Amanda and the service department went above and beyond in servicing my 2017 Ford Expedition EL. I arrived for my scheduled appointment about two hours early, optimistic they could get my car in early. Amanda was upfront in telling me there were about 10 cars in front of me and they would try to work me in but couldn’t promise anything. She did exactly what she said she would and worked my car in within about 35 minutes of my arrival. They had the problem diagnosed, parts identified, and authorization for the warranty to cover the costs in just over an hour. Since the parts were not in stock Amanda coordinated the ordering of them and scheduled a follow-on appointment to have them installed. By the way, Amanda called the service technician to confirm the installation timeline and worked the installation services around my wife’s travel schedule. The service department is great! Give them a chance and they will make you a repeat customer.

I bought a used 2013 F250 6.7 with 108k miles on it. 4 months after purchasing (1 month after the dealership’s warranty ended), and around 4,000 miles later, the engine completely lets go. This truck left my wife and infant daughter stranded in oncoming traffic in Florida when the engine let go. Mind you this was also 9 hours from home. After multiple calls to the dealership and Ford, neither were willing to offer any assistance. This is a known Ford problem and even upon knowing this, they told me I was out of luck and there was nothing they would do to help me. I was a Ford fan before this incident, but the customer service and support is nonexistent. If there is a known mechanical failure issue with a model or specific year truck, it would make sense for a company to back their product and do the RIGHT thing by replacing the item, instead of the customer suffering and facing over $10,000 in repairs for bad production. If I could give 0 stars - I would.

Took my vehicle in for service, the part had to be ordered no ones fault, it did take some time, also no ones fault, but Toni in the service department kept me informed the whole time, and was always so professional and kind. My vehicle was repaired and I was in and out ( once the parts came in) in less than one day!!! Toni is definitely one of the best service writers I have ever had to deal with!!!

Made an appointment for service, showed up at the scheduled time, was told there was no way they could possibly get to me today. Not sure why they schedule appointments at all, as it apparently doesn't actually mean they'll be able to do anything when you get there. Glad I drove the extra 30 minutes to go to one of the highest rated dealers around, for them to tell me I'd have to make another appointment to actually get my car looked at. Totally worth the time and effort. On the plus side, only wasted about 15 minutes once I got there, as the service advisor was quite friendly and attentive, and quickly informed me that they wouldn't be able to service my car that day.
Again, not sure why they schedule appointments at all.
