At no point did I feel pressured into buying. We recently bought a 2015 Escalade from Van Horn Chevrolet of Newhall. Great car, great price, great people. We are very happy with it, so far. The salesman (Tate), his manager, and Heather were all a pleasure to work with. It was worth the 4 hour drive to get the vehicle.
I liked that they did offer extra items but didn't do a hard sale. We called the day before to get everything negotiated. Drove up and the vehicle looked just like the pictures. Once we drove the vehicle to make sure it ran good, it took less than an hour to do the paperwork.
Will keep them in mind, the next time we are looking for a used vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Torren at Noble Auto Group and had a great experience. Despite being located over 300 miles from my home in Wisconsin, I found Noble to be a dealership that was easy to work with. Using Cars.com I found the exact vehicle I wanted and negotiated a great price. Torren went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car - they washed it for me and he took a video so I could see there were no blemishes. When I was ready to commit to the purchase, and the long drive, they took care of my final request and installed a trailer hitch. All went smoothly when I arrived to pick up the car. After a thorough inspection and a test drive, I was satisfied that they delivered exactly what I expected. We took care of the paperwork and I was pleased that there was no high pressure sales pitch for added services or warranties but rather a professional presentation of what options I had available. With a full tank of gas and Torren's recommendation for a great BBQ joint for lunch, I was on my way. My experience could not have been better. I love my car and would recommend Torren, and the other folks at Noble Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, no matter how far they have to drive!

Thought this dealership was the one that honestly would work for the customer. But was wrong there, very wrong... They came in very low on our truck, I was so surprised at the amount they put out. I wanted to leave right off the bat but my husband wanted that pickup and so hoped that this dealership wasn't just blowing smoke on helping their customers get a pickup. But after we saw all the cars and trucks in their lots; we started to really wonder if they would help us get the truck bought. Guess what we didn't get it done. So will we return? No, we will share with people the wonderful service we got. I wouldn't want someone to get their hopes up like we did to have the rug pulled out from under us. But you are in luck Dewey Ford we won't come through your doors again! I do wish people would be honest Andy said he would call us one way or the other about the truck. But he never called he had moved on to someone else. We were old news....

Sycn stopped working and before going to Ford I did a system upgrade and update connect with Wi-Fi. This didn't fix the problem so went to Ford after waiting an hour and 20mim. I was told that a update was done and now it works. NOT IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING after 5 min of driving. So now I have to return so they can get the serial number off of the module so they can replace it and this could take 1 to 2 hours. And go back again to have it put in. I'm certain that if my warranty was up they would of had no problem telling me I needed to replace the module the first time I was there. I'm also a female they think I'm stupid if I believe they did anything to my SUV the 1st time to fixes my sycn
Dishonest dealership - Kelley Felts
This dealership absolutely RUINED my son's 16th birthday present! He picked out a truck from this dealership. We got all of the price and financing worked out. My husband told the sales people that he would be there in the morning to get the truck and they said they would be waiting on him. Late that afternoon, the salesman called my husband and told him that someone just bought the truck. We had everything worked out. We wanted to surprise our son on the day of his birthday with this truck in the driveway. But now, there will be NOTHING waiting on him because his birthday is 2 days away. When I called to talk to the general sales manager, Greg O'Grady, he was simply unapologetic for what happened and gave me the robotic policy/excuses that they must have to give quite often for their shady business practices. I would advise anyone to NEVER do business with this dealership because if they are heartless enough to ruin someone's 16th birthday, then they are capable of most anything!!!

Had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time, i got involved with another dealer who I had told I had the check for a vehicle and made an appointment to meet the sales rep and the day I was headed out the door, I got a simple e-mail from the General Manager that the car was sold overnight! Really, overnight.
Thats when my wife and i took a few minutes to rethink a new plan on what to do. We chose Browns's in Elkader because after many trips through their display of cars over the years, we knew they had high quality used vehicles!
I then looked up vehicles that met our needs and called Lori, who helped us connect with Wes our salesperson, sat with Wes and went through our story and he was more than willing to get us in a good car. The whole process with Lori, Wes and Kelsey was a treat after what we had gone through. Our feeling that dealing with local small town dealership with friendly customer oriented people sure makes life more enjoyable. Hats off to Browns's and their super staff. Would recommend them anybody!

My experience is on;y about the service department. They have been our go to shop for honest service on diesel Fords for years. Our tool set does not allow us to complete all services on Ford diesels, but this dealership has always been honest and treated our customers well.

Problems not paying off trade in *UNETHICAL* - William G
Traded in a car and they said it would be paid off in 10 days and 15 days later with late fees and a missed car payment Runde is saying they don't know where the check is. This dealer is very unethical and unresponsive. I have talked to Joe and Shawn and both have been little to no help. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD!

Sold me a $2700 "5 year/100k mile warranty" and told me it was from the day I bought it and 100k from the mileage I bought it with, which was 65k. After 2 years I go back for some warranty work for the first time, which should be covered according to the service tech I talked to, only to find out my warranty ended 20k miles ago.
Even the finance manager said it was 100k from the mileage I bought the car with. So either he's a complete moron, or he's playing dumb because he got caught.
The fact is they took advantage of my girlfriend and I, because we were young and still thought we could trust people and hadn't bought cars before.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
