I have to say, that in my lifetime, this has been THE best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! From the moment the salesman, Jon Elliot, approached us, to the moment we drove off the lot with our new vehicle, we got great service. Jon is a new salesman but he did everything right! He was polite, patient, and made us feel very comfortable. Mr. Jermaine Youngblood, his training manager was also very personable. The New Car Sales Manager, Mr. Riley Thompson, made sure we were treated well. And what is usually my LEAST favorite part, the FINANCE Manager, Kevin O'Brien, made the finishing touch to our purchase. So happy we decided to take the ride out the Toyota of New Orleans !!!!!

I must highly recommend the sales associate Kevin Gorman at Toyota of Bastrop. After first interacting with him some months ago in my search for a low-mileage 4Runner, he has kept up with me, and called periodically when something has come in that he thinks might fit what I am looking for, I did eventually find my deal through Car Gurus and will be picking up that vehicle tomorrow. When I told him of the vehicle, mileage and price I am getting it for, he genuinely seemed happy for me.
I have a Toyota household. My son will be graduating in a few. He has his eye set on a Toyota 86; I mean he is every bit as enthused over that car as I was for one of that car's forebears in the 1980s, The Corolla GT-S. It's kinda in our blood that when we find something good, we stick with it.

Great dealership that really impressed. Working with Johnnie Balfantz was a joy, and he really made what is usually a difficult process so easy. He had us in and out in record time, and even took time to set up all the bells and whistles on our new Highlander. Go see Price LeBlanc, and specifically ask for Johnnie. You won't be disappointed.

The first time a tire sensor went out on my way home on the tire that was changed at the dealership. I went back and after another one and a half hours of waiting was told that they didn't have the sensor in stock. The second time I ended up with oil smudges on my seats. The check sheet had all check marks in the green. When I return to my house and pull up in my driveway a nice gentlemen stopped to tell me that one of my rear break lights wasn't working. So they didn't check my lights either. Now I wonder if they even checked my filters or anything else. Went back and the service manager fixed the break light for free. Yes, my car is 10 years old, but I bought it at this dealership and have been a regular customer for these 10 years. If they don't want to work on it any more they can refuse it. But until then, I expect them be honest on the work they perform, which they are NOT.

This dealership "tacks on" a $3.99 "shop fee" on ALL auto services they provide. I went in for a website special for a full synthetic oil change for $39.99, with NO mention of an additional $3.99 "shop fee!" (not even in the fine print -- false advertisement!!). That is like a restaurant charging an additional "kitchen fee" on each meal, or maybe if Walmart were to charge a "parking fee" to visit their store. Are you serious? This is getting ridiculous, and is against Better Business Bureau's standards. I imagine that's why Bohn Toyota is not accredited by BBB. Get ready to "bend over" each time you schedule auto service from them. Pretty soon we'll be charged "cement fees" to drive on their premises, or "oxygen fees" for breathing their air while waiting for our autos to be serviced!!

I brought my car to this dealership when the battery light came on. It turned out that the alternator broke and it was over $800 to fix so I decided to buy another used car instead. I looked at John Harvey, and, at first, Matthias Buechler and Randy Davis(whom we had a connection to) were friendly and helpful. They chose cars and gave me a quote that would fit my budget. I found another car on their website that was listed as the same price as every other car they showed me. Now, I understand that they go down differently on each car, but they did not bring this car down at all except for a discount due to our connection with Randy. When we mentioned the other price they quoted they said "well, that was two cars ago" and were very rude during the entire process of actually discussing numbers and that day of looking at cars. We also know the Mannheim of this car, which was listed thousands of dollars over it. We ended up walking out and looking at other dealerships that were not rude when discussing numbers. A few days later we called about getting the cash for my car. There was no response from Adam Griffin until two days later. When he finally did call back they refused to give cash for my car and said they would only give us money for a trade in. I will never shop or service my car here ever again. The people are rude and do not honor the offers the make you. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not trust anything they tell you. They are only out to make money.

They tried to bill her for close to $1900.00 for xxxxxxxx repairs needed. That’s bad enough but they sabotaged her car to make caution lights come on. STAY AWAY especially if you are female! This was the worst customer service experience. My car was towed Friday afternoon to the dealership when it would not start. No one called me to confirm my car had arrived, so I started calling Saturday morning at 8am. It wasn't until 3 that afternoon that someone was able to confirm my car was there. I called multiple times during the week to try to get some type of status on my car. No one could ever give me one. No one ever called me back when I left messages. I left at least 2 messages for the service manager to call me back, and he never did. Someone finally called me the next Friday afternoon, a whole week later, to tell me my battery needed to be replaced. Does that really take a week to figure out.

I went to All Star Toyota and looked at a new Tundra. They looked at my Tundra and told me they would give me 17 thousand for it, and told me the would give me 18 if it had better tires. I put new tires on it and went back in two months. They looked at my truck and told me they would give me 10 thousand. When I inquired about the drop in the amount they offered they said it was because the wheel bearings in the rear end were bad and needed to be replaced. I told them that I wanted to talk to the sales manager because I was angry about why a 1500 dollar repair was going to knock 8 thousand dollars off the value of the vehicle. When I started talking to the sales manager he stuck the palm of his hand in my face as to tell me to shut up. I told him "Don't stick your hand in my face like you are talking to a kid." I then did it back to him and asked him if he liked it. He then started yelling "That's it." He then walked off. I guess he doesn't know they sell Toyota trucks all over the world and was thinking he had the only ones. I just went to San Antonio and purchased my new crewman. I wouldn't buy a pecan from All S--t Toyota. When They replaced the wheel bearings in the old truck they told me to be there at 8 am, and I was. They put the truck on the rack and began working on it at 1pm. When the truck was driven out of the bay the front end was rubbing because they had bent the dust cover on it. They told me to bring it back if it didn't stop in a couple of weeks but it was 4pm so they didn't have time to find out what was rubbing at that time. These people are idiots and should be cleaning the parking lot at a fast food restaurant.

After service was done on my car, I had to bring it back. They did a horrible job. This is a place that takes advantage of people and provides service that is not up to Toyota's standers. Not to mention Ms. Kitty is rude. She started off nice and friendly, the second she realized Courtesy had made a mistake she wanted nothing to do with me.

I was looking for a 2018 Toyota CH-R in a very rare color (Radiant Mica Green). Started out in Baton Rouge, at the dealership closest to where I live. They didn't have the color I wanted, but he told me that he could get it from the closest Toyota dealer that had one (which was Hixson). So, we began to negotiate, but red flags went up when he only offered me $3500 for my trade-in (the Kelley Blue Book value when I looked it up was nearly $6000.) When I questioned him about it, he made up a bunch of excuses as to why my car wasn't really worth what KBB said. Anyway, we finally struck a deal for $19000 + my trade-in value. He went to verify it with his boss, and came back and told me, "I have great news. My manager is insane for agreeing to this, but he says you can have a CH-R for that price, but it has to be that one right there (which was sitting on their showroom floor, in a completely different color.) I told him I wasn't interested and left. As I was leaving the parking lot, I called Hixson and was connected with a salesman named Justin Brown. When I mentioned the vehicle he immediately knew which car I was talking about, and told me he'd call me right back for a bottom line "out the door" price. Sure enough, 5 minutes later he called me and offered me the car at $100 over invoice ($24817 including taxes & fees). He asked me to send my VIN # and some photos of my vehicle so that he could assess the value. He told me he could give me the $5817 for it no problem, and I could pay the rest ($19000) in cash. So, I made the 3+ hour drive to Leesville early this morning to pick it up. I met Justin, who had all of my basic paperwork ready to go. I was then introduced to John, who was in charge of all the finances and warranties and whatnot. He, too, was super-nice (despite being a Cowboys fan) and was awesome to deal with. In less than an hour after arriving at the dealership I was driving off the lot in my brand-new CH-R. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service I received. My mother-in-law was in need of a new vehicle and was interested in a Toyota Camry. We went to Lake Charles Toyota to see what they had to offer. Our salesman, Wool Wooldridge, met with us, and immediately treated us like we were his mom and sister. It was raining when we arrived, so he found the car we were interested in and brought it to us to look at so we wouldn’t have to go out in the rain. The experience from there only got better. He brought us 4 different Camrys to look at, then the rain stopped and we decided to walk out on the lot with him. That’s when she spotted the car we drove home in that day, an electric blue C-HR. It just so happened this car was exactly in her budget. Buying this car was not like any other experience we have ever had. From looking at cars with Wool, to signing papers with Ricky Wilson, it was just amazing! On top of the great experience with buying the car, we also got free lifetime oil changes and inspection stickers! You just can’t beat that! We will definitely be back to Lake Charles Toyota!

Ken Alexander is the financial advisor who guided my through the process of document signing and financial choices. He is also professional, accurate, highly knowledgeable with a warm and friendly personality. His high tech table computer monitor made the process easier to understand and much less cumbersome than signing hard copy.
