I've never bought a car by myself before and Mike G. was wonderful. The finance guy was great, too. The only problem was Secretary of State took forever to get the plate provided. Got a great car and didn't feel like I'd been pressured or rushed. They were so helpful with how different things worked on it,too, (This is the third car bought here; the first two with my husband. He swore by their service department and we have always been happy with their cars.)

I was very disappointed with my experience at Feldman Kia. Inside of the dealership I was shown a vehicle that was black and told that they could order a less expensive version to be delivered in 2 weeks. I was told that the Telluride sell fast & encouraged to lock it in. At delivery they rolled out a brown car with a ding in the door. They kept going on about how it just looks black in the showroom. The sales manager Todd went on & on about how it was nothing he could do because I already signed the paperwork. I knew it was weird that the vehicle came in on Thursday but they wanted me to take delivery on Saturday. Did I mention Todd was talking loudly about slapping a woman and laughing? Although they acknowledge the vehicle looks black inside the dealership they do not understand why I would not appreciate the obvious brown color. That seems really slick. And the shiwroom car really looked black and I even shot a few photos of it and it looks black in my photos. At This point I have a car in my name that I have not taken delivery on and they keot my 2020 that I was trading in. I have never cried in a dealership before today but imagine going from thinking you are upgrading a luxurious vehicle for a better one to driving a Chevy Trax that stinks of ciggarettes! I have leased cars through Kia since 2014 but never again. It is sad that the antiquated stereotypical slippery car selling tactics are alive & well at this dealership and have killed my loyalty. My recommendation is watch yourself-and them. If you are a woman pay especially close attention to the creepy vibes and choose wisely on if these people deserve your business. Lesson learned. Never again. I am happy to update my rating if things change.

This place is give car dealerships the worse name even down to the sales manager. Listen to there commercial on the used car side. You go there and run your credit and get approval. So I called for a week straight after the add was over. I called the sales manager 6 times with no call back. Very professional what a joke!!!!

Awesome service! Ali Kabil provided us with excellent customer service. We never felt pressured or pushed to a certain vehicle or to purchase anything. He is very knowledgeable about all models of Kia and gave us very detailed explanations of each feature of the various models we were interested in. He did everything in his power to accommodate us as well as various members of the team ... If Ali did not have an answer, he found another team member who did. We highly recommend Seelye Kia in Battle Creek as a great place to browse and/or purchase a vehicle. Kia's warranty cannot be beat and we love the car! We have purchased new vehicles from other dealerships in the past and have to say, this has been our best experience. If there is a next time for a new vehicle, Seelye Kia of Battle Creek is where we will be going.

I set up appt. today with David, Salesman. I told him I would be down for appraisal and to test drive car around 2 pm. David had vehicle ready out front and it was a very nice vehicle. When I got back I was expecting to know what they would give for trade-in and to discuss cost of vehicle and financing. When I returned I found out David had a family emergency and had went home. The person that put on plate had went and told Manager and finance manager what had happened. They both just sat on their dead xxxxx and sent the guy out saying appraisal hadn't been done. Neither Manager bothered to get off their xxx and talk to me. Except for David, salesman who was very good, worst service I have ever seen. Wouldn't advise anyone to go there. Drove 40 miles after appt. made and that is what they had to offer. So, back to Fox Kia I go who has great service and people that want to help you when you walk in the door. I typically dont write reviews, but this was the worst car dealer I have ever been to.

DONOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALSHIP !! Absoloutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior ! We had called the dealership an hour prior to our arrival to check out a used Kia Sorento . When we arrived at the dealership after driving 2 hours, to our great surprise the car was nowhere to be found. Tom,our sales person finally located it at the cleaners after a 30 min wait time and, we had to drive 10 mins to go to the different location ( i.e ... the cleaners )and test drive the car( Firstly, as a customer you expect that the car is ready and on location when you are calling beforehand to set up an appointment to checkout the car. Secondly, you DONOT have paying customers drive to the cleaners to checkout a car ... you have the car bought down from the cleaners or you let us know and reschedule the appointment.... that's why we SCHEDULE an appointment !! ... Duh !! It really isn't rocket science ! ) ... we didnot see the other red Kia Sorento since we already have a red car and didn't want another red car, which we very clearly communicated with Tom. Never the less, we spent a few hours at the dealership and finalized the deal on the white Kia Sorento and then drove back home . On reaching home , we get a call from the manager that the white Kia Sorento, that we spent half the day checking out was actually sold yesterday ! He told us that this happens and our sales person has been working really hard for us ( when we asked not to work with him anymore) !! ..... Seriously?? Are you kidding me ? That's like the FIRST thing to check .... if the car is sold or not !! ( And what he means by " it happens" is .... I am guessing...we are not the first people coming to this place to have such a thing happen to them !). And now they are working on getting ready the red Kia sorento for us to check out when we explicitly told them that we DIDNOT want a red car in the first place!! When I did say that I didn't wish to see this car,he also argued with us on how the car is a " sangria " and not really "a red " .... 🙄..... really ?? He also said that the most he can do for us is to let us know if the deal falls through. Unbelievable !! Just unbelievable ! We will not be coming back for sure and are writing this review so that all future customers are forewarned and do not waste their time with this place .Go there at your own risk !
