I purchased a 2015 Corvette, that was originally in Tucson Az. it was shipped to Salem Oregon. I test drove it with Eric, the sales representative, we discussed a few minor issues. The purchase process was thorough, and quick. Eric explained the Car Max extended warranty, which seemed reasonable for a complex car as the Corvette. After getting the car home, the issues were corrected at my local dealer. Marrisa was simply great with communication and execution of the issues. I had never dealt with Car max before, and to tell you the truth, I was really impressed with their concept and their follow through.

Theoughly enjoyed my purchasing experience today! (9/27/22) Victor was the perfect person to handle my questions in a well informed and efficient manner. He was incredibly responsive before and during the sale, even coming in early to meet at a time that worked best for us. We made it through to the whole process in no time at all thanks to his hard work keeping things on track and moving. Both Victor and Corbin explained our options very clearly and made sure everyone came away happy. The hardest part was getting our own finances in order to close out the deal! While I hope I don't need a new vehicle in the near future, I will definitely keep Price Honda in mind.

Bought a used 08 Yukon had it delivered. Told me it was inspected and detailed they lie. Got my Yukon was dirty not detailed at all and when I drove it polly was swealing and u-joint on drivers side was clunking really bad and unsafe. I know it's a used car but he said it had been fully inspected by their mechanic and everything is in good condition. I asked him to have it detailed before it was delivered he said yes it will be. It was gross the upper interior was really dirty the dad dirty and it looked like they ran it through the car wash and never dried it there was water spots on all windows. I thought buying from a big dealership I would get a decent vehicle but now I have to spend money to get the u-joints fixed and the polly. Thanks a lot for the good experience Mo!!

My wife and I have had horrible experiences from Griffith Honda Service Department. Sales Department is almost as bad. They did not fix an issue with our new Honda, they scratched the fenders when they worked on it and they don't call you when they say they will. STAY AWAY;BUY ELSEWHERE!!

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Honda World in Coos Bay Oregon. Robert "Bob" Taylor was my salesperson. Bob listened to my needs and treated me with respect. I knew what I wanted, Bob did not attempt to sway me one way or the other. Bob was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Sales Manager, Dan Messener created a very comfortable atmosphere during the paperwork and making sure the service needs that were requested were appropriate and included in the transaction. The whole process took less then one hour. Mike Sullivan in the service department was great to work with. Mike explained what was done during the safety inspection. I felt assured that I would be driving a safe, reliable car. I must say that this was a very easy transaction. I feel great about the experience.
