I brought my new vehicle in for an oil change and tire... - steve
I brought my new vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was contacted that the work had been completed, the service manager said they had a hard time finding the key for the locking lugs on my wheels.. When I asked him more about this, he told me that they could not find their master so they completely searched my vehicle. He said they went thru everything in the console and then thru everything in the trunk and glove box to find the key! I couldn't believe they would do this and especially during covid times. Why didn't they simple ask me for it. I was in the waiting room. Then I walked out to find my vehicle and had to hunt for it. I found it in the back parking lot. In the past they had not inflated my tires properly so I checked them and found 32psi instead of the 35psi that is recommended. Again, they can't inflate tires properly. I also found a large heavy socket sitting on the running boards. If this would have fallen off when driving, it could of done damage to my vehicle or go thru a windshield of another car. They were just then going to put my vehicle thru the car wash after I had told the service manager I had hand washed it the day before and did not want them to wash it. On the service order it says that they check all fluids and top them off. After I got home, I checked my window washer fluid and it looked like the level was down. I added about a half of a gallon of fluid to the reservoir. Again, they can't do what they say they are going to do. My experience with them today shows me that the Kline Service Department is completely incompetent and I will never use them again to perform any work on my vehicle.

Lucas was totally prepared for my visit, showed me the vehicle I was interested in, quickly got my trade valued and went over all my financing options. Usually buying a car seems like an all day process and this was quick and easy! I highly recommend asking for Lucas if you stop by!

I had to get a new car and what I thought started out as a good experience turned out to not be. I only wanted my credit ran with my back since my other loan was with them and I wanted to continue business with them. The finance office at Walser told me my back wouldn't touch me, BUT that wasn't true!!! My bank sent over an offer for me to finance my car with them, BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE OFFER. instead I was told I have to open my options and see if another bank would finance me. I received a letter from my bank showing me what they offered me and the terms of the agreement AND THAT THE DEALERSHIP TURNED DOWN THE OFFER WITHOUT ME KNOWING. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW IM STUCK WITH A LOAN AND A BANK I'VE NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH. I called the dealership after receiving this letter from my back and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLES AT ALL.

Unknowledgeable about the cars, untruthful about maintenance that needs to be done, disappointing. I knew the car I wanted so they didn't have to sell me.. Although he knew NOTHING about the car. LOL will not be back to this location. Like going to a doctor who doesn't know where your heart is
Horrible service. My starter went on the car….they fixed... - Poppysnox
Horrible service. My starter went on the car….they fixed it without following their own service bulletin on how to replace the starter…when the second starter went they said “we cant’ find a problem with it” I was getting stranded at patient’s homes because the dam thing would not start. Then they said it was “operator error”. OK….step on brake…push the button…duh. The engine blew on my 2015 honda crosstour only 9 days out of warranty and they would do NOTHING. They blamed me for putting too much oil in it but it was obviously not oil that caused all the valves to bend over. Did they test the oil to see if there was antifreeze or gas infiltrating the oil? Nope…just blame the customer. They charged me for the tow they had said was covered under warranty. All the greasy engine parts were then put into my beautiful meticulously kept car and it was put into their lot. I am a nurse who was dealing with Covid and these jerks kept calling to get the car out of their lot. They offered me 8k for the car (book was 17k). A year later I put another engine into it and got 12,800 on trade for a new subaru. My other car was having transmission hesitation and it is a known problem for the Nissan Juke. They indicated the transmission was probably going but they could not find anything wrong with it. I have a lifetime warranty on the car and wanted it fixed. .I decided to trade it in. I found a loaded nissan rogue on the showroom floor and asked them what I could get for my 2014 Juke. It is in perfect shape with low miles and new tires. Oh No….we will only give you 11K (thousands below trade value) for your car because “we know there are transmission issues”. So they don’t even trust their own service department. They cannot fix it but they won’t take it on trade. Some Nissan dealer. I was told the transmission fluid looked good and I didn’t have to change it until 80k miles but the book recommends at 60k so I then took it to a local transmission shop (to keep my lifetime warranty). They said the transmission is most likely going and changed the “filthy” fluid. I bought many cars here through the years but will NEVER return.
