Visited Mercedes to get my car serviced, my agent was Chad and he was AMAZING. Very professional, charismatic and personable, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. He placed me in a 2025 GLC300 loaner and I loved it so much that when I returned it, I told Chad I’m going to buy one today. He took me to Val, whom is also WONDERFUL. She is so sweet and caring, she’s like the sister you never had. When I say these two went ABOVE & BEYOND, they did just that! I honestly can’t say enough about these two and their customer service is beyond top tier!! They’re my sister and brother from another mother, lol. Needless to say, after I took home my new car, I brought my 23rd old daughter back to Val to purchase her a new Mercedes as well!!! I am in Kerrville working away from my home and I started having truck trouble A day before I was scheduled to go home after Being gone a month. Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip.

Weve owned our 2023 Outlander PHEV since January of 2023. For the most part its been very reliable. But in late April of 2024 it started producing parking sensor errors. After two failed service appointmemt attempts by the techss at Elder Mitsubishi to resolve the issue Rusty stepped in and saved the day. The techs blamed the error on a dashcam. Rusty took the time to thoughly diagnose the car. He reprogrammed the software on the car and called a few hours later to let us know it was ready to be picked up. He patiently listened to our concerns and frustrations and treated us like valued customers. He was awesome and best of all wife is happy to have the car back in working condition. Thank you Rusty for taking care of us.

I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.
