My husband asked me if I would take the car down to have it appraised, and to make sure I went to see Jada which I did and I was surprised as to how smooth the experience had gone. They contacted us with the trade in value and my husband and I were both very pleased at what they gave us for our existing Pacifica. And we just bought a new Crosstrek at a good price and importantly, with no pushy issues with the Finance department. My salesperson, Ken Tereso is terrific, taking the time to take test drives on multiple vehicles while providing very impressive knowledge of the cars. We got a very reasonable deal and will return for our next car in the future!
