Videon is top notch when it comes to customer service and satisfaction from sales to service and everything in between. My fiance and I have leased three vehicles (2014 Cherokee, 2015 Grand Cherokee, and 2017 Journey) from Videon in the past three years. Every experience has been better and better. We leased our first two vehicles from Paul Hackett who is no longer there, and back in April of 2017 we leased a fully loaded Dodge Journey GT from Jim Mullen. Jim worked with us to understand what our needs and wants were and what our budget was.
We had been looking at another dealership at the Journey that we ultimately ended up getting. That dealership was not willing to negotiate price on a lease at all. We went to Videon and they had a similar vehicle in stock, but it did not quite match what we were looking for. Jim was able to secure the Journey GT from the other dealership and beat their price by thousands of dollars. We were still on the fence about the car, and Jim went above and beyond. Without restructuring our deal, Jim offered to pay off the lease payments on our 2014 Cherokee and even allowed us to keep the vehicle for the remainder of the lease so that we would not exceed the mileage on our other car.
I'm currently shopping for a pre-owned vehicle to replace my 2015 Grand Cherokee and I wish that Jim was able to sell pre-owned.
From the service department, I can say enough good things about Brian Iovino. I had some ongoing issues with my Grand Cherokee and I had been going to another dealership for months and they were not able to solve my problems, and actually created more issues with my car. After getting completely fed up, I decided to make the extra drive to Videon for service and Brian took my case and ran with it. He understood my frustration with the ongoing problem and he even worked with Chrysler's warranty program to get me into a loaner vehicle whenever I needed to come in for the same issue. With Brian and the entire team's expertise, I only needed to get a loaner vehicle twice before the problem was resolved for good. I have had no issues since.

For context, my wife and I live in NJ east of Philadelphia and are ~ 60 miles (90min) away from Anthony D'Ambrosio. We started our search for a minivan closer to home and visited a great Honda dealership and several mediocre Chrysler dealerships. Ultimately, we settled on the Chrysler Pacifica and after seeing enough variations of the model we figured out what trim level and options we were most interested in. Anthony D'Ambrosio had the exact match we were looking for, and I reached out to them via email and received a very quick response from Mark Lodzuk.
I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of state as I knew it would be a slight complication getting the vehicle registered, etc., but absolutely no one at a nearby dealership came close to the level of responsiveness that Mark showed. I was shocked and appalled with other dealers who simply refused to give me a quote via email. It's disingenuous when someone showcases what they have in stock via their website, but then resorts to antiquated sales tactics where they want you to come in and sit down and discuss a price. This did not happen with Anthony D'Ambrosio! Mark and I were able to communicate about price and explore available discounts and incentives well in advance of me ever setting foot in the dealership. I was able to shop around and feel comfortable with the price Mark quoted me, and my wife and I set up a time to make the drive out to their dealership to verify the car was what we wanted, made sure it worked, and we completed the transaction on the spot.
I'm willing to bet that a majority of folks looking to but a minivan work and have kids, and both of those things make it hard to shop for a vehicle. Mark and his team made it easy, and I'm grateful for his willingness to embrace a more modern form of car shopping. If you're in the south NJ / Eastern PA area I highly recommend them.

I flew into Philly from Cleveland after dealing with another dealer in CLE that I only went there to find out what I wanted was sold already, and then they said they'd find what I wanted and strung me along for 2 weeks (bad timing too, car totaled and another car a lease was about to be turned in) Turned out that David Dodge here At the exact vehicle that I wanted, The one that all the other dealership said they couldn't find LOL And after initially talking to Paige, and then dealing with George Francis, and even the owner got involved when the banks got funny and was basically like what the hells going on here LOL This place went above and be on anything I could've ever hoped for flying into another city for a vehicle and then driving at home, if you're in the market for a new vehicle when you're considering going here please do! I was looking for a tough vehicle for a rough driveway in snowy NW PA. Transporting older family members in all types of weather and having room for scooters and other equipment was also a necessity. Jim -explained all the features of each model in the lot and on the road. No hurry -- education and safety was a real priority with him. He followed up on all of my calls and after I decided on my SUV he devoted his entire day off to finishing my deal so I could be on the road with my safe new ride in time for a possible snow storm this upcoming week. Jim didn't promise things he couldn't deliver. The dealership has great extras like free oil changes, road side assistance, and Sirius Radio if you buy a new ride. Each of these things are subject to current offers but they put them in writing if they are available. The dealership is willing to look for the best possible financing and Ethan got an additional point down from my already decent credit union quote. They don't rush the paperwork and go over any questions you have. Thanks go out to Jim and Ethan for a great experience and a sweet new ride!!!

I took a visit not expecting to purchase a vehicle. I had previously stopped at Monroeville dodge a week to ten days before my stop at Cochran. I received a number that was nowhere near my expectations for a monthly payment on a Dodge Ram 1500. Although the monthly payment ,quoted by Monroeville doge, was quite high I expected a return call with a better offer. Never got the call for a lower number,just the salesman saying he has a used vehicle that might fit my budget. Needless to say was disappointed and thought my credit score was main reason for me to almost give up on the purchase of a new dodge. Stopped at Cochran afterwards , more to window shop at this point, met Taylor and ended up with new vehicle same night Taylor asked what number I needed and made it happen. Without stating exact monthly payment numbers I can tell you Taylor and Cochran saved me $190 a month compared to Monroeville dodges final quote.
