This was my first visit to Skyline Ford. - abstine
This was my first visit to Skyline Ford. Super experience. Got in right when my appointment was scheduled, the service advisor was great (Arturo) and the work was done right and on schedule. Looking forward to doing business with Skyline in the future. They are now my preferred dealer.

Service and follow up communication was great. - Rivers1950
Service and follow up communication was great. Only concern is that the vehicle was not repaired 100%. Had to return to the dealership to have an oil leak repaired that should have been caught before I was allowed to take the truck home.

Les was a great salesman! - Kimjan
Les was a great salesman! We got an excellent trade-in on our low-mileage, 3-year -old Ford Ranger, and a fair price on the new F-150 truck that we bought last week. We really like this dealership, will continue to return to them, and I highly recommend Mr. Scofield.
I had a good experience during my visit for an alignment, - ramiroarreola36
I had a good experience during my visit for an alignment, I recommend this dealership.
The service department went "above and beyond" - Horsewoman
The service department went "above and beyond" expectations when they stayed after five to repaired our F350 Ford Diesel truck with a stuck right front brake caliper. We were in an emergency situation because we were stranded with our horse trailer and two horses and could not get back home to the coast with them. We really appreciate the the outstanding service they gave us. The repairs were made and we made it home with the horses that night. All ended well. Thank you.
Good experience buying a used car. - hatched54

I could not be more pleased with the overall service I... - jcar858
I could not be more pleased with the overall service I received from Gtesham Ford in ordering my new F350 Super Duty truck. Negotiating a fair price was easy and the sales staff kept me well informed about the progress of the truck build.

Wouldn’t recommend Juan McGee
We just purchased a 2021 F350 xlt from Lithia Ford - doublej193
We just purchased a 2021 F350 xlt from Lithia Ford Mercury. Easy to negotiate with. But upon driving the 250 miles home from that dealer in Roseburg, we discovered the tires on the 2021 F350 were worn more than they should have been for 9600 miles the odometer was showing. Upon checking the window sticker and the date on the sidewall of the tire they are not original to this truck, and they were manufactured 7.5 years ago. In 2015! Well, we purchased this truck to haul a camper. So we contacted our salesman, and for two days he did not respond. Then he responded with "well our service department said they were okay". We told him that 7.5 year old tires are not okay, and that when you purchase a 2021 you expect the tires to not be expired. Our salesman Cliff Bell then said "what is the size of the tire I'll look out back". Well we have heard nothing back. And who wants tires that have been removed off another vehicle for whatever reason? We are disappointed with this dealership, we should have done our due diligence, and checked the date on the tires... but it really didn't occur to us that they would remove the 2021 tires the vehicle came with and put on 7.5 year old expired set of tires. I mean who does that?! They won't even split the cost of getting tires that we can use. I would avoid dealing with this dealership due to their nonchalant attitude toward safety parts on their vehicles
... but I guess they feel what heck it isn't us that is going to have a blowout at freeway speeds in the summer hauling our family and camper.
I made an appointment on line to get my truck serviced. - STR8OFF187
I made an appointment on line to get my truck serviced. My appointment was for 10:30am. I got there and waited for an hour before they even started at 11:30. So an hour of waiting for nothing. I asked to get my brakes checked and to please clean up the oil afterwards, because the last 3 times they left my brand new truck a mess and covered in oil. They said "Oh, yeah we treat every ones car like it's our own" After 2 hours of waiting I get my truck back and there is oil all over the place. The oil life had not been reset and they left the seat cover and floor cover in my truck for me to clean up. I watched them drive my truck into the bay and the service rep went out the used a plastic "Tool" to check my brakes, but didn't even take the wheels off. How can you check the most important part of any automobile if you can't even see them? I'm tired of paying for xxxxty service and having to double check everything because I cant trust a FORD dealership to be able to work on a FORD correctly. I'm fully capable of working on my truck myself with no issues, but I pay to have my truck serviced by the manufacture(FORD) to keep it in perfect shape and make sure everything is as it was when I bought it. They said the price had gone up to $69.95 for an oil change, but charged me $75.70 for it? Again, Poor Service, No communication. It's very unacceptable the level of service from a FORD dealership. They have lost my business on my 4 FORD vehicles for ever. I wont be back for any service or sales. I canceled my appointment with your sales guy(Jacob Lacatus) to buy a new Mustang because of it.

Without dragging you thru all the unanswered calls, texts - hbmuscanere
Without dragging you thru all the unanswered calls, texts and emails and numerous lies, this company has no business being in business. I cannot believe they treat people like this. The sales manager, I have no idea how this guy has this job. I can beat your prequalified rate! 4 days later and 4 hard pulls… nothing. We finally use our credit union at 4.5%. The finance team a disaster. Slow, slow, slow and slower. 2 weeks later it’s done and a week later the Jeep we purchased shows up. No temp tag. After 5 days and lots and lots of calls a tag shows up. How do you have a 7 day trial drive with no tag? Driveway DOES NOT CARE. Advertised with 2 keys shows up with one. No problem we’ll handle it! Wrong. Ghosted on that too. We just made our first payment on our Jeep, the tag is almost expired and our beautiful Scat Pack Challenger we traded in HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF. WE HAVE MADE 2 PAYMENTS ON A CAR WE NO LONGER HAVE. It’s been a month. Driveway does NOT CARE. PLEASE do not put yourself thru this. Click off the site and never go back.
This was the 4th time in 7 months I've taken my 2021 F150 - LoyalF150owner
This was the 4th time in 7 months I've taken my 2021 F150 in for battery problems. Its been 3 days and the symptoms are coming on again. Today, I called and was told "there are all kinds of conditions that can cause this, not just your battery. Call back when more symptoms are present" My question: Should I have to take this truck in every other month to have the battery charged and be told there's nothing they can do? Not Happy!
Ended up going with a different vehicle than we had - Alex123
Ended up going with a different vehicle than we had originally came in for. So i hadn't done as much research as i had on the original vehicle. that parts my fault i guess. But they ended up ripping us off for at least 5k just based on what's available in the area. if not more when you look at an even wider area.
Other than that the process and experience was good. And probably would have been 5 stars. These price games though are why ppl are sick of the dealerships and Ford is considering selling direct. We are a young family, new to the area. couldve resulted in multiple sales over the years including the one my wife is currently looking for.
The salesman Steve Huffman made my car buying experience - tjordansaved

Don’t buy the 2013 FJ Cruiser -it has an oil leak then tried to hide it with lies
Would not buy from them again, they will tell you - sumjus1
Would not buy from them again, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you into a car....dont be fooled, they are your typical sleazy salesman and tell you that the warranty will cover all major parts....I should not have to be spending 2400 on a car I have owned for less than 4 months if your service dept did its due diligence when doing its inspection of the vehicle. I called them to see if they would be willing to help me with this, as I have had another Dealership that had done the right thing when something mechanical happened with the car. Shame on you all.
GREAT EXPERIENCE - Susan654
Very helpful on the whole buying experience and didn't make me feel pushed into buying a car made me feel comfortable about the the car I purchased.

We have dealt with Mock Ford since 1992 when we had a 92 Ford Explorer. There’s nothing for us to complain about here! Lance has been great to work with as well as Don through several purchases
I’m on first name basis with several service writers.
The service department is a complete JOKE! - JB-3
The service department is a complete JOKE! They DO NOT follow through with what they say! The service manager makes EXCUSES UP FOR EVERYTHING! She is unorganized does not call or email like she says she is going to.
I do not recommend doing ANY business with them!
My wife and I stopped by mid day in our Ford F-53 chassis... - Kimliles
My wife and I stopped by mid day in our Ford F-53 chassis motor home. It was running terribly on only 6 of 10 cylinders as we were on our way south. Although they were extremely busy service representative Sid knew our dilemma got us in the next morning. He was extremely kind and helpful. Service technician Ken went to work replacing all 10 injector coils, injectors, plugs and replaced our fuel filter and had us on the road at 11:30am. Ken and I then took it on a check ride and then we hit the road. Thank you Sid and Ken and Ray Schultens Ford for such great service from a great team.

Don't go here if you're traveling through. - Bongcayao
I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
My Mercury Mariner broke down on my way to southern... - Stanleysteamer51
My Mercury Mariner broke down on my way to southern California. I had it towed to Legacy Ford. I had to continue on to my job. Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs
Thank You Legacy Ford for the personal service you gave me. I worked for over 30 years in the auto service buisness and know how much work it takes to care for customers the way they do.
I recommend Legacy Ford for any automotive need. 5 stars
