I was looking for a vehicle for my teenage daughter to drive. I was thinking about a used car to help keep the payment low but at the same time I didn't really like that idea. I didn't like the idea because of all the unknowns you have with buying a used car. How much money would I have to spend on upkeep/repairs after purchase or how much time would it spend in the shop. Being a single parent, I don't have extra money or time to spend on a unreliable car.
So, I find myself at Glendale Chrysler, and that is where Jim Ottomeier really stepped up and helped me out! He was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. After listening to me, Jim responded with a couple of options. One of those options showed me how I could get a new Jeep Compass car lease for just a little over $200/mo. This was the answer I had been looking for, I couldn't believe it!!! It was a nice little sporty car with a great payment. Most of all, it relieves a lot of stress for me knowing my daughter is driving a very safe and dependable car.
The experience at Glendale could not have gone better. Jim Ottomeier made the car buying process seem effortless!! I will most definitely be coming back to Glendale Chrysler to buy my next vehicle!

My husband and I were shopping for a reliable, used 3rd row vehicle. We weren't really sure if we needed a minivan, or SUV. After browsing online we were interested in 2 used vehicles at Youngblood. I called and spoke with Mark Sherrow at the Springfield location to inquire about them both. The set us an appointment with Rich Womack at the Ozark location, and assured us both vehicles would be there. On the day of our appointment only 1 vehicle was at the Ozark location. We were disappointed, but excited to view the Traverse. When we arrived Rich inquired if we were interested in a Dodge Journey, (which were were not) or a new Dodge Grand Caravan. After re-iterating we were looking for those 2 specific used vehicles he promptly showed us the Traverse. It is a fabulous used vehicle. In great condition, with low mileage for it's age. We really liked it, but wanted to view a van to see what the difference in space/cargo area was. During that time another couple was looking at the Traverse. We quickly decided it was the car for us, and made an offer. Rich was the sole reason our offer was submitted first. We got the car! After finalizing the financing (David was fantastic!) we drove away in our new car. I feel like there were opportunities for this to have been a stellar experience, but instead it was alright. We are thrilled with the Traverse, and thankful to have had to option to purchase such a great deal. The price listed was really what drove us to Youngblood. We will be back again.

Auto Body Experience - 2014TC
I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.
Scammers, time wasters, over priced cars - Carbuyer76
This place is the biggest waste of time, and biggest scammers in the area.
1st time, they assured me that if i drove 2 hours each way, i was approved no matter what.
They low balled my truck trade in, offered me $300 for a fully working f250 truck. Got us a way way over priced dodge cailber. only took it because my wife was disabled, in a wheelchair, as we were leaving dealership, the battery failed on the car. As we were broke down in the middle of the highway, they told us to return to dealership even though the car was locking uo the brakes due to the battery issue.
No apology, nothing, but got a new battery installed.
2nd time, was assured no issue with financing since i was bringing $3000 down payment. After 5 hours, was told to go home, they would call us if we were approved. Never got a call back, wasted 9 hours of driving and waiting in the dealership.
I wont be back for a 3rd time.

They sold me a $30,000 jeep with a broken seat. That's right, my driver side seat is sunk in on one side and completely broken. I replaced the cushion from the factory at my own expense just to realize the seat itself was broken. They buy used rental cars from the auction and sell them to you without making sure things aren't broken. I've bought three cars from them and had a similar experience with each one. Do NOT go here, you will be ripped off. I've never been more dissatisfied with a dealership in my life. This is a shady place with shady business practices.

Working with Joe was great, he understood what I was interested in, and willing to work within my budget. NEVER ANY PRESSURE! Unfortunately I have taken my vehicle there four or five times over the course of five years. Problems were never fixed only more were created each time I took the vehicle in. Rachel who's supposed to be customer friendly and helpful. Expresses nothing but attitude and belittles the customer knowledge on their own vehicle and Company they invest their money in. Their prices are marked way up, along with the lack of resolving any one issue I had in particular. They always blame the electronics 4 things not processing properly but yet never fixed it. They gave me the run around and got me for more than I like to say. Took my car 30 minutes south and have the best experience of my life at Reed's dealership and Kansas City Kansas. Prices were the same as what they are supposed to be nationally Rachel was not there did not talk back to any customer and resolved any and all issues I actually expressed. Do not take your vehicle 2 Gladstone Dodge and Chrysler. You will end up meeting Rachel and quickly realize you made a mistake. Spend the extra 1/8th of a tank to get real quality service a little further south.
