I went in to buy the truck I wanted. After researching 8 dealerships in my area (Eugene), I went to Skyline Ford 75 miles away because they had the truck on their lot. I handed the window sticker to Jeremy and the rest was history. He was very knowledgeable on his product and answered all our questions. If he did not know the answer, he would go find the answer from someone else. He did not try to "snow" us or pressure in any direction. He knew how to smoothly guide us through the process of evaluating our trade-in and get the financing we needed. Juan in finance was excellent in expediting the paperwork and we left very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family without hesitation.

My salesperson, Neil, was very kind, informative, and patient with me. I had a lot of questions to make sure I was making the perfect choice for my family and me. He was incredibly respectful to me and my needs and wants. He knew the correct answers to all of my questions. Gresham Ford stoll this customer from Suburban Ford for life! They not only have me a better deal (a MUCH better deal), but also treated me like they wanted to earn a customer and not just sell a truck. I had bought my previous truck/trade-in from Suburban so I returned as all loyal customers should, but the deal they were giving just didn't seem right. I felt like I was just another sale and they were going to take for a ride banking on the fact that I was a return customer.
I went to Gresham because they take care of my business fleet and they stole my personal business from as well. They gave me a substantially better deal, and even went above and beyond and fought for an additional rebate 2 weeks after the deal was done and hand delivered me a check. Amazing! Wonderful people, a great team, and I can never say enough about Jesse Sowder. He always takes care of myself and my fleet as if we were family.
It's hard to earn a customer, but it's even harder to keep them. Hats off to Gresham Ford.

My Husband and I were searching for a new truck to pull our new camper. We met Austin and he helped us purchase a new truck that we were very pleased with. We ended up purchacing a trailer bigger than expected hence needing a larger truck only 5 days after the purchase of the original purchase. We contacted Austin and explained our situation. He was over the top helpful! His personality and kindness are off the charts! He was so kind and did everything to help up get the truck we needed without taking a hudge loss. Todd came over as we were looking on the showroom floor and while Austin was looking over possibilities. Todd was kind and helpful with getting us a test drive even going the extra mile to see if it would fit in the garage. Austin and Todd were to say he least AMAZING. Neither is pushy or aggressive in sales. My husband and I have bought many cars over he years and we agree that these two gentleman are the absolute best sales men we have worked with. I’m truly disappointed for this Ford dealership, I generally have my F250 worked on at the dealership because of their expertise. I expect when a mechanic finds a problem that he communicates it to the service writer, who then passes it along to me the customer allowing me to give input . This was not the case and I feel I got nickeled and dimmed by the service department . A dishonest quality in a Ford dealership. I’ve always have gotten an quote for the work to be done ahead of the work being completed. The quote has always matched up with the final bill, well not here. My original quote was 3,599.79 and when it was all said and done it was 3,889.00 a difference of 289.21. However that’s not all, the day before the mechanic suggested a chemical clean out for my intake system, however by the pictures attached it didn’t work to well. Actually it didn’t work at all, wasted money at the suggestion of the mechanic.
So for this process and the diagnosis of the truck it ended up being another 520.00 dollars. When I picked up my truck I was informed of the partial blockage of the intake. This is something they should have called me about, I most likely would have told them to clean it up. However the service writer informed me that this has potential to cause damage to my truck. So I hope it doesn’t come down to that. Lastly the final comment about this situation, I’m from out of town and I certainly feel I was taken because of that fact. They had me over a barrel. I came to this dealership because of the reviews, I sorely disappointed with this service department. I’m certain without a doubt I’ll never use this dealership again.
I’ll be sure to pass on my complaint to the Ford Motor Company, I believe they would like to know how their loyal customers and are treated at a dealership.

Took my ford 4500 in to have issues fix truck was in a total of 5 months truck never ran right they said they replace the intercooler something must have leaked and the bearings are shot told me to tow it off the lot they were done with the truck I have an extended service contract they told me they did not have to honor it what's the point of an extended warranty if they don't provide the work bad Robertson

***couldn’t just leave Madras, Oregon without leaving a review for TS&S Ford*** Damon and Randy at the service department are the kind of people that you’d love to find everywhere you go that has to do with customer service and/or welcoming you; the reason I’m making sure to tell my experience is because I am greatly satisfied #tenstarsoutoften——— I was in really big need of a wheel alignment and tire balancing before my 11 hour drive back to Midway, Utah and Monday morning I was on the phone making numerous calls to places hoping to get my car worked on as soon as possible and not having the best luck until I remembered that when i arrived Friday to Madras I was asking around for recommendations on auto repairs and this place was highly suggested by more than a few locals! Anyhow they opened up at 9am, decided to call at 8:50 lol you know just trying out my luck that can’t ever seem to find...and TS&S not only answered the phone right away but got me transferred to the right place in no time! Told them my situation and before I knew it I was being told to bring it right so they could get me back on the road safely and straightly if that’s even a word sorry lol...here I am now 9:30am inside their lobby staying warm while they are taking care of my car so yes i do recommend this place, please go check it out and see if they can help you with your auto repairs, if for whatever reason they can’t which I doubt it I bet you everything they’ll do their best to get you to the right place even though they are crazy busy =like today 😑= I am very thankful to have been referred here and I could tell the minute they answered the phone unlike other (4) places I called! *GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE all in all this is the place for you! I test drove a used car and came to a written in email agreement as well as verbal, internet price was fake, they came in 1300 over advertised price on paperwork..I made a special trip 1.5 round trip twice because we had a deal.
19 years ago I had same experience, I was giving them a second chance.
