After an altercation with a deer at midnight, my car was totaled, so my search began for a replacement. I messaged (after hours) 3 dealerships with whom I had had success in the past. First thing the next morning, I had a message from Justin Cantor at Paramount Hyundai/Ford in Valdese, NC, long before anyone else contacted me. I told him what I needed and wanted, and almost immediately, he sent information on 5 vehicles. I grabbed my husband, and we went to look. At this point, I was JUST planning to look! We met Justin and found him to be professional, informative, gentle, and respectful. I had picked out my top three choices, sat in and drive the first one, stepped out of the car, and never even looked at the others! Justin then introduced us to his team, all of whom were easy to follow and made me feel confident in my purchase. I left very pleased with my entire experience, and I have been recommending them ever since.

Sometimes it's the imperfect transactions that give staff the opportunity to shine. That was my situation. Multiple issues popped up before, during and after the sale. Each time (with some strong urging) staff addressed the concerns. Before the sale had some pricing ... "discrepancies" they fixed. During the sale we noted the vehicle had a lot more miles on it that stated. And after the sale, there was a listed feature that wasn't on the vehicle (human error on the listing). Each time something came up, they made it right. No one can have the perfect experience every time. I think it's how you handle those cases that set you apart. I did have to go over a few heads to get that resolution, thus the 4-stars, but in the end, they did alright in my book.

I had contact with several folks but ended up with John as my salesman. John is very knowledgeable about the truck which I purchased. Follow up questions after the purchase have been answered both timely and pleasantly. Galo was good to work with and the final purchase process was fairly expeditious. He accommodated some unique requests that I had. There was some confusion on my part about which Crossroads dealership that I would pick my truck at (I started the process with a different location). In the end it was all worked out.
