They also have concierge service, which other dealerships do not offer. They will pick up and drop off your vehicle at your home or office and offer a loaner, this is definitely an amazing idea. Horrible customer service! I drove 4 hours round trip yesterday to look at a Jeep and worked directly with Sales Manager Gary, GM Niko, and Anthony. We spent over an hour going back and forth and ultimately agreed on a price. I was approved through financing, but they only had one finance person working on a Saturday, so we couldn’t complete the paperwork that day. Anthony and Gary both told me they would call me later so we could finalize everything over the phone and sign documents at delivery. I specifically asked whether I needed to leave a deposit, and Gary told me that would not be necessary. Anthony even said he had the keys and had already moved the Jeep to the “sold” lot in the back. I never received a call. When I followed up the next morning, I was told the three people I had worked with were off, and the manager on duty, David, informed me they had sold the Jeep to someone else later that night. His only response was “our bad” and that this “happens a lot.” That is extremely disappointing after driving 4 hours and being told the vehicle was secured. If Lindsey Automotive does not have adequate finance staffing on busy days, that should not become the customer’s problem—especially after a price agreement and financing approval. If you are not local and can’t sit in their waiting room for hours, be cautious. Based on my experience, verbal commitments and assurances that a vehicle is “sold” may not actually mean it’s being held for you. Customer service did not feel like a priority here.

This dealership is a joke. I had an appointment for a state inspection for 8am and by noon my car was 7th in line, even though I was called at 8:30 saying they were starting to work on my car. Sadly this is par for the course for this dealership. They are shady and shoddy. I would steer clear at all costs.

I'm 53 so have bought a few cars in my lifetime. We have been shopping for about two weeks for Honda CRV-Hybrid. Come across one online that was a great price. We have been super busy lately and don't live that close to the dealership. Dealership is in Manassas and we live in Virginia Beach. Not only did they negotiate on an already good price, they delivered! The process was absolutely the best experience that I have had making a car purchase. No sitting in a showroom for 5 hours dealing with negotiations and paperwork. No haggling. It was perfect. I'd like to give a shout-out to Ashley and Senal for helping us and the excellent communication. Also, to Bruce who delivered it with care. When we buy again, we will be looking your way! Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspections. Unfortunately, the service center failed at the most basic level. The oil filter was improperly installed, causing the engine oil to drain out completely. This left my wife stranded on the side of the road late at night and caused significant oil stains on both my driveway and a friend's property. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. To his credit, the service advisor was professional, apologetic, and covered the remainder of my insurance tow bill. They cleaned the engine bay and performed the service again. Even after the "fix," the attention to detail was non-existent. When I picked up the vehicle for the second time, I checked the fluids and found that none had been topped off; my coolant was actually below the minimum line. This is despite the fact that a multi-point inspection was part of the original service. My experience soured when I spoke with the manager, Afton Caldwell. She was dismissive and lacked empathy, treating a major service failure as "no big deal." Despite the risk of long-term engine damage due to their negligence, she refused to offer a refund or an extended engine warranty. Offering a free future oil change is a hollow gesture when the trust has been completely broken. They did admit fault on the service receipt, which is the only reason for the second star. However, due to the poor management response and the safety risk involved, I cannot recommend this service center.

On March 30, 2026 I brought my Chevy Silverado in for service on the infotainment center for the third consecutive time for. It has yet to be corrected. It has been reprogrammed three times and its control module has been replaced and now its scheduled for yet a 4th visit to try again. This no reflection on the service teams professionalism but it does raise question about there technical proficiency. This is very frustrating to have to return yet a 4th time for the exact same issue.

Based on the campaign and recall notice to prevent corrosion, I took my car to the service center. After the inspection and services were completed, I drove home and only realized the issue after returning home. I noticed that the rubber trunk weatherstripping had been lifted off and left unsecure/was not secured back in place. According to the paperwork, the technician who worked on my vehicle was Seung Lee. This was a waterproofing treatment, but leaving an unsecured rubber seal could become pinched or damaged, potentially leading to further issues for the customer. Last year, their technician left a greasy mark on the side door panel after a scheduled oil change. There is an inconsistency in their service quality. I am very disappointed with the quality of the inspection and services.

I just took my Chevy Bolt in for the 7 year AC service. Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed in a decent time considering the amount of work involved. The Service Techs, Adam Lebo and Josh Skinner were exceptional. When I Thought there had been a slight screw up they were quick to have me back in where they went over the situation and SPENT THE TIME to show me my mistake. The EV service engineer/technician Jack working on the vehicle went over the whole thing. I’m pretty much of a car nut. The engine bay is always clean so I thought I noticed some fitment issues- Wrong! Still a good learning experience. Additionally they threw in some service that I would have needed in December as part of the service since the car was practically disassembled for the initial work. That was a surprise. I’ve been taking the Bolt to them since my original purchase in 2019 and have been very happy. I would recommend them and their EV crew without a a doubt. BTW the vehicle has been reliable and worth every $$. Pohanka Chevy helped make it so. I do not work there nor do I have a financial interest in the business.

I had heard that this ownership would be an improvement over the prior owner but I am not sure that is true, I waited at the dealership for my recent app for a 50K checkup. It took three hours. And thrrr were no problems with my vehicle. I had an 8:15 am appointment mid-month. I really liked my service advisor, Evan, but I had another appointment following the checkup and could not wait for my requested car wash ( apparently very backed up with only one person working). In general, I find the male service advisers very unfriendly to this very friendly female judge (not stupid). Their heads drop to their desks as soon as they see me walk in, I am considering taking my business elsewhere, including the purchase of a new car. Unfriendly staff + three hour wait for easy check up not including car wash = very unhappy 20/yest customer.
