I recently leased a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line Black, and working with Djerry was honestly one of the smoothest car-leasing experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, he was transparent, efficient, and genuinely honest — something that can be hard to find in this industry. He made every step of the process easy, answering all of my questions clearly and never trying to upsell or pressure us into anything. Djerry stayed on top of communication, kept us updated the whole time, and somehow managed to get the car delivered ASAP — faster than I expected. Everything felt straightforward and stress-free. The only minor issue was that the car didn’t come with floor mats, which was a bit surprising — but that’s on the dealer, not Djerry. Even with that, the entire experience was so smooth and professional that it’s barely a blip. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at what they do but also honest, respectful, and dependable, and Djerry checked every box. I’ll absolutely be coming back to him for my next car and recommending him to friends and family.

I was recently recommended to Lux Automotive Group by my future brother-in-law. My lease was coming due and having a demanding job that only allows me to visit car dealerships on Saturday's, there was no way I was going to be able to shop around in the amount of time I had left on the lease. I was a little skeptical at first as I had never worked with a lease broker in the past, but fast forward through the experience, I can now say that it is hands-down the ONLY way that anyone should go about getting a new car whether it's a lease or finance. The representative I worked with (Robbie) was excellent, let me explain. He was very attentive and asked all the questions he needed to ask in order to get me to the vehicle that I was undecided for. I wasn't sure what vehicle to get and with Robbie's help and experience in the business, he was able to get me a handful of options that was right on point for the type of vehicles I was interested in. It's truly such an easy experience for the customer when the hardest part of the process is what Robbie and his team take care of for you. I can tell you that on a scale from 1 to 10 that this was without hesitation a 10 experience. I was having trouble getting approved because my credit was light. Turns out that the other leasing company was the problem. They were telling the finance managers that my car was upside down $7000; this was a major reason I was not approved for ANYTHING.
