I had an emergency situation just before Christmas and had to purchase another vehicle. Jim Holmwood was the sales rep and took excellent care of the situation. He took his time with me Christmas Eve and I was able to drive my new Subaru off the lot that day. Thanks to him, I went home in a much happier mood than when I went in. I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

I bought a car from Noel back in October. Since then, I've had a number of issues with it that weren't disclosed to me. At first, Noel seemed like a really good and honest guy. However, after driving the car off the lot, I immediately started having issues and realized that I had been lied to about a number of things. For starters, I was told that the car was in excellent shape and that it was recently given a full inspection where everything was replaced and as good as new; I quickly realized how big of a lie that was. The transmission was shot and I had to have it replaced about 2 weeks after buying the car. Then, I took it in to get an oil change and they had to replace filters that had never been replaced before. I asked them to do an overall inspection to make sure that everything else was running okay given that the car has a significant amount of miles on it, where they told me that the lower control arm bushing was shot. I've put $3,000+ into this car after buying it for a price that it wasn't worth given everything that was wrong with it. When I relayed this information to Noel and asked if there was anything that we could do about the amount of money that I was now out of, he immediately became defensive and offended that I called him dishonest; he also didn't trust my word. After sending him the proof of paperwork that the car had a number of issues, he proceeded to tell me that I was getting ripped off by the people who inspected it. I took the car to 3 different dealerships and car shops for second and third opinions, on top of asking a friend that I know that I can trust, and they had the same things to say about the car and confirmed the damage almost immediately. Don't trust him, and don't trust this dealership. They are both incredibly dishonest. I've never seen worse customer service in my life.

I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I was in an fender bender accident in a parking lot that damaged the vehicle so I took my car to England Motorcoach. They gave me a free estimate, handled the insurance claim process and even took me to get a rental! My car was out relatively quickly and looked like new. I had a promotional coupon too, which saved a little money. Overall, I am totally satisfied. Thank you guys again!
