Very satisfied with the full experience. Chris "Big Hoss" Rhodes was great to work with and ensured I was in the loop the entire stope of the process. I drove 3 hours to get the vehicle and it was well worth it. The team was very conscious of my time and was ready for me when I showed up. The entire process at the dealership took less than 45 minutes and I was out the door heading home in my new Dodge Ram. Excellent value for my trade and no one was pushy about the extras they throw at you. Overall 10 out of 10. If you need a new vehicle I recommend Buchanon, and Big Hoss!!!

This is a sad story It makes me very leery of the service at this dealer I have a 2012 Honda Accord V6 and I was on my way to the doctor and my car started smoking and and frequently stopping and going Luckily I was near this dealer so I drove in to the service area Long story short they said I had to repair the car over $7400 I couldn't afford that but what's worse is I found out but the whole reason my car started smoking and stopping and going was because someone put too much oil in my carYes it has miss codes because it was xxxxxxx oil through the pcv and putting it back into the engine What is so terrible And you can tell there's a longer story behind it is this service place dealer never caught that or more importantly never told me And here I thought I had to go get a used car and my car didn't work but luckily I had it towed to this person and they fixed it for $70 Big difference very leery of Honda service dealer

Took over 2 weeks to get my second key for my new truck. The. When we got our jeep the lady in finance ran my wife and my credit even tho I was the only one who signed to get a credit check. We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in.

I am thankful the parts department and service department at Faulkner Nissan in Mechanicsburg worked together so I could have my vintage pathfinder repaired. I needed one aftermarket part which they helped me locate. I appreciate the service department identified additional services that I should think about or didn’t know I need so I can plan my budget for future projects.
