The dealership lost/ misplaced my key fob! - Frustrated
The dealership lost/ misplaced my key fob! After I had checked in for an oil change and retreated to the waiting room, they came to me asked then tried to tell me I had the fob. I said no I left it on the dash. I went back to the vehicle, with my belongings, attempted to start the vehicle and there was the message, key needed. ... Turns out one of their employees had taken my key fob from the dash and left the premise! They contacted the employee who returned with the key fob. Why this had occurred was never explained, only their words nothing nefarious had occurred!
I received a text message showing "$0.00" for the service. That statement is still in my cellphone. Then I was charged $92.55.
I told the person who charged my service NOT to ask for a review because the review would be negative.
