For 5 months preluding the return of my Altima I was looking for the perfect car. The kind that talks to me, like “ I’m the one you want!” I saw lots of different cars in numerous dealerships. Some just from outside, but as the time got closer to returning my lease I drove 4 a day.
I got panicky and with no result.
The worst part was that I could not decide if should be used or new. I was ready to buy out my lease. In this miserable state I with my family, that got considerably bored with me, drove to Eden Prairie Nissan. The place was bright and stylish, new, like in the best car commercials. Sales people in good mood ( on a Sunday afternoon), ready to help. The cool air also restored my attention that was getting lost in the heat. The best thing was that there was no crowd or waiting.
The first person who came to help us was sparkly eyed and dressed elegantly with soothing colors.
I could have been Bryan ‘s worst nightmare client. But with his calm and jovial personality Bryan cooled and calmed me in seconds. I was all ears to seek what he can do.
First of all, he was both a new and used sales. Second, he knew his numbers. (I bet he has some therapy background too.) Third, he was attentive and patient with me and my family. Fourth, Bryan is straight forward and honest. No games.
The result was that I could trust him and a spankin brand new Altima SV, that is mine. I bought it! I was lucky to find a great salesman who took me seriously, listened and made buying a breeze. Thank you, Bryan! You are truly professional and made the process fun.

We were originally attracted to Dave Syverson because of a really great price we saw on their website for a vehicle we were interested in. I initially expressed some concern over buying an eight-year old vehicle, but Jake said not to worry... they would stand behind it if things weren't right. We ended up buying that vehicle, but unfortunately had some unanticipated problems within the first few days. Jake and George really took care of us. Everything was fixed... no charge... even though we bought the vehicle "as is". I guess Jake was serious about standing behind the vehicle... the bill would have been over $2000, but we paid zero. We will definitely buy our next car here, even though its 60 miles from home. Thanks Jake (and George). We'll be back.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on May 19th from Walser Nissan Wayzata and the battery completely died on June 9th. I called them too see if they can take some responsibilities for this issue and they blame everything on me. I just drive to go to work and didn't even use the radio and AC a lot. Car salesman Jake Miller told me everything was inspected and the battery would last even though I told him the head lights were kind of dim. I would recommend having the car inspected by a third party before you purchase a car because they won't take any responsibilities for any issues after you drive the car off the parking lot.

Don't trust any positive review you find on Walser. Our sales associate begged us for a review before the sale was even final and we obliged because he was nice and the experience had been pleasant.
Every thing that came after the ink drying on the sales document was a complete and total disaster.
If you think buying from a large auto group like Walser means that they have integrity and will stand behind the vehicles they sell you are dead wrong (believe me I fell for it too, the sales team does a great job selling that their buying experience is different).
I got the run around when I tried to have a minor fix taken care of and after 3 visits just gave up and got it fixed somewhere else.
I have a lifetime powertrain warranty complements of Walser but after seeing how well they stand behind their vehicles over immaterial matters I have no faith that my highly advertised LIFETIME warranty will amount to anything should I need it.

I have gone to Morries several times for basic service and once for a blown fuse. They replaced the fuse for free and I was thrilled. During my basic oil changes and other service, the technicians have always been very friendly and willing to answer any additional questions I might have.

I was very pleased with Adams service. He was VERY easy to relate to. He included both my husband and I when he was talking. He was so personable. He told us truthful things with pictures to back it up as I have an exotic animal and he has family with the same type of thing. He told me everything I needed to know about my new vehicle, gave me options asked if I had questions. Told me about the $9.95 oil change as long as I had the car. Showed me how to use options in my vehicle. Both of us laughed with the kick options for the back hatch as neither of us could do it. I didn't care as it was not my main reason for my purchase. I tell everyone I know about my purchase and I work in retail so I talk to alot of people. Thank you Adam for your excellent service and the care you showed and the time you spent with me.
