Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was outgoing and helpful. Stephanie met me at the door and talked me though the loan process while I was waiting take a look at the vehicle. Raj and Regan both were friendly and told me a bit more about the vehicle before I took it for a short test drive. I was happy with how it looked and handled so after I decided I'd wanted we were able to go though the process very quickly which was great as I was able to take it straight to work afterwards. I was happy with how aggressively it was priced as it had a manual transmission and thankful I didn't get teased for being so out of practice with it. Overall it was relatively brief, but great experience and I liked all the team members I met while purchasing my new car.

Bought my car in 2012 from this dealership and even though I live out of state (4.5-5 hours away), I will SAVE my service calls and oil changes for Serra rather than the 2 dealerships in my own town. I've dealt with my 2 local ones before when I had no choice but to have it serviced for an emergency locally. But the lame service I received at both places makes me want to "save" my mechanic work & drive my car 4.5-5 hours NORTH to Serra to get the respect & knowledge they give me as a customer (from Teresa my advisor) and the excellent service I receive for service from the mechanics (Timothy in particular). Paul (the service manager) has always been great too whenever I've dealt with him.
I'm in and out in a timely manner, the pricing is satisfactory and as I mentioned, the way they treat me is like a member of the family. I highly recommend the service center at Serra Kia in Washington.

While shopping for a new car is stressful at best the salesman, Scott Brockelbank, at Seelye KIA of Kalamazoo made it a GREAT experience! Scott came "highly recommended" and he did not dissappoint! Never buy car from this dealership. They don't honor or back up there cars. Once u leave lot they don't know u anymore. They never return phone calls, tell call someone else. They tell u 1 thing and do another. My name is Wissam Darwish and car is 2012 ford focus. All I want is reimbursement for struts on my car. $500 was estimate. Car is for my girl for college to go back and forth. All u fathers out there know don't want problems while kid away on school.

I like the free oil changes but was unhappy with the service manager. He's telling me that he's not really a Kia guy. Tried to sell me a new Kia and air filters that I just replaced last oil change. Also I had to expressly refuse a car wash because when you wash it it looks like crap.. You guys leave water marks all over the car and windows.

On several occasions I returned to have my front wheel bearing replaced and they refused to service it under warranty because they didn’t believe they were bad. After being given the all clear multiple times I smoked both bearing causing me to have to replace the the cv axles less than 1000 miles later. I tried to get part numbers for the replacements and they refused to give them to me and when I ordered front suspension parts from there they charged over 4 times as much for them and they were the wrong part. When I tried to return them they wanted a restocking fee. I’ve owed a Lexus IS250 that was much cheaper to maintain and purchase parts for. They charge way to much for parts and their refusal to give part numbers is ridiculous... are these proprietary parts?!? No, just parts I can get online but are next to impossible to purchase at a parts store. Their service is a joke and customer service is next to non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and buy something other than a Kia unless you want subpar service, parts, and vehicles.

I have a lease agreement with KIA stating the amount I would have to pay if I decided to purchase the vehicle at lease end. It specifically states $xx,xxx.xx and a purchase option fee of N/A.
They want to add an additional $500. to do the paperwork!! N/A must mean whatever we decide to charge you!!

Us doing the paperwork is the reason for the $500 fee. You will need to call Kia and they can instruct you where to send your payment and then you will need to go to Secretary of State after getting proof of payoff from Kia so you can take care of the title work with the state, then you will have to contact your insurance company letting them know your car is paid off and you will need to take the the paperwork form the state showing your cars paid off or you can come to see me at Kia and we can do all this for you for $500. Let me know if you are going to go thru me or not.

Worst service ever!!! - Annoyed
I have been dealing with Kia Feldman for years. In the beginning they had staff that actually cared . However, it seems they all left. The people I am dealing with right now are rude, and downright stupid!! They don’t know the word” customer service”!! They are trying to sell you on making repairs that are not necessary , while in the meantime not taking care of the recalls that KIA advises because they don’t have the parts available even after you make an appointment!! Worse, they don’t even care to notify you that the parts are not in... so.. you just waist your time getting your car there ... for more than 24 hours.. then picking it up... and nothing got done!!!! The world is full of morons!!! I don’t know how these people keep a job!! It’s not acceptable!! My time is valuable!!! Don’t go there there ...
