The Lincoln dealership was willing to go 5k but the appraiser at Solomon’s only offered 1200 hundred. Big discrepancy between the two. But my wife got a car that she likes. It would be interesting, to me, to know what you sold my trade In for, even at the auction.

I purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Columbiana Ford in April 2025. I was unable to travel there so needed to conduct the transition over the phone until delivery of the vehicle. As is similar to an above complaint, I asked the sales rep, Josh Wilt, and his manager if the car had any accidents and was told very clearly that it had not. Upon delivery of the car it was clear that the info they provided was false and the sales rep informed me that their dealership had, in fact, body work done to the car but did not paint the work because it would have cost them too much. The finance person, Jason, did everything possible to obfuscate the actual interest rate and bank fees, which was not clearly shown until delivery of the car. His explanation of the rate difference, when questioned, was suspect at best, which is likely generous. Lastly, the car was delivered with only one key, which was never mentioned prior to delivery. The sales rep texted me during the delivery that he would provide me with a second key. After two weeks and only when pressed, he said “we just don’t have the power to expense something like that unfortunately.” Extremely poor experience dealing with Columbiana Ford. The only suggestion I can provide to other consumers considering Columbiana Ford is BUYER BEWARE

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Conartist! Was in touch with a salesman for about a week for an expedition max. The day before my family and I left for the beach, I made the 1.5 hr drive down with hopes of bringing home a new vehicle (which I was told I could do so). I get about 15 minutes away and I’m told that the one vehicle wasn’t there, ok whatever there’s still more I wanted to look at. I wanted used and that was made clear. I pull in, the ONLY expedition max available was bran new. Also was promised my husband (working late and far away) and father (just had surgery) didn’t have to be present to sign anything she could give me paperwork and I could put it in the mail before we left. Upon arrival I’m met in the parking lot we went inside and talked. She informed me none of the vehicles I wanted to look at weren’t even there! So why was it so crucial I get there and why was I promised I could leave in a new vehicle?? She really tried to push a new vehicle on me and then tried to get me to lease even tho I was against both. She said she had a nice vehicle for me and she needed to get it. She was right it was an extremely nice vehicle but I was against another Chevy. When the man who took my vehicle to check it out and get me a trade-in value, I watched him punch my dash at amongst other things that just didn’t seem normal at all. We had the numbers ran it wasn’t anywhere near what I wanted at all. I called my husband he agreed to it so I tried to move forward then she kept trying to push for money down even tho I had a trade in. She brought me the paper with the numbers and she deducted what they were giving me for my vehicle added a bunch of taxes then added the total payoff and raised a price. The math didn’t make sense and I wanted a better rate, 8% no thank you. :She proceeded to say the banks weren’t open so they couldn’t get a realistic rate but she’s sure they can do better tomorrow and regardless my husband and/or dad needed to be there, even though she said otherwise numerous times. She knew we were leaving for vacation in a few hours said whatever she could to get us down there and wasted over half of my day! Before I even walked out, I had another dealership pulled up. I called them soon as I got in the car, explained what happened and was told come see us. The banks aren’t closed. She let me know that she would do whatever she could to get me in a new vehicle before they closed. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I wanted was at a a different lot, but I will be picking it up after vacation. I wasn’t sure if I just would’ve came there first if the lady had to she would’ve personally drove and picked up the vehicle for us to be able to take on vacation. I wouldn’t purchase anything from these people if they were giving it away free. Shults wasted 6 hours of my time for nothing!
