I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

I got a fair price for my trade in and the process was simple and efficient. The text messages from the receptionist were very helpful setting up the test drives. When I arrived, the two wranglers I was looking at were parked side by side as I requested. I am an employee of Elkhart Community Schools, and Lachmandy has always been supportive of our students. This is what brought me here and will bring me back.

Salesman was pleasant but seemed to be uninformed. He told us we could put the cost on our credit card instead of using a check. But when we got to the finance lady she said that was not true. We could only put $3000 on the credit card and use a check for the rest. We get points using our card and we’re pleased when the salesman said we could put the whole amount on it. That’s something he should have known. I asked for the car title to be put in my name and my husband’s name (who was present) but the finance lady made a face and said she’d akready printed out the paperwork and no one had told her it was to be in two names. Fact is no one asked. We said forget it as she seemed to be in a bad mood already and we wanted tomgetboutbofvthete by then.

My wife and I went in to Puchase a used Buick Encore. Our salesman, Jonathan, was great, he was courteous and friendly.
But once we got to the finance office is were the deal fell apart. The vehicle we wanted was 13,989.00 We ask for a payment around 300.00 for 60 months. They said the best they could do was 420.00 for 72 months. I ask the interest rate he told me 22%, but that price also included a 2 yr extended warranty and gap insurance, neither one, of which I ask for. I told them, i did not want the warranty! He said he would remove it and told me my new payment would be 350.18 a month, that's when I lost it. You see, although the payment is 70.00 less per month. That means, this dealer was charging me $5060.00 for a 2 ry warranty. That comes out to 40% of the total value of the car. I didn't even bother to ask about the gap insurance. I got up and walked out the dealership what they tried to do to us, was a complete scam/ripoff.. Please beware and ask to see ALL the number before you sign.

So I came in to look at a car told it should fit my price points etc , it did not so instead it was a Buick encore i was showed next. Wasn't too thrilled about it after being shown other cars, but the sales man said they could get my old ring out of my car I saw fall down in the counsel. they were so sweet. After trading cars I had been messaging the dealer for 3 days (March 5th-March8th)back and fourth about the ring, said they had tried once, and they were having another guy try. I messaged him March 12th asking of anyword since no one ever got back to me in the previous days. He said oh I think they're getting into it today ill double check. then I got a text back 3 days after that (March 15th) that they did it finally and couldn't find it. That i personally saw fall down there, and i called because I HAVE to have that ring back its in a contract, which was expressed to the salesman during the purchase. I was speaking to Rodney about what can we do, can i return the car and get mine back since they can't get it out, do they honor buyers remorse or offer a return policy 30 days etc as I know some do. He got upset, very rude, and short quickly. HE said i set your car to the side 3 days already, I'm not wasting more time and money on this. I do not have the time. You can not return it, it is already a done deal. I need to have ur car ready to sell. No we do not honor buyers remorse either. There is no returning your new car. He was very rude and short tempered.

I bought a car from them. I regret it.
The salesman communicated with me until my father came in. I was the one buying the car, not my dad. It was too hard to get a word in so I gave up and just let the 2 men make the deal. My only other option would have been to walk out or make a big scene. That was a year ago. I got their lifetime warranty and have been having it serviced there. There have been numerous problems and a general attitude of indifference he entire time. When they make a mistake they do as little as they can to pacify. If you want a dealer who goes the extrai mile for their customers don't go there.

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.
