Brought several cars to the front with air conditioning running for us to test drive. Todd was also very patient and explained every paper we signed and would stop to answer any concerns or questions we had. I live in Northern California and have been looking for a truck for the past couple of months. I finally found a truck on line at Gregg Young Buick GMC. After talking to "Mike" we reached an agreement and I flew to Des Moines to pick up the truck. Even though I was not going to be a customer after purchase (as I am out of state) I was treated very professional and the truck was just as I had hoped. I also enjoyed working with their finance guy (Boomer) who gave me his card and assured me that if there were ever any concerns to personally contact him. I would highly recommend Gregg Young Buick GMC to anyone as I was impressed with their work and their care in working with me. They even filled up the gas tank for my long drive back to California. I would definitely buy from them again. You can't go wrong buying from a vehicle from them.

I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

Found the car I’d been looking for on Cars.com, called Gurley Leep and was lucky to get Yvonne Diaz. Since pics hadn’t been posted yet, Yvonne personally took some pics and emailed them to me. After my 2 hr drive to get to Mishawaka, Yvonne had the car ready to test drive, and was excellent throughout the sale. 3 hrs later, Yvonne had the car detailed and ready to go. I have been looking for the right Yukon XL Denali ever since the new style came out for 2015. I tried to find a used Yukon XL Denali on the internet but had no luck finding one with the options I wanted. I wanted certain hard to find options that fit my family’s needs. One being a 2nd row bench seat instead of bucket seats which is not easy to find with the Denali package. Don Kipp at Romain Cross Pointe went out of his way to find the SUV of my dreams and at a reasonable price. Don was not pushy and treated me like family through the whole process. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Purchased my car from previous owner of Mike Alsop Chevrolet. OnStar was installed and operational in the vehicle. Got an air intake system error, and was advised OnStar to take for repair immediately. Took to Alsop's multiple times and was sent on my way because they could find nothing wrong and to ignore the warning as a false computer reading. After getting error for the 4th or 5th time, I took it to Mike Raisor's in Lafayette and found within 4 hours of arrival that the air intake manifold had a large visible crack in it. I was given a loaner car while awaiting the part to arrive and to be installed. It was in in about a week and fixed the same day! Now that's what I call service.

I purchased a PRE CERTIFIED 2016 Acadia. My salesman was great. Upon looking at the vehicle I went to test drive the vehicle and it had no gas and the light was on. Also I noticed the low wiper fluid light was on and 3 of the 4 tires were bald. I test drove the vehicle down the street since the gas light was on and returned to dealer. I negotiated 3 new tires to match the 1 good tire and they agreed. Upon bringing the car home I noticed the rear hatch popped and there was a leak of P/S fluid on my garage floor and the trans shifted harsh from 2 to 3rd. A month and a half has gone by and I have had the power steering line replaced new rear hatch supports and the entire trans rebuilt. So my question is if this vehicle was CERTIFIED then how does all this get missed. My guess is it never got looked at in the first place. They just figured it’s a newer car with low miles and now it came back to bite them in the a- -. I tried several times 4-5 to talk to someone over the phone and never once received a call back. I just wanted to talk to someone and let them know about these misses in there inspection of the vehicle. The last time I went in I finally talked to some schmuck and he didn’t like what I had to say and told me I should leave.

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.
