Purchase of Eclipse Cross - Fletcher Spencer
Test drove the Eclipse Cross then went test driving some other vehicles. I came back and test drove again and decided to purchase the Eclipse Cross due to the warranty and knowledge of Mitsubishi reliable performance. I love my decision and look forward to many years of driving my Eclipse Cross. Thank you all at Ray Skillman for making my purchase easy and I will definitely spread the word about the great service I received.

My first lease - wocarter12
It was a pleasure to work with Dillon. He was pleasant, listened to our concerns. Explained the lease process and the options available. We were going to buy or lease a 2018 Terrain Denali and the team made it possible that day. No pressure , just wanted to know what it would take for us to drive it home that day.
Chuck should be the trainer for all car sales personnel! - ladyveteran
Imagine getting a phone call that starts, "Your husband mentioned that you needed a car that would work for transporting your quilting and sewing machines. I have two that would probably meet your needs and be in your price range..." For the first time as a car buyer I felt respected as a person whose needs mattered! As a female, I was expecting to be relegated to a 'second' position with questions directed to and through my husband, because that had been the experience elsewhere (and had been very irritated by that attitude.). Chuck talked to me directly! I actually enjoyed the whole experience! Not only did I feel respected, I felt empowered and in control. If you are a lady looking for a vehicle, Chuck at Stoop's Buick in Plainfield is the first person to contact.

Great atmosphere. Amazing workers. Very friendly, straight to the point and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go here. Defiantly a great place to buy from !
Refreshing way to buy a car. - beckfox
Things went well with well. The dealership was clean and inviting. The only complaint I found out paper trash under the drivers side, I found out the door locks would not lock when I put the car in drive. And when I used the key flub. Before sell a pre-owned. Detail, detail. Like you are going to sell to your family or friends. I should not have to wait on service when it should be checked out before turning over to sales.

Quick, easy, and super helpful! - jbluhm
I was able to go in with a price range and no experience with the car lot flow and two days later I was financed and driving. Everyone was very eager to help and called me by name, it was a wonderful experience overall.
Great Prices, People and Product. - jennyb73
We have been customers of Paul Sur for over 30 years. Would not go elsewhere. We bought one car from Team Chevy a couple of years ago...never again....
Go to Paul Sur they are by far the best!!
Super helpful - kathyeash
Every request that I made was able to be accommodated. I was surprised with how smoothly the whole buying process was. Excellent customer service. All dealerships should learn from them.
Easy to work with - carbuyer1984
I started my search for a new Jeep by sending some numbers I wanted to be at to 5 dealerships. Not all of them responded, but Lochmandy was among those who did. From there I communicated back and forth with Peggy for about two weeks until I finally went in to test drive one, despite the vehicle I wanted being "in transit". After more waiting for the Jeep to be shipped, Lochmandy made the decision to go pick it up themselves and I eventually was able to buy it. The negotiation process was straightforward and quick. My only compliant is that the prep department used a nasty fruity air freshener that temporarily ruined the new car smell.
Since taking delivery about a month ago I had a minor warranty issue, unrelated to anything Lochmandy did or the quality of the vehicle, which Lochmandy resolved easily.
I would buy another vehicle from Lochmandy.
Great people - Tanya

A Great Buying Experience - bloewen1
My experience with Romain Cross Point has always been good through the years , but this trip was enhanced to a new level by the help I received from Don Kipp . Don was very attentive to all my needs for a vehicle and was excellent in helping me find the correct vehicle . I not only would recommend Romain as a dealership but would highly recommend Don Kipp as a automotive consultant .
VEHICLE NOT READY - DISSATISFIED
APPARENTLY LISTED VEHICLE BEFORE IT HAD BEEN CHECKED OUT. IT WAS DIRTY INSIDE, IT RATTLED ON TEST DRIVE, THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT IN THE PASSENGER"S SIDE MIRROR WAS BUSTED OUT AND THE TIRES DID NOT MATCH.
IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO BE READY FOR DELIVERY.
Service - Tom
Quick reliable service work done on your vehicle when you need it done. Also very informative when you have recall issues or any kind of factory issues needing to be addressed
poor customer service - jojo
Monte has poor customer service skill and a bad attitude problem. I regret getting my car from that place. I will not recommend anyone there based on him alone. Refelction on management
Truck Trade - JEK
Bill Jackson and the whole team are just outstanding. I went in for an oil change and before you know it, I'm leaving in a brand new truck and with a lower payment than my previous truck. Best group of people I've ever dealt with. Honest, helpful, and down to earth. Highly recommended.
Pontiac g6 repair - Andreavl
I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.
Thank you HG McGonigal’s for being true to ALL of your customers! You’re tops on my list and I will be back weather it be for service or another car!
Check their numbers - Storme1
My wife and I went in to Puchase a used Buick Encore. Our salesman, Jonathan, was great, he was courteous and friendly.
But once we got to the finance office is were the deal fell apart. The vehicle we wanted was 13,989.00 We ask for a payment around 300.00 for 60 months. They said the best they could do was 420.00 for 72 months. I ask the interest rate he told me 22%, but that price also included a 2 yr extended warranty and gap insurance, neither one, of which I ask for. I told them, i did not want the warranty! He said he would remove it and told me my new payment would be 350.18 a month, that's when I lost it. You see, although the payment is 70.00 less per month. That means, this dealer was charging me $5060.00 for a 2 ry warranty. That comes out to 40% of the total value of the car. I didn't even bother to ask about the gap insurance. I got up and walked out the dealership what they tried to do to us, was a complete scam/ripoff.. Please beware and ask to see ALL the number before you sign.
"Didn't have time to waste." - nothappy.10
So I came in to look at a car told it should fit my price points etc , it did not so instead it was a Buick encore i was showed next. Wasn't too thrilled about it after being shown other cars, but the sales man said they could get my old ring out of my car I saw fall down in the counsel. they were so sweet. After trading cars I had been messaging the dealer for 3 days (March 5th-March8th)back and fourth about the ring, said they had tried once, and they were having another guy try. I messaged him March 12th asking of anyword since no one ever got back to me in the previous days. He said oh I think they're getting into it today ill double check. then I got a text back 3 days after that (March 15th) that they did it finally and couldn't find it. That i personally saw fall down there, and i called because I HAVE to have that ring back its in a contract, which was expressed to the salesman during the purchase. I was speaking to Rodney about what can we do, can i return the car and get mine back since they can't get it out, do they honor buyers remorse or offer a return policy 30 days etc as I know some do. He got upset, very rude, and short quickly. HE said i set your car to the side 3 days already, I'm not wasting more time and money on this. I do not have the time. You can not return it, it is already a done deal. I need to have ur car ready to sell. No we do not honor buyers remorse either. There is no returning your new car. He was very rude and short tempered.
this review is about the disappointment treatment by this Rodent guy, because they already have my money. Tony my salesman was great very sweet and helpful.
Crooked Service Department - TinaLouise
Must be where the name "Stealer Ship" comes from. Their service department is crooked. Bought a car from another Hubler dealer with one odd tire. We convinced them to let us give up the 3 "free" oil changes to get a matching tire put on at the Bedford dealer. First, the Bedford dealer had the wrong tire. So, they put the old tire back on. We had to come back later when the correct tire came in. In the mean time, the tire sensor lost connection with the car. We thought, " no big deal. It'll get corrected when they correct tire is put on". NOPE. left with correct tire and the tire monitor was still not communicating with the car. Took the car back again, only to be told we needed to buy a new sensor. We told them this happened when they took the tire off the first time and the sensors were all fine before that. They said they would look at it. All they did was switched tires. Now the opposite side sensor was going off. PRETTY SHADY. We reprogrammed all the sensors ourselves. Wonder why they don't want to just treat people right and make them want to come back because they trust the dealership to be fair and honest. We take our car to another Chevy dealer if we need service.
They do not value their customers. - Sylvysue
I bought a car from them. I regret it.
The salesman communicated with me until my father came in. I was the one buying the car, not my dad. It was too hard to get a word in so I gave up and just let the 2 men make the deal. My only other option would have been to walk out or make a big scene. That was a year ago. I got their lifetime warranty and have been having it serviced there. There have been numerous problems and a general attitude of indifference he entire time. When they make a mistake they do as little as they can to pacify. If you want a dealer who goes the extrai mile for their customers don't go there.
Horrible scam artists - Kelliegreen
I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.
highly recommend - dawne.diorio
I have taken my two POntiac Vibes there for several years and have always received excellent service including the price. They have been totally honest about everything and explained exactly what was needed and why. I think they do a great job
