We have always had good friendly service at Tanner's. I was told by another garage I needed to have my drive shaft replaced and it would cost $4000+. I took it to Tanner to verify what I was told and found out there was no need for a replacement, just an adjustment. Thank you Tanner.

Never did I think I would write a review about a car dealership, but the professionalism, dedication to excellence, genuine kindness, communication & professionalism has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Adam has demonstrated exceptional patience and not once pressured me; rather he's built a foundation of trust. Always going above and beyond for customers. I was recommended to let my car go with $6,000 still left on the vehicle. They offered me the best trade value and paid off my loan. It was their service advisor who recommended I find a new car. I reached out to our salesman who we had 8 years ago and he gave me one of his salesman David H. He was wonderful. So kind and understanding of our difficult situation and never got sick of us or my questions. He placed us in a brand new Honda HRV and we are over the moon. This quality care is hard to find in dealerships and I know we will be back when its time for our next upgrade.
