Scheduled way ahead, dropped off our company 2016 Chevy 2500 Express Cargo van for 2 items. Dellen fixed everything I asked for. I was only disappointed when I asked why Chevrolet would charge me over $150 to do a software upgrade on a van that only has 19,000 miles. I understand it is a 2016 but I was hoping a call would have been made to Chevrolet to try and get this fee covered since I am a loyal Dellen customer and GM customer.

I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

Found the car I’d been looking for on Cars.com, called Gurley Leep and was lucky to get Yvonne Diaz. Since pics hadn’t been posted yet, Yvonne personally took some pics and emailed them to me. After my 2 hr drive to get to Mishawaka, Yvonne had the car ready to test drive, and was excellent throughout the sale. 3 hrs later, Yvonne had the car detailed and ready to go. So pleased with her help and professionalism! Hope she stays in the car business, because I’ll definitely be back to buy from her again.

The service is the friendliest people. The wait time is very minimal and during my wait I enjoy the comfort of the lounge where I can watch TV, enjoy a cup of coffee and maybe even have a cookie or two before the mechanic sends me thru text a video of just exactly what he found while servicing the car. The cost is less than a lot of the fast lube places around where you get none of the added benefits. I love this place and the people. I'm not sure who the mechanic was but they all have always been very thorough every time I have my car serviced so that tells me that the manager is doing a good job as well. Thanks

We purchased three sierras for our family business from Circle. Bryan made it very easy to coordinate the pickups and we didnt have to spend too much time at the dealership. We were probably a pain to deal with but Bryan and Dustin made things go smoothly during the time it took for us to decide on the trucks.
Engine failure within 30 days - mickylk
Dealer sold my daughter a 2012 Chevy Equinox with 4 cylinder engine. Car had 78000 miles on it. The check engine light came on after 2 days. She took it to the dealers service dept and was told it was a catalytic converter. They ordered the part. A week passed and she call them back and advised the car was running rough and was out of oil. Was told that was normal for a car with a bad catalytic converter. Engine blew up a few days later. Come to find out this car is involved in a class action lawsuit for engine failure that has been approved by a judge. I asked the manager, he was aware of the suit. Cant believe they sell a car with known problems with out disclosure. Service dept also failed to identify the correct issue and did not provide the correct information to keep the car running. The engine's timing chain broke and destroyed the engine. Manager wanted to charge my daughter $8700 for the repair. After a lengthy discussion with the manager he did drop the charge to $3700. This is not good enough, taking no responsibility of selling bad cars. Wrote Gregg Young himself, was told that dealer policies would not allow any further concessions. Do not buy from this dealer!

I purchased a PRE CERTIFIED 2016 Acadia. My salesman was great. Upon looking at the vehicle I went to test drive the vehicle and it had no gas and the light was on. Also I noticed the low wiper fluid light was on and 3 of the 4 tires were bald. I test drove the vehicle down the street since the gas light was on and returned to dealer. I negotiated 3 new tires to match the 1 good tire and they agreed. Upon bringing the car home I noticed the rear hatch popped and there was a leak of P/S fluid on my garage floor and the trans shifted harsh from 2 to 3rd. A month and a half has gone by and I have had the power steering line replaced new rear hatch supports and the entire trans rebuilt. So my question is if this vehicle was CERTIFIED then how does all this get missed. My guess is it never got looked at in the first place. They just figured it’s a newer car with low miles and now it came back to bite them in the a- -. I tried several times 4-5 to talk to someone over the phone and never once received a call back. I just wanted to talk to someone and let them know about these misses in there inspection of the vehicle. The last time I went in I finally talked to some schmuck and he didn’t like what I had to say and told me I should leave.

Don't do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely don't deal with Andrew.
