I've been a customer of Romeo Nissan (and the former owners) for almost 13 years. Their amazing service department always takes great care of me and my cars. After all these years that department as well as many other employees always greet me by name. I feel very much like "family" whenever I go there. And when it was time to buy another car, albeit a used one, I never even considered another dealer. I know I'm going to be given the best deals on anything from a new battery to a new automobile at Romeo Nissan. I trust them implicitly to be totally honest with me--as they were when they told me that I'd be throwing good money after bad if I replaced the clutch and flywheel on my extremely rusted-out 2014 Nissan Versa. And I just love my "new" car, my wonderful Juke!

Bought a 2025 Nissan Ariya from Barberino Nissan in - Antoniogarcia221999

Bought a 2025 Nissan Ariya from Barberino Nissan in August 11, 2025 and I’m still impressed a year later. Barberino did the whole deal the sameday. Hugo walked me through the EV tax credit paperwork himself, which was such an easy experience. Since then I’ve had it in twice for service, both times with Thomas’s team, and both times I was out in under an hour with a clear explanation of what they checked. Still happy I chose them over the dealer closer to my house.

Very disappointed with service insisting that I had a - mbfontaine5

Very disappointed with service insisting that I had a front seal leak on the transfer case and the repair would be $1400. I asked a few follow up questions about this issue and was rudely dismissed. I then went to Gates Nissan and they said there was no leak!!!

Elias is the absolute best! - Nbehunick

Elias is the absolute best! This was my second time working with him and he made the whole process to turn in my lease and lease a new car so simple. He is extremely kind and trustworthy and I know he is always working to get me a great deal. Jonathan was also quick, efficient, and informative while dealing with the finance side of the process and all of the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and it is worth taking the trip there every single time.

Terrible Customer Service - Go Elsewhere! - Broken Car

Terrible Customer Service - Go Elsewhere! We bought a luxury vehicle from this dealership and where mislead and lied to about the car. So much so, the vehicle failed inspection! 10 months later and we have still not been reimbursed for having to pay to have the vehicle repaired to pass inspection. You are just a number here, no help at all.

This service department at Danbury Nissan is great. - Gbowden47

This service department at Danbury Nissan is great. However Nissan of North America is horrible. I have a 2023 all electric Nissan Leaf with only 28,000 miles on it. The warranty on the battery is for 100,000 miles or the year 2026. But Nissan of North America is refusing to honor their warranty. This service department at Danbury Nissan has tried several times to get Nissan of North America to honor their warranty on this car, to no avail. Nissan is refusing to honor their warranty and therefore has left me with a lemon that I must continue to pay for but can’t drive. Again, Danbury Nissan is great. Nissan of North America has left me stuck with a car I have to continue to pay for but can’t drive because the battery cannot recharge

Very dishonest. - Jeanlintmason

Very dishonest. Called us unsolicited to have us turn in our lease. We had 2 months left. They offered to not have us pay the last 2 months as we were turning it in early. When we showed up to turn in the car they said we never said we would forgive your last payments. They lied. Would never do business with them again.

Harte Nissan’s service staff and sales staff gave me a - NOSAJM#1

Harte Nissan’s service staff and sales staff gave me a warm welcome, including the Executive Manager, General Sales Manager, and Service Director! They answered all of my questions too! The joy, happiness, and love Harte’s employees extend toward their customers is refreshing.

The best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. - alexmgreen

The best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. This is undoubtedly because Juan Mills was one of the sweetest gentlemen I've ever dealt with at a car dealership and he made the transaction as smooth as can be. The whole process took a little over an hour with a trade and a new lease. Incredible process throughout and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a Nissan.

Sami was a pleasure to work with. - steve.gib

D'Addario is the best Nissan Dealership in the area. - brandon.s.bingham

D'Addario is the best Nissan Dealership in the area. We drive down from Middletown to get new cars. We always do 2 at once - no games, no shenanigans, and never any issues. We have leased 6 vehicles from them and will continue to do so because their service and experience is second to none. Mike, Matt, and Rebecca are the best to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you!

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
