The sales team at Miracle made our experience in purchasing another vehicle a very positive experience! Jordi was great from the start! They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Jim was very helpful in letting me test drive a couple of configurations I had interest in. We talked about a few options, availability and I was on my way home to do some research. After some quick research, I called Jim and asked for a sale price for one of the vehicles I drove. Of course, I had a number in mind myself, when Jim called me back a few minutes later, I could not deny the price. A short time later I arrived at the dealership to exchange some info, went to lunch with my wife and returned to sign papers with Jim! Not a closer, not a finance person, Jim! That is unique and welcomed. We then went to the freshly shined up truck, Jim gave me an overview, and I was on my way! Having purchased many new vehicles over the years, I've seen firsthand how some dealerships play games and waste your valuable time. Fortunately, you won't have to deal with any of that at Quigley!

Humes upon finding out that chrysler had not sent them the proper time frame, they gave me a loaner car to use. When they were done, Everything worked great.

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

I went here yesterday to test drive a Blazer and a Traverse. The salesperson that came up didn't even tell me his name. He just came over and said if you have any questions let me know and started walking away. I said "yes actually I do. I know what I'm here for" . The guy looked like I was inconveniencing him by wanting help. I told him I wanted to see a Blazer. He told me the blazer was discontinued and most people who want the blazer are going to the equinox. That seems pretty crazy to me since they are COMPLETELY different cars. Also, the blazer isn't discontinued. They just don't have any on the lot. So then I said "OK, can you show me the traverse with your highest end trim ?" Then he told me he didn't have the highest end trim. Fine, can you show me the highest end you have on the lot? He starts pointing out to the parking lot like I'm supposed to go find it myself. I asked him to please SHOW it to me. He started walking me all the way across the parking lot and on the walk he points out that "the traverse runs $40k to $60k and the one you're about to look at is selling for $54k.". I guess he was implying that I couldn't afford it even though I knew what they cost before I went there. Finally we get to the car and it's locked. He walked back to the building about as slow as I've ever seen anyone walk and started walking back to the car just as slow. He clicked the key fob to unlock it and my friend and I got in to check it out. He stood there in front of the car not saying anything. I looked at him and said....soooo.... can I start it? Maybe get the air going. He looked at me and went "oh, you want to start it?" He gave me the key, I started it to check it out. The guy stood outside, never asked me if I wanted to test drive it and never tried to tell me anything about it. Needless to say I was done. I got out, gave him the key and walked away. I think he could tell I was done at that point because then he asked if I wanted to see anything else so I told him I "didn't feel like I saw anything here. I'm going to go to another car lot with helpful sales people that know things about the cars you want to look at, let you test drive, and tell you their names." Horrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars.
