I am writing this review to warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have had in over 20 years of buying cars.
I purchased a vehicle from out of state, and the entire process—from start to finish—was unprofessional and unethical. The sales team was difficult to work with, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in closing a deal than providing any level of customer service. Questions went unanswered, communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I was being brushed aside.
The finance department was equally disappointing. I am currently trying to cancel a service contract that I no longer need, and it has been nearly impossible to get anyone from the finance team to return my calls or assist me. For a department that handles thousands of dollars in contracts, the lack of follow-through is shocking and, frankly, irresponsible.
As someone who has purchased many vehicles over the years, I can honestly say this was my worst experience by far. The combination of poor communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer service after the sale is unacceptable.
My advice to anyone reading this: Do not do business with East Charlotte Nissan. Whether you're local or buying from out of state like I did, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of honest dealerships that will treat you with the respect you deserve.
