker Sharp, and the finance manager name was George. This dynamic duo complemented each other very well. Tucker and George understood the assignment. They listen to my concerns about the vehicle that I wanted. They didn’t rush me or made me feel pressured. They didn’t put me in something that I couldn’t afford. They gave me a vehicle that fit my needs, and they are very knowledgeable about finances and sales. The whole staff at Grainger Honda was awesome even the receptionist Sarah. She called me and made sure that I was coming in for my appointment. She was very professional. If you’re ever in industry for purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend Grainger Honda. The owner Patrick Granger, did an awesome job on hand selecting his elite staff members. Understood our budget limit and kept us updated if there's any changes on the price. Special thanks to John King who patiently answered my questions about the vehicle. I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or had a worse experience with a dealership. The extended platinum warranty I purchased a year ago on a new KIA Forte was totally worthless. The service department claimed it was my fault that the car was damaged, however, they couldn't show any damage. They "fixed" the car, and $1800 out-of-pocket later, it still had the same problem. They claimed it was a software issue. Why wasn't that checked in the beginning? I bet it would have saved me a ton of money. Also, they refused to put gas in the loner vehicle that I had to have when they "re-fixed" the car. Never again!

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would have to say he went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. I was told after talking with him they didn't have the the car I was looking for rather than trying to sell me on a car they had he went out of his way to find the exact car I was wanting, brought it into the dealership the next day and we completed our transaction. Extremely happy with Michael his courteous and personal attention to myself and my wife is just not expected in today's environment. I would highly recommend Hodges Ford and especially recommend Michael as a sales person. I have only had my car for 3 days now so I cant speak to there service but if it is good as there sales and finance staff I'm sure it will be great.

Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. They all treated me like family. Very encouraging and curtious. I can't say thank you enough. So, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, try North Savannah Dodge. You won't be disappointed.

I was in contact with Melody in regards to a Camaro convertible. I informed that I would be traveling hours to see the vehicle and asked if the vehicle had any problems prior to taking the 5 hr drive. She ensured me no it was in good condition with no issues. She had the top down when we arrived and overall the car appeared decent. She let the top up and we noticed the top was shrinking and the seams were coming apart at rear joint. She stated that would be an easy repair so I trusted her. I purchased the vehicle and 30 minutes later the air conditioning stops blowing cold. I called the next day they were open and asked her to buy back her vehicle she said she would call me back and never did. They are underhanded and patch vehicles to get over on unsuspecting people. I paid close to 12k cash you would think that they would have some decency as people to do the right thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I went to import auto brokers with cash money $16,000 plus to purchase a Mercedes-Benz GL 450 cash money mind you less than a month after purchasing the car it’s not cranky had to jump it all went back to them and question them about the battery that was in the car after having a check and seeing that it was no good very weak had to be replaceMind you the battery in a 2011 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 is over $400 to replace the battery I haven’t even made the first payment on the car yet and I’m having trouble with it went back to talk to them about it they did not care at all they said it wasn’t their problem the car was sold as is and the manager said that he offered me a $2000 warranty out of pocket all the sticky on top of the 60,000 that I gave them Which I felt was a rip off if you to been included in the priceAfter several attempts of getting some kind of help from them I realize they wasn’t going to do anything to help contacted my bank and my bank told me Take them to court they do not care all they wanted was the money the car is there haven’t been shake or inspected only thing they do is wash them up and put them on the lot this is a true xxx is Carla this is the first call I have ever been to that would not offer any kind a help to resolve the issue The salesman that sold me the car was very helpful but it was out of his mind management said the car was sold as is this is a SoCal hi end Car lot is very sad because I really believe in this car lot The cars look very very nice and are very expensive but they are not well maintained I mind you please beware of the skylight have everything if you choose to go there is specked it even if it cost you money to have it looked at so that you won’t go through the same I have the same experience I had And on top of that the management told me that the warranty that they will offer me was the one Carlos I’ve never heard of a warrantee that you go by 09 car and if I drive off the lot that day they were repair anything that’s wrong with the car I know that was a lie do not buy there at all please don’t it is just a gamble and a risk you would be taking out all on your own You will be better off going to A Car Auction and take your chance

They sell lemons to people who are in a bad credit or no credit situation because it’s mostly likely needed. They do not care and they over charge for these 10+ year old cars as soon as you leave the lot you’re on your own. They cut your car off for everything policy states 5 days but they have cut my car off 2-3 days. They are a fraud company who takes advantage of helpless people and they need to be shut down. I got a car in January 2023 and by February the car needed oil change which I can’t get due to being declined because my filter is too tight and I told them that but they don’t car. I need brakes, tires and a few things on the inside are falling apart but they want their money. This company was built and designed to cripple minorities or low income people and it’s sick.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! What an awesome car lot. I recently bought a car there. when I purchased the car I was informed by the finance manager, George, that used cars are sold "as is". He then stated that they still stand behind any vehicle they sell for a reasonable time, regardless. Shortly after purchase my engine light came on. I informed the car lot and they told me to bring it in, they would "take care of it". I brought it in a couple different times. They couldn't figure out the problem. Eventually told me to take it to the dealership. Mine you,,,, this is a Mercedes. Everyone knows, Mercedes + dealership = money... I went to the dealership and was told I needed camshaft replacement. Obviously several thousands of dollars worth of work.. I spoke with George and was blown away that these people were standing by they're word and covering the cost of the repair. It is rare for a business to show such professionalism and integrity. I feel nothing but the need to express gratitude. Thank you guys for taking care of me. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be back. In the meantime I will refer everyone I can..
