Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

The Key Honda of Rutland is a bit of a drive, 1 hour and 40 minutes for us. The trip was definitely worth the effort. Staff responds courteously and quickly to all of our questions. The was no "pressure" to close the deal, it was up to us what we wanted. The dealer offered and delivered the car to our door once it was ready. We will definitely come back as buyers on our next vehicle and we definitely recommend the team at the Key Honda in Rutland..

Bought a used vehicle from them with ~60k miles on it during a time when I was financially stressed and in a pickle with a broken car, I could only afford to go to these 'smaller' dealers. Immediately got a sense that they were a bit shady, but ended up finding a car with 4wd that fit my needs with such low mileage! I inquired about a couple small patches of rust, and was told that while those wouldn't be covered under the warranty, it's something I would want to address sooner rather than later and their body shop could give me a quote, but "it's not anything that would cause it to fail inspection". xxxxxxxx. Four months later, I failed inspection due to rust! Every month or so I found myself in the shop for some reason or another, new oxygen sensor, bad ball join, bad bearing, new battery, more rust issues, etc. Some of this stuff was covered under warranty, but every time I tried to plan a trip, or use my car in the field I ended up having to take time off of work to fix one thing or another. It never passed inspection without major work and the car didn't even last me two years, and last week I had to scrap it before it even made it to 100k miles. A mechanic looked at it for me as I was trying to get an estimate for a trade-in and he told me I was lucky to be alive after driving that thing with how rusted it was, if I ever got into an accident it would not crumple the way its designed, but instead would shatter. He said there is no way things could have progressed that far in such a short time, so the seller had to have known that there would be significant rust issues when I bought the car. I paid 20k for this car, and it was only half paid off when I had to scrap it, and then come up with a down payment for a new car. Worst financial decision of my entire life, and I can't tell you how much stress this has caused me for the last two years. I was so relieved to get rid of that piece of junk and never ever have to deal with these people again.

It was the first time a dealer was not pushy and met my budget. It was my last stop, sick of looking at cars, and glad I did stop. The best part, they registered, delivered my new car with a FULL tank of gas! Never happened like that in CT.

I was a little hesitant buying a car because of the stereotype that most car salesman are trying to rip you off... we did not feel that AT ALL with Ross! He wasn't pushy or "salesy."
