We were looking to upgrade our truck and found one online we were interested in. Reached out to internet sales and received a very quick response. Went to look at the truck and was met by our internet contact Dale. While ultimately that truck didn’t work out nor did search’s thru the NW for what we wanted, we ended up ordering a truck from the factory. During the whole time Dale was the only salesman we dealt with, never felt like any game playing. In the end we received a fair value on our trade and a very nice deal on the new truck. Our experience was very satisfying and would highly recommend shopping here for a new vehicle. Toughest part of this experience is having to wait for the truck to get built and delivered.

I'm so impressed with how well I was treated at Canby Ford. I had known nothing about them before I pulled in for a test drive, but within minutes I was made to feel at home. My salesperson, Neil, was very kind, informative, and patient with me. I had a lot of questions to make sure I was making the perfect choice for my family and me. He was incredibly respectful to me and my needs and wants. He knew the correct answers to all of my questions. While making my purchase, he made sure I got the price I wanted to pay and threw in a couple little extras that he knew my family wanted. They treated me as if my happiness really mattered to them. We took car to Robberson Ford for service and they are always so nice. While waiting we went to look at the new cars and ended up purchasing a new 2018 Edge.. The salesman was Ben Enyart and he was very helpful and did not put pressure on to buy. A few days later we went back to Robbersons and he answered questions concerning the automobile and told us to come by with any questions we may have. It was a good purchasing experience.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

I made a 9 o'clock appointment to get my truck looked at spoke with Kenny Knutson when I arrived at the dealership I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at my truck until that afternoon when I asked why I was told that my appointment was at 8 o'clock and I was an hour late not true after further questioning the Service manager I was told there was also leftover work from the previous day I'm 62 years old not senile my appointment was set at 9 o'clock I did not let them work on my truck after lie to me I would not trust them to do nothing I'll never go back

Frustrated with Service Dept hours - Snow's Ford
We have bought 5 vehicles ( 3 new and 2 almost new) from Crater Lake Ford over the years. I called to make an oil change appt and they informed me that we I longer make appointments. I then asked if they were open on Saturdays and also informed me they are not. They informed me that they only have drive up service, first come basis. I want my car serviced at Crater Lake Ford because that is where I purchased it and also want my maintenance records in the Ford system. I got off work early and arrived at 3:35 and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours or more to complete the service. The service counter staff truly did not seem to care that I would be sitting there until 5:30 or 6:00. I said never mind and left very frustrated. I scheduled an appt at Butler Ford in Ashland on a Saturday. I also Spoke to a coworker after my issues. She owns a Mazda and has had the same type of experience at Crater Lake Mazda. Not to mention I live in Eagle Point so the drive is much farther to Asland but getting the customer service I am accustomed to is worth the drive.

First off the salesmen that I could find was extremely rude and had his music on his phone blaring. Ignored me for 8-10 mins in the walk in lobby area. Told him I had an appt An he pointed somewhere an turned around. I was a bit confused but found it after asking one of the guys running around with a handful of keys. Car was scheduled for a service and they said they could t do anything till it was aligned and tires balanced, we said we have paperwork from Point S doing new tires and alignment in the glove box and they were dumbfounded. Next they said it needed new axle which was recently replaced. Refused to do any service which was fine because they were extremely forceful. I walked out and they charged us an extra 11.00 for “misc” charges... I know it sounds silly but a family of 5 really survives on those 11.00$. Took it to mechanic out cascade auto and found a bad wheel bearing and tie rod. Said nothing else was wrong minus a fuel lever sensor. Car runs like new now, no thanks to Rays. Will not be returning, already have another appt scheduled in Portland area to follow up to Nissan standards. Will be recommending people in town to not go there either. Thanks for overcharging and doing nothing. Customer service is a standard every business should strive for and obviously you guys don’t care about the “little people.”

Wright Ford Service Advisor advised front brake service based on the symptoms exhibited by the truck. They charged me for the service, but the symptoms were not resolved. Tom, the owner, told me that it was my fault, he was not willing to stand by his dealership's work, and that we should go our separate ways.
