Recently purchased a BMW X5 for my wife from All American Motors and it was a great experience. The buying process was simple and painless the finance manager Michelle was a joy to work with and knocked out all the paperwork quickly and accurately. There were a couple service items that needed attention on the vehicle but Brandon and his team went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of and the car was 100% ready to go before we picked it up. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.

My salesman, Brent Fortner was top notch! He helped me through the entire process from initially expressing interest in the vehicle through completing the sale upon arrival of the vehicle to the dealership. His level of communication is well beyond anything I've experienced with any prior car buying experiences. Always available both prior and even after my purchase. Highly recommended! There was initially some disagreement with one of the sales managers over the value of my trade-in, requiring some back and forth negotiation, but after some time we were able to come to a fair agreement. Overall very pleased with my experience.

They are thieves. I bought a lemon from there. They refused to take it back or trade it in. Refused to make the repairs I asked. In the end they left me broke down in a ditch with my car. I had to give it back to the finance company because of them. I don't recommend going there for business. They will steal your money and leave you broke.

At the time, I believed I understood the facts and, in support of him, I made some harsh and unkind accusations. It is now my turn to admit I was wrong and to apologize to those who were affected by my words. To everyone at Wendle Ford, please accept my sincerest apologies. It took Mercedes Tacoma 10 days to complete a simple Service B on my vehicle. There was no rental offered, and for the first week my car sat with no updates—it appears they forgot about it. When I finally got a write-up, it recommended Service A, which tells me the technicians were never told I booked Service B. After all that, when the car was finally ready, I was told they wouldn’t send a shuttle because I live outside their 10-mile radius. I was charged almost $1,300 and then had to spend another ~$150 on an Uber just to pick up my own car. No proactive communication, no make-good, and no basic customer care. If you value your time, clear communication, and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. I won’t be returning to Mercedes Tacoma.
