When I contacted Auto Biz on CarGurus.com I received a call not 5 minutes later from a gentleman called Charles. We set up a time and date for me to go and look at some vehicles I was interested in. When I arrive he was very curtious and professional. He was not pushy and and very accommodating when it came to looking and test driving two of the four cars I was interested in. When I explained to him that we wanted to look at other locations he was very polite and told me to call him when I was done looked and we could work out a price. I am sorry to say I did not purchase a vehicle from them only because we found something that would work better for our family. I still recomend them and Mr. Charles for their professionalism quality of vehicles and willingness to work with you on a price. I understand that some may feel cheated but ultimately it’s the consumers responsibility to ask the questions on the products they want to purchase. If I am ever in the market again they will be my first stop.

Mediocre dealership. Sales and service departments are subpar when compared to many other dealerships (including non-luxury/premium brands). Parts department on the other hand always treats me right. All the interactions I’ve had with the parts department have been excellent. They answer their phone, answer questions I have, have excellent staff, and have good prices overall. The service department on the other hand is pretty bad. There are only two service advisors and I can never get my call answered. Multiple calls just to ask for an approximate price for a job were never answered, and it took me weeks just to get an appointment scheduled for my vehicle. Sales is always super pushy to get me to buy a vehicle. I understand that’s the whole point of dealerships (especially the sales department) - to sell cars, but salesmen will constantly push to have you come inside and talk pricing and push for a test drive even if you’re just looking around and aren’t super interested in a particular vehicle. Overall, there’s definitely potential for this dealer to be a very good one, but they’ve got some things to improve. They’ve already got a great parts department (BIG THUMBS UP TO EVERYONE FROM THE PARTS DEPT.) and a nice building, it’s just a matter of improving the sales and service departments and this Acura dealer would be a great one.

I moved to Oahu and needed to buy my wife a car. I purchased her a 2013 Nissan Altima from Waikiki Auto Sales then six days later it would not start. When I contacted the owner hoping for some sort of remediation, he told me it was "normal wear and tear... that's the cost of doing business." Fortunately, it was not an extremely expensive repair but no one expects to throw money into a car immediately after they purchase it. Waikiki Auto Sales doesn't even do their customers the benefit of checking minor problems before they sell their cars so you definitely need to bring a mechanic if you buy from them. The owner is the epitome of a stereotypical used car salesman.

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. They do not follow through on their agreements and just want to sell you a car and get you out the door, promises unfulfilled. They charge way too much for service and keep you waiting for hours, plus they don’t even wash the car before they return it to you and offer small but important details. Recently wanted to but a truck from there and they just pass you from one person to another felt really uncomfortable working with 5 differs people just to make a deal. Promise to get papers signed but they don’t communicate with their sales representatives and the sales representative brought all the wrong papers and they don’t know how to satisfy their customer. Will never go back there.
