He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even on his day off he sent an email for me! Awesome James the “finance guy” lives up to his title! Service Department Olivia is absolutely outstanding! Then there is Shiloh, not part of my auto deal at all, but probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life! They are all focused on one thing… making sure their customers are happy and that they feel welcome and valued. You are not a dollar sign here, you are treated like a long lost friend and are welcomed by everyone! I love my 2024 Jetta and as long as Fabian continues to sell cars, he has a customer for life! Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was top notch. Heath, the sales manager, was extremely helpful over the phone before I stopped in to look at the truck I was interested in. Chris, the salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. By far the best car salesman experience I have had. He was very kind, understanding and up front an honest about anything I asked, and I asked a LOT. Once we had everything negotiated and lined out, I worked with Gary, the finance coordinator. He was also an expert in his field and was extremely helpful in laying everything out for me and explaining exactly what I was signing to me, in terms that made sense to me, a person who isn't an expert on banks loans, APR, etc. By the time I left the dealership in my new truck, I felt very pleased with my experience and would 100% recommend working the gentlemen I mentioned. 10/10 service

Fred was my sales person when i came in i asked to test drive a transit van that had 56,000 miles on it and we went on a test drive he was a very good listener to what i was expecting from the deal and what i wanted out of it then i asked to speak to the manager which was Mario. Mario was phenomenal we came to common ground on a great priced vehicle. Nothing but great service and exceeded expectations with the hospitality, price and efforts from both individuals that worked the deal A+ rating in my book!

I'm a long-time Reineke Nissan customer. The current sales team I dealt with was rather new to this dealership although the senior members had worked within the Reineke organization at other dealerships for some time. My primary contact during the purchase process was Michael Smith. He provided attention and guidance beyond my expectations when handling my trade-in and the purchase process. My onboarding process was handled by Kirsten Tiedy, a sales representative quite new to the business. What she lacked in deep knowledge was offset extremely well by her can-do attitude and willingness to find answers if she did not know something. Zack Ardema was quite well informed about all of the matters related to financing and extended warranties and his input was valuable despite my not needing financing or electing to initially purchase an extended warranty. I purchased a vehicle off the lot rather than ordering one because of a need for immediate gratification. There was some initial difficulty determining how to properly replace the flat tire repair kit provided in lieu of any type of spare tire because of the 21-inch wheels on the vehicle purchased. The matter was satisfactorily resolved quickly when James Gibson, parts manager, became available to research the matter. Bill Squire, general manager, was involved just enough to assure the overall sales process ended on a fully positive note. The entire team in Lima deserve a 5-star rating for the way my purchase was handled from start to finish.

Our 2016 Nissan Rogue's transmission failed, and while the diagnosis at Jeff Wyler Nissan in Eastgate was handled well, the issues began when we decided not to repair the transmission and instead have the car towed to be sold as is. I called the dealership ahead of time to ensure the car would be in a tow-ready area but received no response. When we arrived, a staff member showed us to the car, only to disappear for 20 minutes while trying to locate keys to move another vehicle that was blocking ours from being towed. We only managed to get the car moved after flagging down another employee. This experience wasted both our tow driver's and our time. Dealing with a failed transmission is frustrating enough; the least they could do is make the towing process easier, which it certainly wasn't.

After seeing an advertisement for a lease for the 2025 - Tate

After seeing an advertisement for a lease for the 2025 ADX, I scheduled an appointment with an associate and took it for a test drive. Unfortunately the ADX was too small and the other cars on the lot didn’t fit my needs. Before leaving, the sales rep advised she could put me on a particular MDX that was in the showroom at the current advertised MDX lease rate. With hesitation I told her I knew how leases worked and I’d be surprised if that particular model qualified for the advertised lease rate. She then reassured me it would. As a result I told her I’d be back the next day to go ahead and finish the deal. The next morning the sales rep sent me the credit application. After completing the application, the sales rep contacted me to apologize and advise that she’d given me incorrect information. In actuality, the MDX in the showroom didn’t qualify for the advertised lease special. She then advised they didn’t have any on the lot but that she could order a base model for me. At that point I was super upset. After a pointless credit inquiry, I let the sales rep know I wish to file a complaint. In my opinion the dealer needs to train their employees better before letting them deal with the public. I value my credit and would’ve avoided an unnecessary inquiry if the rep would’ve provided knowledgeable accurate information up front.
