Never buy car from this dealership. They don't honor or back up there cars. Once u leave lot they don't know u anymore. They never return phone calls, tell call someone else. They tell u 1 thing and do another. My name is Wissam Darwish and car is 2012 ford focus. All I want is reimbursement for struts on my car. $500 was estimate. Car is for my girl for college to go back and forth. All u fathers out there know don't want problems while kid away on school.

Purchased A 2013 Toyota Camry. Steve Bathgate in the Used Car dept. was terrific. Gave me plenty of time to look over the car without bothering me but was always there for questions. Made a good deal with me with no B.S. It was the easiest used car deal I ever made. Even stayed late just to make sure my license plate was on securely. Will recommend you to my friends, thank you.

I went to serra kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Visit went fine. Up north for weekend my vehicle had a horrible shake it was hard to control over 60mph. I took my car to another business for a balance assuming because of the rotation that was the issue. Definitely not!! The back tires were sooo packed full of mud then placed on the front without being cleaned out first. When i contacted serra kia their response was "I didn't pay for the tires to be cleaned out just a rotation". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They gave me my vehicle back knowing there was an issue!! Never take a vehicle there for service if you want it back running properly!!

Bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot as is on September 4, 2019. I asked Dave, my salesman, about purchasing a warranty. He said he would get me the paperwork. I never received it. I called Dave and asked again about a warranty and he again told me he would send it out. I never received it. I called a third time and was told he would call me back as he was with a customer. Never called. Two days later the engine started overheating. Took it to a shop and was told there was a crack in the block. Now I have to pay $3k to repair a vehicle I bought 6 weeks prior because the salesman couldn't be bothered to sell me something I wanted. All of this after the sales manager went on and on about the quality of their vehicles because if they didn't have good word of mouth they wouldn't have business. Their lack of communication makes me believe they knew about the engine issue prior to selling the vehicle. My daughter bought a brand new 2020 Kia Soul the day after I bought the Jeep. She has a question about her warranty and they will not respond to any of her calls either.

Unfortunately, I am moving my business elsewhere due to an emailed quote not being honored on a 2019 Stinger GTS. The manager said something about their being a mistake because certain incentives cant be combined, yada, yada, yada.
Okay fine, maybe the salesperson made a mistake but that mistake was the sole reason I came into the establishment. At least try to meet me in the middle as you messed up, not me (even an apology would have been nice).
I was a long time customer there but this interaction has swayed me to become loyal elsewhere.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to fix a major acceleration issue with my six year old Kia. After fixing a wire that they thought was the problem, they test drove it and said it was better. I was skeptical so I asked to test drive the car before I checked out to see if it was any better before I left, but they would not let me. I was basically told if this didn't fix the issue that it would be very expensive to repair, implying that my 6 year old Kia was not worth fixing. So I just cashed out and left. But as soon as I pulled out, it was obvious that the problem was no better. How any serious tech would think the problem is fixed when the car is hitting 5000rpm to get up to 25mph, I don't understand. So I turned around and brought it back to tell them the car was no better. The service manager and tech essentially through their hands up in the air, didn't offer to take another look or take it for a drive to even offer a guess what the problem was. They just said, well it might be expensive and take a long time to figure out. Again implying that a 6 year old Kia is not worth fixing, and giving the strong impression that they just did not want to deal with it. So I left. Worst experience I ever had with any auto shop or dealership. I certainly will not return, and would not recommend anyone else to use this shop. I should have just gone to my local repair shop, but I thought that a Kia dealership would be better able to fix a Kia, instead I wasted half of a day, drove 100 miles, and spent $250 to have my car run just as poorly as it did when I brought it in.
