We have been to a number of dealerships here in town. Jeff gave us the best experience of all the people/dealerships we've met. He helped us buy something (Lincoln MKX) that we otherwise would not have considered just based on our online research. We love the car and we are very thankful for Jeff who helped find our car. Regarding the finance/sales dept experience (post-decision making): it was not the best. Mostly because I could not find precise answers to warranty, repairs required, etc. The warranty information they gave me was actually pretty much wrong. However, the service center at landmark ford walked me through the details of the warranty and was spot on. In the future, I think it would help if the sales dept communicates with the services team to get accurate repair and warranty information on used cars and provide it to the customers directly.

I purchased my 2009 Ford Focus under the "Cash for clunkers " program during the Obama economic stimulus. A friend at work recommended that I invest in the "lifetime oil change option". I love my car, I'm disappointed that Ford has opted to discontinue this model but it seems that we were correctly informed that the Focus is rarely seen for service except for oil changes. With the life time inspection, I have been encouraged to take care of this vehicle better than any other vehicle in my life. I am 73 years old and have been through a few cars in my time. The personnel at Lithia in Roseburg have been courteous, respectful and prompt. This will likely be the last car I will own as I was told that I should see 300,000 miles with proper care and maintenance. I only have 154,000 miles at this time, just half its life expectancy!

We went to order the 21 raptor and ready to pay the 10k mark up we were told a week before but we got the price to find out it was now a 20k mark up. That would be all my downpayment just for the mark up and I wasn't going to say anything and just walk away when the manager came up and started his classic manager talk that its a great deal good luck finding someone for less. The way he was talking too us was like we were just wasting his time, so we left and went straight to Suburban Ford and 30mins later had a deposit down and contract for 3 times less the mark up so if u want a great service go too Suburban Ford they are not out to rob you

Our Salesman Don was terrific,went out of his way to see that we were happy with our choice. First time ever to have a Finance Manger just as helpful. Reminds me of the days when we purchased a vehicle on a handshake and someone word. Very refreshing.
My only concern is the Service Department, in this area the Dealership slipped a bit in our opinion. We have several issues with our new Lincoln and they want to take a "Wait as See" attitude. May need to reach out to the Lincoln conciears to get the problems resolved.

This used to be a excellent dealership. Absolutely no customer service now. Took my SUV in for maintenance oil change, etc. Their employee ran my car into a pole. My passenger side of the car is dented. Service manager told me they were doing me a favor by letting me know!!! They said they would fix my vehicle. This happened on a Thurs. and it is Monday afternoon and I have received no word. Left a message for the General Manager to call me on Friday and apparently I was not important enough to get a call. I guess if you are a senior citizen women you can be overlooked!!!

Worst car buying experience of my life. Not only did the finance guy not wear a mask...should have been my first clue to walk away...
I bought a brand new truck and within five days it broke down. After receiving attitude and even laughs from the staff eventually they did take it back and into the shop to “fix it“. They kept it for over a week to fix it and then returned me a truck that was dirty with a half a tank a gas, it was full when received, 100+ extra miles from them “fixing it” and again more attitude.
Never in my life have I bought some thing brand new had a break within five days and not had it immediately replaced.
There was no compassion or ethics involved in this transaction. Just Salesmen trying to sell me on that this was ok and normal. how this was handled speaks volumes about this dealer. It was disappointing and unethical.
I would go anywhere but here for your purchase. The “small town” dealer was a nightmare and won’t make sure you are taken care of. Learned my lesson hope you don’t get played the same way I was. I requested many times to speak to the owner... still never a call.

They didnt have any available when I needed one and would not help me find an alternative. When I asked for the number for my Ford extended warranty, they said they did not know it and I would have to find it on my own. Absolutely unhelpful!

We pulled into Burns Oregon on 7/2/2015. Our water pump was out on our diesel truck. We were in a time crunch to get to Texas by the fifth. We drove to Burns Ford at 7:30 am. The owner of the dealership assured us he could take care of it. The mechanic arrived at 8:00 and promptly assessed our situation. They got to work immediately and we pulled out of the dealership by noon. This was a scary situation considering we were on the eve of the Fourth of July. We could not have asked for any better service. If I lived closer I would purchase my next vehicle from them. Thanks for saving our lives Burns Ford of Oregon.

I'm so impressed with how well I was treated at Canby Ford. I had known nothing about them before I pulled in for a test drive, but within minutes I was made to feel at home. My salesperson, Neil, was very kind, informative, and patient with me. I had a lot of questions to make sure I was making the perfect choice for my family and me. He was incredibly respectful to me and my needs and wants. He knew the correct answers to all of my questions. While making my purchase, he made sure I got the price I wanted to pay and threw in a couple little extras that he knew my family wanted. They treated me as if my happiness really mattered to them. I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
