Our salesperson was very easy to deal with, did not try to up sell or pressure us into a vehicle. We told him what we were looking for and he only showed us those vehicles. He has also been helpful in any questions we have about the new car. Also, the finance person was very personable, and helpful completing the paperwork. Yes, they will try to sell you additional warranty and other packages, but they do not pressure you and will listen you.

I was helping a friend find a new vehicle this weekend and once again xxxxx Mackenzie Ford earned their business. I wanted to take the time to write a review today because often people who are extremely happy don't take the time to make reviews and more often than not these reviews turn into a soap box for people who feel they had a negative experience. Over the past 3 years I've purchased 2 new Ford trucks, a Denali with 10k miles, and a minivan at Dick's Ford. Everytime my deal was layed out to me straight forward and transparent. I value honesty and throughout the entire experience, from a test drive, to valuing my trade, working with the sales team, and going through finance, everyone I dealt with impressed me with their integrity. By working with them and following their advice I have been able to improve my financial situation and maintained a strong positive equity position. All the while enjoying vehicles I use to think I could never realistically own. My entire experience started with going in to view a 15 year old used truck. After carefully listening to the sales manager, and taking almost a week to consider and consult with my wife and financial manager, I took the plunge and went in the direction that was recommended to me by the sales manager on a brand new truck. Looking back it was the smartest car buying decision I ever made, it wasn't a salesperson trying to talk me into the biggest payment or most expensive vehicle, it was having a team that showed me all of my options and finding what would work best for my situation. I've told my story to many of my friends and family. I've watched my neighbor get out of deals he was rolling negative equity from other bad deal into another to now having a brand new loaded Superduty at a payment significantly lower than he ever had. My brother in law got out of a used truck his "friend" (at a large dealership I won't name) put him in that he was $20k upside down within 2 years and now just over a year later is in a positive equity position on a new Ford truck. I've sent my kids teacher's in, fresh high school graduates, my dentist, my contractor, and the list goes on, many now repeat customers. To date everyone of them (including the parents of the high school grad who also now have a new F150) have had the same exact experience! Not one single complaint, in situations they can afford and make sense. The entire team at Dick's Mackenzie Ford is the most knowledgeable ethical group I've ever dealt with. I'm so impressed with how well I was treated at Canby Ford. I had known nothing about them before I pulled in for a test drive, but within minutes I was made to feel at home. My salesperson, Neil, was very kind, informative, and patient with me. I had a lot of questions to make sure I was making the perfect choice for my family and me. He was incredibly respectful to me and my needs and wants. He knew the correct answers to all of my questions. While making my purchase, he made sure I got the price I wanted to pay and threw in a couple little extras that he knew my family wanted. They treated me as if my happiness really mattered to them. Gresham Ford stoll this customer from Suburban Ford for life! They not only have me a better deal (a MUCH better deal), but also treated me like they wanted to earn a customer and not just sell a truck. I had bought my previous truck/trade-in from Suburban so I returned as all loyal customers should, but the deal they were giving just didn't seem right. I felt like I was just another sale and they were going to take for a ride banking on the fact that I was a return customer.
I went to Gresham because they take care of my business fleet and they stole my personal business from as well. They gave me a substantially better deal, and even went above and beyond and fought for an additional rebate 2 weeks after the deal was done and hand delivered me a check. Amazing! Wonderful people, a great team, and I can never say enough about Jesse Sowder. He always takes care of myself and my fleet as if we were family.
It's hard to earn a customer, but it's even harder to keep them. Hats off to Gresham Ford.

I would not buy another truck at this dealership. But I will continue to go to their service department. The service is absolutely amazing. These people will do anything to make sure they do a good job. Excellent warranty experience. They treat you like they’re number one customer. No matter who you are. They have taken care of my 2015 super duty since day one It now has 115,000 miles. It never lets me down and when it does they take care of it immediately. I now have a 2017 also. I love them both but I bought my new truck at Lithia in Roseburg. Came with lifetime oil changes and I also bought a Lithia ESP. After my experience at their service department a couple times I will be paying for my service at Tower Ford before I will go to Lithia. But I will buy my next truck At lithia.

Took my ford 4500 in to have issues fix truck was in a total of 5 months truck never ran right they said they replace the intercooler something must have leaked and the bearings are shot told me to tow it off the lot they were done with the truck I have an extended service contract they told me they did not have to honor it what's the point of an extended warranty if they don't provide the work bad Robertson

Bought a car from them they overcharged us over 8000 so much for trusting a small town dealership found out when car would not drive good in snow went to change it up was told we paid way more than value and will have to drive into ground to get money worth , feel very ripped off car was in service 3 days first week owned they could not fix wanted it back again took to another Ford dealership they fixed in two hours also found they sold us a lemon there is a class action suit against the transmission in this car when I bought it back told them it lagged they told me it was my driving , so sorry we purchased from them.update the car had light colored seats which I did not want so we purchased a 500 seat protectant they charged 599 guaranteed for 7 years , after two years I had stains I could not get out took in been waiting several weeks to get this resolved , just give us our money back !!!!! Was also overcharged for stain protectant was told 500 they actually charged 599 also listed used car as new in contract if you have the misfortune to buy from them read every fine line don't trust verbal. They wear you out , tell you one thing then charge another. Ford motor company should investigate. And we were not informed they are the only Ford dealership that can fulfill haha this warranty for seven years we have to go back to them .... nightmare on Hwy 99 I asked another ford dealership if they could honor the warranty they said if they had heard of the company that was used they would normally no but since I've had so much problems yes however they had not heard of this stainguard company, went in oct 1 to get stains removed was actually loaned a car when I had been told they did not have that, then after 3.5 hours was told could not get stains out had called a company to get a quote to dye stains same color as seat if too spendy said they might just buy seat covers for me, 690 seat covers ? I think not! I was told by Damon in service that the company had gone out of business and that ford was no longer going to make cars just suv and trucks so they could not get me new covers per warranty or even new seats as they were not available any longer . I gave them this option refund our 599.00 and we’ll be done with it . I’ll keep updating story I hope they make it right but dont have high hopes very sad small town dealership. When I mentioned how much we were overcharged I was told drive it into a Ditch that would solve it REALLY? I hope he was joking but wow if you can’t honor the warranty then they need to refund the money . Working with Damon in service these last few times has been this company’s only good point as I think he may be trying to actually help ... we’ll see
Liers thieves won’t honor car sale price - Pissed off
I was on line and found and unbelievably car for a stupied price. I called and emailed them telling them I would pay cash for the car. They turned around and said they maid a mistake and they weren’t going to honor it. I have bought from them before and got so so service. Now I would rather go miles or out of state instead of buying a car from the biggest thieves, Liars I’ve ever seen

Reference their Kmart parking lot sale. Your electronic GOLDEN LOTTERY number matches the scratch off number which matches what appears to be the winning number for a $5000 prize. When you get there and talk to them, you find out that another number on the flier has to match a number on a board at the event. It is hidden in a paragraph of very small print. There are eight digits in the number. Pretty small odds. Any company that pulls a stunt like this is not to be trusted. This kind of thing pulls in quite a few people to be preyed upon by the hoards of sales people.
