Was watching TV and a commercial for the Telluride came on. So the next day I went to Waldorf Kia to look at it and ended up purchasing one. Randy Flowers greeted me outside, took me for a test ride in the vehicle and sealed the deal shortly afterwards. He knows the vehicles inside out and leaves the decision making up to you as far as purchasing. No pressure from him or any of the Kia Team.

Poor customer service in service department. Bill service manager did not give car wash as they stated they would do instead told me we "owe you one." Bill was not pleasant to deal with at all and seemed to look for ways not service the car that was under warranty. Will not go back

I was not sure if I would be able to get a new car on Friday. I was upside down on my loan and wanted to keep my payments reasonable. Steve Conway was very understanding of my situation, and really helped me get into a new vehicle. How coworker, Anthony Rosario was also extremely helpful in getting my payments where I needed them. I am not the proud owner of a Kia Sorento and it was a friendly, no pressure experience.
I also want to give a shout out to Mary the finance department who explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best offers within my budget.

First and foremost, King Kia beat everyone else on price. I had a target price that no one else came closer than $1200 over. King actually *beat* my target price! But that price didn't come from outlasting endless gamesmanship or double talk. I was able to get a good price up front on the phone, and then King delivered a quote that was even better.
Hugo was my sales rep, and he was courteous, genuine, and clearly knowledgeable about the car's features. Most of the time, sales reps are fumbling through describing features and just BS their way through most of it. Hugo knew his stuff, and it was greatly appreciated.
Ruben was my sales manager, and he was absolutely straight with me from beginning to end. He bent over backward to accommodate my requests and was extremely courteous. He and Hugo made a great team.
Christina handled finances, and she did an excellent job explaining each step of the process, answering my questions, and completing everything in a timely fashion, with the same level of courtesy as Hugo and Ruben.
Everyone involved valued my time. I was in the dealership for less than 2 hours in total.
I highly recommend King Kia and they will be my first stop in the future when shopping for a new Kia.

I came into the dealership to get it in my tires. After getting it filled, the brought it back and I saw nail it the back passenger tire. They took care of it with no issues at no charge. They were extremely friendly and gave no issues. Mark in the service department and the General sales manager Kevin Murphy are the BEST!!!!!

I purchased my Kia Sorento from Jone about 5 years ago. I have been doing all of my service at the dealership to keep the extend 200,000 mile warranty in take. One main reason I purchased a car 35-40 miles from my home was the free pickup of my vehicle and Loaner service, after two plus years the stopped the program. I have been telling them I felt issues with the car each time I came in for regular maintenance service, always told nothing wrong. On monday I came in for a regular oil change and recommended Transmission flush and cleaning. On my 45 minute drive home (last 5 minutes) the check engine light came on. I am now being told it is an intake sensor. Understand I hit my 100,000 about 6 weeks ago. Outside warranty!! Not cover with the Jones for life (I do not know what would be.) Not very honest dealership.

I previously had good service at Honda Dealers. Hertrich Honda was a terrible experience. I called and let them know I would wait for service , they gave me an appointment for 2PM . I arrived 10 min early and and was told 3 people were ahead of me and it would take another 45 minutes to change the oil. It took me 30 minutes to drive to the dealer ship and it turned out to be a bust I was obviously upset . I called the Manager on duty which was a wast of time. My Honda CRV is 5 years old and I am looking for new car. This is the only dealer near me so it looks like I will be buying a Toyata instead. I will never go back to this Dealer.

Not pushy, which is very important to me! The entire process was less than 1 hr. I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay - they were honest & upfront!! In November 2008, I purchased a new car (2009 Kia Rio5) from Thompson Kia, even purchasing an extended warranty beyong the 5 yr/60k mile Basic Warranty. I was mislead by Thompson Kia about the warranty and I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. From paint peeling several times (fixed incorrectly by Thompson Kia) to my car jolting when put in reverse to air conditioner problems and strange noises when steering -- all looked at by Thompson Kia in Fallston, MD and even after numerous visits, they could not fix my vehicle.
I even had to get the Better Business Bureau of Maryland as well as Kia involved and on 08/23/11, I had my car towed to Thompson Kia for they promised they would fix my vehicle and after two days of not even looking at it and then telling me my car was not under warranty (the Service Department and General Manager somehow misread my odometer -- I'm not joking), a week later I was told my car was ready. Not only was the major items not fixed, but also new issues appeared. They denied Mediation/Arbitration by the Better Business Bureau to avoid fixing my vehicle. They did everything in their power to not honor both my warranties! This, without a doubt, was the worst mistake of my life! I wish I had never purchased the car!
