Ronald Burson is calm, patient and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have walked into the dealership and met him as our salesman. My husband and I stopped by Landmark Ford to look at trucks. Ron showed us several options and encouraged us to test drive them all and take as much time as we needed. Unlike other dealerships/car salesmen we have dealt with in the past, he was respectful of our privacy and allowed us to take our time making a decision, without hassle and without annoying phone calls. There was no pressure and no sales gimmicks. We felt that he was understanding of our situation and an advocate for us in the negotiations. We were completely happy with our experience with Ronald Burson and with Landmark Ford.

Rear air suspension collapsed. They looked at the car quickly and advised as to the cost of repairs on the same day. Took a day to get replacement parts and a day to fix. Service was excellent and very pleasant service personnel to communicate with.

I was in Malaysia getting ready to move back to the USA. I set up this purchase solely by phone and Internet. Sean, my salesman representative, worked hard and did not give up in trying to find the exact truck I wanted. This truck was at another Ford dealer -- I had already tried, unsuccessfully, to purchase this very truck from two other Ford dealers but they were terrible at communicating and follow-through. I was delighted when Sean brought me a far better deal than either of these 2 other Ford outlets. When I arrived at Damerow Ford to take delivery, the deal was as promised. There were no hidden surprises. I have already recommended Sean to friends who are thinking of replacing their trucks.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

I went in to look for a used truck. I saw one online that was $41,990 . When I went in they wouldn’t tell me the price until I told them I was trading in my used truck and how much I owed on it(I owed what kbb said it was worth). Then they came out and said $46,990 and they would happily take my truck in as a trade at a loss(their words). I knew it was $41,990 because I saw the ad before I went in and asked again and they said it’s always been that price. They have the right to ask whatever price they want, but they lied to me about it and the salesman was spretty pushy. He came out after one of his visits to they guy in charge and just shook my hand without even saying what he was shaking it for. I assume he thinks he sold another sucker a vehicle. Bad sales pitch, lying to the customer and playing a shell game with the price. I will make sure everyone I know avoids that place and shops somewhere else.

I always want to buy a car fast and with no hassle. That's my rule! I had a great experience from the start to finish.
My salesman, Miro was great from the start. He listened and understood my vehicle requirements. He answered all of my questions and was very honest and sincere. He helped me by always being available to provide the best customer service and he's no nonsense, and very knowledgeable. He made arrangement to deliver the car and paperwork to me when I could'n come to the dealership. Follow up calls to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my vehicle.

I recently brought my VW Bus in to the Legacy Ford service department and had the best experience you could have at a service department. The service Manager Vern Lambert personally inspected my vehicle and discovered that when I replaced my starter I did not connect my Alternator wire. I thought I was going to have to pay for a new alternator and a to have it put in as well. Vern hooked it up and sent me on my way.

Awful customer service! Gives Ford a bad name. - Tapped out
Took my truck to them for various issues. One of which this would be the 3rd time taking it to them. They told me my truck would be ready the next day they had to order parts. Then called me back and said it was ready. I went to pick it up, they charged me hundreds of dollars and didn't fix the issue. They told me to drive it around and bring it back the next day. When I went back the following day they told me they would call me to make an appointment and one of the technicians would have to drive my truck for a couple of days to verify what I'm saying is going on. Even though I do have pictures as proof. When I questioned being charged for an issue that is not fixed the service manager told me we had discussed that and they hadn't charged me previously. I pointed out the issue is still not fixed, I shouldn't have paid them at that point. Last time I took my truck to them I had to fight with them for weeks until they would believe me but something was wrong with my engine with a knocking noise come to find out I had a piston slap and they had to replace my engine. But only after contacting Ford and weeks of fighting with them.

Wright Ford Service Advisor advised front brake service based on the symptoms exhibited by the truck. They charged me for the service, but the symptoms were not resolved. Tom, the owner, told me that it was my fault, he was not willing to stand by his dealership's work, and that we should go our separate ways.

From the top down this dealership exemplifies exactly what is wrong with the auto business. The salesmen were aggressive. People who have shopped here before told me not to go and they were right. If I want a Ford I would shop OUT OF TOWN and make the drive. Their mark up is huge. Plan on them trying to get you to pay $4000 more then MSRP. And people that know the owner know why this place operates as shady as it does. Ford makes a good product and they deserve better then this.
