My experience at Crescent Ford was phenomenal! I walked on the lot just looking for guidance and hoping to get some answers on the New F150s. The lot had low inventory due to the chip shortages but I worked directly with salesman Jerry Bowen for about 2 weeks to locate a truck at a dealership near Charlotte, NC. Jerry was able to make the magic happen and have them swap for something on the Crescent lot. Jerry is very flexible to work a deal over phone calls, texting, and emails without hesitation. I talked to many dealerships that wouldn't do that at all and easily lost my business. The truck was my dream truck and it would not have happened without Jerry and the team at Crescent! Would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle work with the Crescent team.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and they exude the friendship and caring mentality in all staff. Jonathan Williams went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. He put us at ease from the moment we stepped on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all of our questions. My phone call to the service department was wonderful. The person who answered was most polite and professional. He had me bring my car in, he looked at it and made an appointment for the next day. However, he let me drop my car off the same day, and they looked at it that afternoon. One step fixed the problem so I could pick it up the next morning! They were great, even to the payment center. I would definitely recommend them for great service!

Liars and crooks. I paid $2653.00 for a Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty. But I have checked with Ford Motor several times and they say I have no extended warranty at all. I have contacted the F&I manager at Mark Ficken Ford numerous times who says it will be handled. But it is now almost 3 months and the warranty is still not in play. My next call is to the State Attorney General's office as this is plain theft. Plus if you plan to buy one of their vehicles be prepared to be hit with a $799.00 document fee.

I bought a used 2013 F250 6.7 with 108k miles on it. 4 months after purchasing (1 month after the dealership’s warranty ended), and around 4,000 miles later, the engine completely lets go. This truck left my wife and infant daughter stranded in oncoming traffic in Florida when the engine let go. Mind you this was also 9 hours from home. After multiple calls to the dealership and Ford, neither were willing to offer any assistance. This is a known Ford problem and even upon knowing this, they told me I was out of luck and there was nothing they would do to help me. I was a Ford fan before this incident, but the customer service and support is nonexistent. If there is a known mechanical failure issue with a model or specific year truck, it would make sense for a company to back their product and do the RIGHT thing by replacing the item, instead of the customer suffering and facing over $10,000 in repairs for bad production. If I could give 0 stars - I would.

Kelley blue book value of the car is between $13,227 - 15,380 and they sold it to me at a grand whopping of $19,613.40 please take this as a warning if you're going to be buying it used car.
