Don't take it personal but. 3 yrs. ago we leased a sorento. Put $3000.00 payments of a tolerable $280.00 a month down everyone happy., . Went back in 3yrs later to negotiate buy out before lease end. It became a 4 Hr. standoff. Omars' high pressure tactics running back and forth to I don't know who and coming back out with other new car options they we we're not interested in. this went on and on for 4 hrs. he did not listen to any of our offers. The sequence became like a water board torture treatment. Omars(salesman) trying to take your money and then Sean(Finance manager) is telling how you should save money. Omar would not give an inch on residual buyout price plus the added xxxx near $1000.00 for assessories that we never asked for they told us it was common practice on lease vehicles. I hope they listen to their customers closer, felt demoralized and dejected by the time we left the dealership. GOOD LUCK Everyone, We'll let KARMA take it from here? Have lived in this area since 1993. This is the 1st vehicle that I have purchased from Jeff Belzers's in Lakeville. MY BAD. The culture at this dealership is welcoming, professional, educational and then consults with the customer to make a buying decision. Never was I pressured into a "this is what we have and this is what you need" corner. Very impressive inventory. Over a half dozen times I was politely approached to ask if I was being helped. Everyone was great from the first time I called in by phone to the last person I spoke with in person. This does not just happen, it is a culture that is created and supported. Well done!

Recently had my car in twice over the last month. Once for an oil change, and the second for a recall service. Cornerstone sent me text messages when both were due, to help me schedule the appointments. They are super friendly, well staffed, and the waiting areas are very comfortable. They will exceed their own time estimates. Just an all around enjoyable experience every time I’ve been in there. From purchase to service, you are treated like Number 1 there.

We were vacationing near Duluth and hit a deer. The service department inspected my Kia, tightened a loose turn signal and reassured me that I could continue driving my car and finish our vacation before taking it to our body shop back home. They were very professional, timely and friendly. After the upset of our collision with the deer, we were very relieved to have such a pleasant ending to our day.
