I want to thank Loyalty Cadillac for saving our vacation. I especially want to thank Kaitlyn Ussery. We desperately needed an oil change on my new XT6. We thought we'd be able to make it back from our 2 week vacation before I needed the oil change. Long story short, I called my dealer cause I was starting to get very bad gas milage. Even though I still had life left on my oil my dealer in St Louis said I wouldn't make it back in time so I needed an oil change immediately. Called Loyalty and they generously got us in the next day (my dealer would take weeks). Kaitlyn greeted us as we came in and she couldn't have been nicer, helpful and attentive. She actually found and way to squeeze us in earlier then the appointment. About mid way through the service she came to us and said the car will be done soon and asked if we needed anything. To our surprise Kaitlyn came back shortly after and said we are good to go. We actually were back on the road on the road and before our appointed time. Couldn't be happier. To tell you the truth, I wish my dealer/service was as excellent as Loyalty (and Kaitlyn). Unfortunately the car is having some type of mechanical issues. Since I bought the care I was getting over 30 MPG (on flat highways) to now barley over 26 MPG. I made an appointment with my dealer and it will be a month before I can bring in my car. Now I wish I lived near Loyalty Cadillac.
