I've only had my suburu 2 years and I've already put 7000 into it. You told me it was never in an accident when I purchased it. Just to find out it was . It has overheated on me so many times. That i have it in storage and I'm not driving it. My family safety is first. The whole inside filled with smoke. I tried to trade it in a tear ago. I was told I needed to put 6000 down plus trade it. I have two autistic grandsons that are nonverbal that I commute back and forth. I'm sorry but their safety is first. Now I'm stuck paying on it and I've already forked out alot of money in the last 2 years. Never will I recommend you to anyone .

Have been looking for a new truck for a couple of months. I actually work in the business and understand how the process works. I found a truck at the dealer, reached out to get a quote. Crystal Magana responded immediately provided me all the info I requested. Because I was a good distance from the store, I didnt really want to travel back. Crystal was outstanding getting all the paper work done and drove over an hour with a porter to deliver the car to me and sign the paperwork. Really tremendous customer experience. She is a keeper!

Blatant Bait-and-Switch — Dishonest Pricing, Mandatory Junk Fees I came in as a cash buyer to purchase a 2023 Porsche Macan they had listed for $44,974. The ad made no mention of required dealer add-ons or hidden fees. Once I asked for a final price, they slapped on over $4,200 in non-negotiable garbage, including: • $1,499 for a “Nano Armor” ceramic coating • $864 for a GPS tracker • $1,895 for “prep and delivery” — on a used car When I pushed back, they told me this was “just how they do it.” They would not remove the charges, even though I never requested or agreed to any of them. This was not a miscommunication — this was intentional deception. This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise one price, then refuse to honor it unless you agree to inflated, high-margin junk you don’t need. This is a predatory and dishonest sales model, and based on dozens of other reviews, they’ve been doing it for over a year with the same staff. The worst part? They treat it like it’s normal. No apology. No effort to correct anything. Just pure greed. I walked away and filed formal complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney General. If you’re reading this and thinking about buying a car from here — don’t. They don’t deserve your money, and they sure don’t deserve your trust.

We recently were in need of a new car and after spending time on-line decided that a Honda was what we were interested in. After checking the usual suspects (CarMax, Carvana) we realized that our local Honda dealership (Serra Honda in Savoy) had great inventory and all the advantages of buying local. After checking some boxes on line on the website a sales associate, Yemi Akinsola, reached out to us. May I say, if you want to have an amazing morning, drop by the Honda dealership and ask to see Yemi. He is a joy to visit with. Even if you have no interest in buying a car, he is an amazing man very worthy of your time to get to know. So after several email exchanges we settle on (we think) the type of Honda we want and a time to meet up. Being an older couple and it having been a while since buying a new car, we had a lot of questions. Yemi was extremely patient with us, answering our questions, and all of this was by texting before we met. When we finally did meet, it was as if we were meeting an old friend. Yemi reviewed our “musts” and “likes” and was quickly able to point us to a line of cars that would meet our needs - which interestingly was not what we originally thought about getting and was actually a less expensive model. He listened to us and communicated with intelligence and empathy. Once we worked out what we wanted to purchase, we were greeted by Ross Beninato, who helped us work out the finances. Ross explained the various add-ons available to us and in a pressure free setting help us navigate what was best for us by sharing information without judgement. Before we left we were introduced to their service department. There were so many positive aspects to this buying experience, I am leaving them out so that this review is not too long. If you are interested in a Honda, or a fun morning, contact Yemi at our local Honda dealership. Who knows, you might come away with a new car, but you will definitely come away with a new friend. We did.

Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push"anything on you. They're helpful. They're listen. They're accommodating. This was our experience with Oscar Rodriguez. Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! when buying a used car you have to be a realist and understand the car is not going to be perfect, there were a couple of issues with the car that were addressed while i was doing paperwork and corrected, was technically in and out in less then a couple of hours, all the employees were nice and never pushy, would buy from there again

My wife’s 2025 Sportage has every light on the dash come on after she turns on the car from a drive. We called Kia and told them so they had us bring the car on 7-28-2025. We took pictures of the dash and the codes on the Kia connect app and they told us they don’t take third party pictures even though it’s from the app and of the car as it was happening. The car will not let you put it in drive, every sensor and warning light come on. After turning it on and off the car will eventually let it go in drive but the check engine light will come on and tell you not to drive and have it towed. And then after we schedule a tow the check engine light will turn off like nothing happened. Kia told use they see the codes and there is nothing they can do. We will have to drive the car until it happens again which is unsafe because the car even tells us not to drive it. If you know the codes are there why not look into the codes and try to find the problem. I think they just don’t want to do they jobs and doesn’t care about the safety of there customers. Kia also telling us they can trade us out the car which we will lose money because we will have to finance another loan and lose out on the money we already paid into the car plus the first down payment. This Kia is not recommended and no one should buy a car from here because they do not value their customers or the safety. We got the cars 2-13-25. Update the car stopped again 8-10-25

I had a disappointing experience at Friendly Honda in Springfield, IL. After a fuel injection recall repair, my dashboard lights started blinking uncontrollably just a few miles from the dealership. When I returned, multiple techs dismissed my concerns, insisting the issue wasn’t their fault. One even sarcastically asked, "Oh, are you a mechanic?" when I pointed out that the problem arose only after the repair. Instead of taking accountability, they claimed I would be responsible for fixing it. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to acknowledge their mistake were unacceptable. I will not return to this dealership.
