This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned - mjkayla2

This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The competitive pricing made it well worth shopping online and having the vehicle shipped directly to North Carolina. From the very beginning, the team at Brookfield was professional, responsive, and transparent. They, along with the vehicle carrier, kept me informed throughout every step of the process, which made purchasing a vehicle from out of state feel easy and stress-free. When the vehicle arrived, it was in excellent condition and exactly what we hoped for. Most importantly, **my daughter was absolutely thrilled!** I truly appreciate the exceptional service, communication, and care shown throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy vehicle-buying experience—even from out of state!

This is the third car we’ve bought with Zach, and every - JZickert

This is the third car we’ve bought with Zach, and every time he delivers the same thing: honest guidance, zero pressure, and a buying process that’s actually enjoyable. He listens first, acts in your best interest, and brings a level of care you just don’t find in the typical car-sales experience. If you want a truly different kind of process—one where your needs come first and you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about your happiness—look no further than Zach. He’s the real deal.

Do not ever go here! - Steve

Do not ever go here! They had our truck for 2 weeks and were impossible to get ahold of. We called, emailed, and left messages and the only way we got a response was going in person. Parts delays happen, but they had 0 communication, never apologized, and then had the gall to want to charge us to put it back together (took them 15 mins to do) for a warranty repair.

Service is a nightmare; I took my car in due to an engine - johnwiec

Service is a nightmare; I took my car in due to an engine light that was ON. 9 days later I'm still in the dark about the status of my vehicle; if I would have known it would be this bad, I'd have taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic.

Massive issues buying a new car from them, lots of - AnnoyedSubaru

Massive issues buying a new car from them, lots of service issues, they don't understand what half the accessories I ordered are (they are common accessories). It appears they were purchased by Fox and went downhill right away. Wouldn't recommend. At least I have the car now.

Very helpful and professional. - morenoda2018

Very helpful and professional. Shelby was excellent and knowledgeable. Greatest experience I have ever had at a dealership.

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, - gthiemeyer

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, 10/18/25. My salesperson was Cleveland Baskin. He was awesome- professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made my buying experience pleasant! What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

Robert was ready and waiting for me. - Teresa

Robert was ready and waiting for me. We actually had most of the paperwork done over the phone so it went smooth when I signed and got my new car. The color is fantastic. Thank you Robert and Justin.

I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. - Mark B.

I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. They were phenomenal! Went above and beyond to get my truck in and out on a busy Monday while understaffed that morning. They could have made excuses and/or made me reschedule. Instead, they still provided excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated. Mark B.

Friendly, efficient service. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. My waiting time in the lounge was brief as the service was done in a very timely manner…the good news was I used my GM REWARDS POINTS and didn’t have any out of pocket costs for the service! 🤗

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me - weakestlnk

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

We bought a truck there in January. - DoYourResearch

We bought a truck there in January. Deal promised to mail a 2nd key it's almost March and still no key. This was written into the deal. Also waiting for them to fix a leaky window on the truck. We are out of state, so need to take to another dealer for repairs. Do not recommend this dealer. We worked with Hudy.

This used to be a good dealership. - Tikigreg

This used to be a good dealership. I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a month. This was my daily driver. I took it to an independent garage and had it back in less than a week I also had them document corrosion damage under the extended warranty. I never heard back and ended up taking it to another dealer. Ever since the owner was appointed a diplomat this dealership has gone downhill. The service department is rude and apparently they can’t keep technicians according the service rep I talked to.

I recently leased a car from Max Zimmermann at Crown - Rose H.

I recently leased a car from Max Zimmermann at Crown Motors. The overall experience was extraordinary. Max was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Questions were answered promptly and paperwork was handled efficiently. I traded in my car and felt that I got a fair price. Max and Crown Motors demonstrated their commitment to providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Max!

Blatant False Advertising – Worst Car Buying Experience - chandra.vaddamani

Blatant False Advertising – Worst Car Buying Experience in Decades We found a used Mazda CX-5 listed at this dealership, advertised clearly as being equipped with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We went for a test drive, liked the car, and trusted the listing. My daughter tried checking the feature on-site, but it didn’t work. We figured maybe we just didn’t know how to operate it and assumed it would work once we got familiar with it. BIG MISTAKE. Turns out, the car did NOT have Apple CarPlay at all. Zero. It was falsely advertised, plain and simple. My daughter had to move states within a week of purchase, so we had no time to bring it back. We went to the Mazda dealership to get it installed – $550 out of pocket. Add in the cost for replacing bad brake fluid and it totaled nearly $900 in expenses within 3 days of buying the car. I went back to the dealership, showed them the listing, and directly asked them why they listed a feature that the vehicle didn’t have. I asked, “Isn’t this false advertising?” The response? A very calm, unapologetic “Yes, it is.” No attempt to fix it. No compensation. No ownership of their lie. Just an admission of guilt – and then a shrug. This was intentional deception. They knew what they were doing: slap on a feature list to make the car more attractive and hope the buyer doesn’t catch it until it’s too late. And they have the audacity to hide behind “we’re not responsible after the sale.” And then there was the financing nightmare. The finance guy tried to push a warranty down our throats, using scare tactics and saying “anything can go wrong” – the usual fear-mongering nonsense. When we resisted, he casually mentioned they make more money from repairs and service than from car sales. Think about that. This is an Alfa Romeo dealership basically admitting their real profit is from vehicles breaking down, not selling them. I've been driving since 1997. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They lied outright, admitted it, and still did nothing. This was my daughter’s first car, and it was supposed to be a positive experience. Instead, it was a lesson in how shady and dishonest a dealership can be. I will NEVER return to this place, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This is not one of them.

Outstanding sales person engagement - quiet-eye

Purchased Saab convertible. Was given time to have it checked out and even encouraged to do so. Mr. John Dingle was patient and understanding during extended time to determine if vehicle would be a worthy purchase. All staff was gracious and helpful. Highly recommend. - Thank you for quality experience and s great car!

I was in the market for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There are three Alfa dealerships within an hour of me so I emailed all three asking for pricing and availability. To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. But I can’t drive an hour each way just to find out they weren’t close to where I needed to be with price,
