Our sales person D Cherry was patient though 3 test drives and Adam our finance guy made sure he got us the best deal. The added plus was lunch at the Nor'East Treats & Eats off the showroom floor. I was shocked, so I brought it to Capital Ford for a second opinion. It seems I did need to have them done . I had two of them done and will get the third done soon. Thank you .

I had contact with several folks but ended up with John as my salesman. John is very knowledgeable about the truck which I purchased. Follow up questions after the purchase have been answered both timely and pleasantly. Galo was good to work with and the final purchase process was fairly expeditious. He accommodated some unique requests that I had. There was some confusion on my part about which Crossroads dealership that I would pick my truck at (I started the process with a different location). In the end it was all worked out.
