I rarely comment positively or negatively about companies. However, today I had the unique opportunity to meet truly competent professionals at Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC in Kilgore, Texas.
Yesterday, I brought my vehicle to the Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC Service Department to have some minor damage looked at and to request a quote. I met with Chris (the service director) and Adam (the service advisor). Adam was attentive and listened carefully to my concerns. He then offered me several options and was genuinely helpful throughout our conversation. Even when I was struggling to use the Keurig in the waiting area, Debbie (the office administrator) kindly came to my aid without any hint of annoyance or frustration.
Today, I returned to the service center to have my vehicle repaired. I was greeted like a longtime customer and was impressed by the professionalism, authenticity, and patience of the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my company's credit card that could have been very stressful. However, Essie, Debbie, and Paula worked together to resolve the issue on my behalf, and I was grateful for their advocacy and assistance. They went above and beyond, even though they had no prior relationship with this company. Thanks to their teamwork, I felt like more than just a customer - I felt like a valued client. In a world where it can often feel like everything is going wrong, I wanted to share my positive experience with Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC . The team there made me feel like family and their positive culture and exemplary service was truly remarkable. As a first-time service customer, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention they provided.
