I had a really good experience when the salesperson showed me the selection of Broncos and wanted to find the right one for me. He followed up and said he found one at another dealer. Had me do a credit check and then wouldn't respond. I called the sales manager and general manager, and no return phone calls for four days. Finally, the salesperson said they hadn't been able to do the dealer trade after all. Total waste of time. I wouldn't work with this dealer; I went to another Ford dealership in town, and everything went very well.

Do not buy from them they don’t honor their agreements and the sell junk. Drove the truck less than a week and it broke down and they won’t fix it! Pic in comments of truck being towed with the Crater Lake License plate less than a week after I purchased it. It is still in the shop since Oct 29 I drove the truck off their lot earlier that week of October. It couldn’t even make it to its first oil change!! It is covered under their warranty… but they apparently don’t care that I’m out a vehicle and will get to it when they feel like it on month 5 without my vehicle!

My husband had a service appointment this morning at 9am. This appointment was made a month ago and he drove one hour to get there. He checked in early and waited for over an hour. When he asked the service employee when they would be getting to his vehicle they were very rude. This normally patient man was so upset that he took his key and left. Not impressed with customer service, appeared to hide the fact that the truck I was purchasing had damage until I asked for a car fax after I had signed papers. I should have asked for a car fax first. Although they should have disclosed it openly. The paint on the truck where it was repainted was mottled. I noticed the paint issue before leaving the lot. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager left, and that they had gone home. Got a hold of my sales guy who had to leave he stated that he called and there was a manager there. The only reason I left was because I was told there was no manager and to give them a call tomorrow. So I also took the truck to a third-party shop for verification the paint was mottled which the shop confirmed. Astoria Ford still denies the fact the paint was bad. I ended up returning the truck and getting my car back. I would not recommend Astoria Ford based solely on the fact damage was not disclosed upfront prior to making the sale. The floor sales staff was fantastic though.

We highly recommend Justin, Skylar, and the whole Legacy Ford crew. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, but without any pressure to buy. They let us take overnight test drives to really experience the vehicles. When I couldn't decide between 2 different models, they took my pro/con list and found me the perfect vehicle, a model I hadn't even considered. We checked out dealerships in Boise but are so glad we didn't buy from them. We were able to keep our business local and no one treated us as well as Legacy. These guys have gone above and beyond for us. Not only finding the perfect car for me but setting the radio to the 80s rock station and changing the ambient light to green, remembering those are my favorites. The folks at Legacy Ford are still checking in and making sure everything is perfect, even though all the papers have been signed. We will definitely be customers again.

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
