Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. But was not offered the complimentary car wash. No longer values loyal customers as they once did. If you ask why I would not recommend this service center, it's because that "hometown" feel that used to be there is gone. I can get an oil change anywhere. It's when you make your customers feel special, they want their friends to go there, too.

Disgrace to the automotive profession. Do not care, arrogant service is their motto. I am embarrassed to live in the same state with this dealership. They have taken "within spec" excuse to the new extreme low. Such an excellent service and warranty prevention team they should make GM proud because they deflect 100% of warranty costs. Two visit to repair, second time with the diagnostics done by independent GM-certified mechanics and they still say "within spec" we cannot replicate the problem,,,

I bought a new Buick for the best price in my geographic area after searching online on Autotrader. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed! Larry was my salesman and he did everything to make the process as simple as possible, Jose was the finance manager and he did an incredible job of getting the paperwork ready while the car was getting detailed for delivery. This dealership has some of the most down to earth employees you will ever meet and the price of the car was outstanding. The whole process was very efficient and I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend buying here if you are near the Charlotte geographical area-- you will not be disappointed! I had a tag bracket installed also and the service department was exceptional in getting it completed very quickly.

We have purchased a couple vehicles from Powers Swain and about to purchase another. Phill Cannady is our sales rep and goes far beyond what’s expected after the sale. One of our vehicles is over two and a half years old and Phill still comes and picks it up for scheduled services. This week I was out of town and the car had an issue with the electrical system (turned out to be the battery) Phill went to my wife’s work, dropped off a nice loaner vehicle and had the car repaired, he saw it was in need of a scheduled service and even had that taken care of. This place is a complete joke. Before actually going to this dealership I worked with Jerry over email. We worked everything out including a few modifications I wanted done. I had a long drive before going and picking up the vehicle. I let Jerry know I was on my way so he would have a good idea on when I would arrive. He allowed me to drive the entire way without once mentioning the modification were never done. These guys have no issue lying right to your face which includes the sales, finance and management staff. Jerry remeber when you said "I hoped you learned your lesson" in regards to the thousands of dollars that was stolen from me? I learned that even if you get stuck with people like this you still have options like contacting General Motors. For 3 months the dealership ignored me and I was forced to reach out to GM. GM did force them to partially refund me and I recommend contacting them right away should you take a chance on this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I basically paid almost $1500 to get my car fixed. They diagnosed my car wrong. Broke down within 5 mins. Dropped my motor and did not put it back in like I was told. I feel helpless!!!!! Very disappointed and this was my family car!!! I have 5 kids how am I going to fit them in a car without third row seat. They did not try to help at all!!! But send me to sales but still wouldn't trade my car in because it wasn't working but if my car was diagnosed right I wouldn't have to go thru this after I told mike the last shop I took my car to said it was a blown gasket and I wanted a second opinion. All they said was it was no indication I had a blown gasket so they didn't check! It was no communication from Mike to the mechanic. I would of been satisfied with im sorry we can work through a deal such as if I (myself) find a motor they would put it in because basically it's the if fault for diagnosing it wrong!!!! I didnt get an apology or nothing!!!!!!!!!
