I talked with the salesman in Williamston, NC and asked if he could get that particular car to Williamston for us to test drive. He got that car that very day and the next day we went to FEYER FORD in Williamston. My purchase was the easiest and quickest transaction from test drive to driving off the lot! Anthony took time to make sure I knew all my brain could hold about the new technology I was buying. I stopped by for another lesson a week later and Anthony saw me drive up and immediately came out to help me. I would definitely recommend FEYER FORD in Williamston, NC and ask for Anthony Crespi!

We have complained about our 2019 F150 transmission since the truck was new, purchased the extended warranty to ensure the truck was covered and now that the warranty has expired, the transmission is bad and needs replaced. I am disappointed with the service department for not taking this seriously when the truck was in warranty, and now that I will have to pay full price, it is an immediate concern. Btw, this is all happening while I am deployed and trying to work through this with my wife and son though a 7 hour time difference.

When my check engine light came on the general Manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. I brought it in to get checked out, when they couldn’t fix it Chris scheduled an appointment at another dealership immediately! When the bill came for the services to fix it, Riverside Ford paid for it in full. I was extremely taken care of and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with purchasing my first car!
