She followed through on getting the part, and on the 27th of March 24, it was installed. I'm totally satisfied with Melanie's service, courtesy, and follow-through.

Let me tell you about the experience I had today at Quick Lane. I made an appointment last Thursday for Monday morning at 8:30 for brake work that Quick lane said I needed (at my last service) Brake pads and rotors. I dropped off my truck at 8:00, at 2:30 Don Davis called and and said they just checked the brakes and there was nothing wrong. I explained the conversation from my last service and he said okay. I went to pick up the truck at 3:15 and it was done and out the door at 3:32 pm. I guess they when ahead and changed brakes and rotors on a truck that didn't need brakes and rotors!? To the tune of $1,283.77 for a 2 hour brake job! $680.00 labor! I have a GPS tracker on my truck and know the truck DID NOT leave where I left it at 8:00 until 1:55pm, so I guess y'all charge about $400.00 per hour! I will NEVER darken your doorstep ever again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about the shellacking I feel like I got! Have a nice day! Michael Shean

Sales team was very nice and helpful. The deal was better than average. The business office was also great. The service department destroyed my car purchase experience. Slow service. Don’t bother making an appointment. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing to them. Sloppy workmanship. Dirty handprints on the driver door and lift gate. Something sticky on the steering wheel. Grease on the door sill. Body odor smell inside. We had to come home and clean the car. Tried to charge us for work that was to be no charge as part of the sales agreement. According to the car fax, the scheduled maintenance had been done, however the maintenance notice was still coming up as needing to be done. Although our sales person reminded them to reset it, the service person didn’t do it. We are still owed another part. I doubt we’ll ever see it. My advice, if you can get a good deal there take it, just make sure there is nothing needing the attention of the service department.

Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and about to buy a 4th. Salesman Ron Locklear has always been straight with me and makes me feel like a valued customer. Their service department is tremendous. The service writers Maurice and William have never been anything but honest, friendly and go out of their way every time. Their service techs always get it right the first time. I have bought many vehicles over my life and find this dealer at the top of all the ones I have dealt with. I highly recommend them!

NOT SATISFIED. Asked for inspection and emphasized air be checked in all tires because LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON. After paying bill, turned vehicle on got same message. When inquired was told I needed to drive vehicle for light to go out which I knew wasn't true. Got someone else to check all tires, right rear tire had 22, added air and light immediately went out. Asked to have rotors checked as well; was told checking tire pressure, brakes, rotors was all a part of the inspection. Makes me wonder if anything was actually done .

Had excellent service with an electronics issue; not always the easiest to solve. The staff was very helpful providing transportation to home and back. They also made sure my extended warranty covered as much as possible of the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I've been getting recall notices on my fuel system and called them on 1/15/24 and they told me there is NO FIX and they will send out another letter when a fix is available. Called another Ford dealership who said they would come to my home to fix it this week. Why is Crossroads Ford lying to customers about recalls? I can only guess they have to fix it for free so won't accept any car that needs this repair. This is very unprofessional and aggravating to boot. Stay away!!! They can be assured I will give them NO business at all, and even though I'm in the market for another vehicle, I've crossed this unprofessional, lazy, cheap dealership off my list. Also called back and spoke to "Tony" who said there is a fix and he said the "employee" who he refused to name just didn't know there was a fix. This is an unacceptable answer. I know they are all buddies, but customer recalls should be properly addressed, not given excuses and lies. If an employee just "doesn't know" she should go ask someone who does, but I don't believe this is the reason she lied.
