Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and recall on the PCM. I was waited on quickly. I was glad I had an $20 discount since prices have gone up. Thanks for having that available. All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. We purchased our Nissan, new, at this dealership and had a great experience. But once we started servicing our Rogue here it was quite the opposite. Long wait times were the norm, mysterious damage to our vehicle such as a dent in the quarter panel next to the hood, that wasn't there before. Oil leaking from the drain plug on multiple servicing's, they would never change the crush washer on the drain plug. And just recently my windshield came back cracked. When i questioned it the service manager told me it was a rock chip and things happen. Don't worry was his response, your comprehensive will cover the damage. Meaning someone else will pay, just not us. I had no proof, so $200.00 later i have a new windshield and will NEVER use this dealership again or recommend!!!

Honestly and whole heartedly Do Not come here for service. Brondes maumee service department is completely unorganized and completely unprofessional. Had my car towed in Thursday to be diagnosed power steering issue. We only received one call Thursday at 9:27 saying they were starting to “Look” at it. 4:00 rolls around no call to say what they’ve found or done to the car. 4:30 we decided to call and see what’s going on with my car they haven’t found anything but they were still “looking”. Friday we give them the benefit of the doubt to call US to tell us what’s wrong to the car. Not a single call…. 4:13 rolls around we’ve decided to call Again. The answer we received it they aren’t sure what’s going on really and they’ll talk to the guy working on the call and call us back. YEAHHHH okay. By this point the lack of communication on them is getting leery. They don’t call us back. So at this point I the female and owner of the Car decided to call it’s Saturday at 10:24 am at this point. Finally they stay they tried reprogramming it and it did not work. So I have My significant other go to retrieve my kids car seats because at this point they say we’ll have answers Monday and him being a mechanic himself he decided to turn on the car while there and what do you know the REPROGRAMMING WORKED. No mechanic notes saying what they’ve done so he asks to just take the car because obviously it worked. The guy proceeded to try and say the car would fall apart if we took it and black mail us. So we say we’re gunna call the police at this point. They he finally lets us have my car. The Lazy people here can’t even shut your hood while it’s parked out side yikesssss hate to see the damage they would have done if they kept it to Monday. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE There are better ford Dealerships/service in Dundee and across lower Michigan save yourself the headache and hassle.

Jason, Rob, and Bob, and the rest of the sales staff are very honest and forthright. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service division is also very professional as well. All our vehicles have been serviced by this serviced by them as well.

It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!
