And to top of off everything was done over the phone and electronic e sign( I live 90 miles west). Scott even delivered the vehicle to my place of choice( my home town). THANK YOU Scott once again! I trusted Annie (and now trust her more) - and she honored every word, and -very specifically - the sale price of an AMAZING SUBARU OUTBACK, and she honored her phone offer for my cars trade. No back tracking, shifty numbers, or shenanigans. The sale, was seamless! No hustle, no back end pressure. Just amazing service predicated on trust. Oh, the travel to Bloomington from Springfield was approximately an hour drive worth THOUSANDS of dollars. More importantly TRUST made that drive worth the trip!

My experience at Gerald Kia of Matteson was horrible. I traded in and purchased a vehicle back in August 2025. Suddenly, I had a change of heart and I wanted to return the vehicle not even 24-hours later of driving off the lot and I was told that the deal was finalize which it was not. They did not include who the vehicle was financed through on my paperwork. They told me it was financed through Kia Motor Finance. I called and they said you have no account with us. To speed up the process they waited until the information was finalize before they told me who the lender was. My payment is not due until October. I will never ever return to that dealership and I will not recommend anyone to go there ever. They are not honest with consumers.
