Best auto buying experience we've ever had! After being screwed over by three other dealerships with hidden fees and unkept promises we found Jim Butler Chrysler and our amazing salesman Steve! Not only were they very honest and upfront but they went out of their way to make everything as easy and fast as possible and get us as many savings as possible. We spend weeks looking at trucks online and in person in Missouri and surrounding states and I am telling you right now you will not find better people, more options or a better deal anywhere! They got us quickly into a new 2021 Ram 1500 big horn for the around the price of what we were seeing trucks a few years old and with 30k+ miles on them. I recently went in on my birthday to have my oil changed as I have routinely for the past 4 years. After the three hours it took to have that done I got my car and was on my way. On the way home I noticed a loud scraping noise and when I got home I was shocked to see the shield under my car dragging and the screws missing. the next day I started to hear a loud scraping from my rear brakes.
I called back to schedule an appointment to have it fixed and communicated I only have one car and I needed to schedule a time to have it done so it could be done the same day. I was assured 2pm was plenty of time.
upon arrival I explained my situation because none of the notes I was told was put into the appointment were there and was told I would be in and out shortly. 2 hrs later I went to get an update and had to be asked my name 3 times and then watched as they checked every stack of papers and then said ill go check on it, it was for an oil change right? following my correcting him I watched and he walked through the garage and backlot seeming like my car was nowhere to be found. finally, I was to it will be done in 30 min.
An hour later I went to check in again and was told the shield was secured but the rear brake pads were digging into the rotors and they didn't know how that could have happened, and then after me expressing my frustration was told it would be $300 to fix, but the noise was fixed but get the parts replaced soon. I communicated I will be going somewhere else and went on my way.
on my way home the noise remained, I attempted to call the rep I spoke with back and went to VM and then was told the service mgr was gone and I could leave a note, after saying why I wanted to speak with him was hung up on by the lady on the phone.
I then got home to find the wood screws I put in to keep the shield up still there and nothing was done in the last 3 hours. I then called again to speak with a service mgr and now he is in a meeting and since they're about to close I probably won't be able to talk to him. I then asked for another person and was given an unidentified VM who was supposed to be a sales mgr.
the irony is I just took a 12-hour road trip with no issues with my breaks.
If you like your car in working condition do not take it here.

This dodge goes with a gap company called AIS . They are crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. They only paid off 1600 dlls of my loan which a rule is they pay off up to 25% which wasn’t much what I owed. This dealer is good but the gap company sucks for extended warranty and gap coverage. I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. I also have another friend who told me about this problem and now i went threw it myself stay away from this AIS extended warranty company and gap company they won’t do anything for you besides give you headaches and problems

I AM SOOOO SICK OF MARTY CANCILA!!!! I have a Jeep Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I have had nothing but issues with the Service Team as every time they get the car they say things are fixed but yet I have to take the car back. The service rep CARLY horrible attitude, explained to her several times that the car has a loud hissing and motor is very loud. They also forgot to connect some things with the exhaust after recall and said that we didn't know what we are talking about. Im stuck in this lease for a car I did not want and was told I had to get by the sales rep Cortez with a high very high interest rate. I was told that I could trade in the vehicle after 6months/1y to lower the rate NEVER HAPPENED. When I did try to trade the car in now no one is willing to pick up the loan and I can't do what I was promised I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS TEAM OR LETTING THE SERVICE TEAM WORK ON ANY CARS AS THEY ARE GOOD AT CALLING YOU A LIAR AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. I WISH I HAD "NEVER" WENT DOWN THIS ROUTE AND NO ONE IS EVER WILLING TO HELP. FAIR WARNING, READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF!

I spent $860 to fix fuel leak on 2005 Dodge Dakota. Forced to leave vehicle over long weekend holiday. When I picked it up, noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside. After spending that kind of money or having any service at this location, I would think the vehicle would be cleaned…leaving a positive impression…encouraging customers to remember them in order to get return business. Fletcher definitely missed the mark on this customer.
