I was not looking for a vehicle, I had a 2021 Frontier. But Parkway has a great inventory and they were dealing. We purchased a 2026 LWB Frontier. The transaction was as good as possible. Tim Sholtz our salesman, Kelsey the internet coordinator and Ron Cihon the finance manager were pleasant, professional, and no pressure. I recommend these people and Parkway Nissan to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. And also a shoutout to Cody the service manager. Fair, and cool.

I had a noise when I would break at about 30MPH that I could not pinpoint. I took it in on a Friday. The Mechanic (Allen), found my left ball joint was bad, and still under warranty. He replaced it, but the noise continued, so they gave me another appointment for Monday morning and the Mechanic went with me as I drove my car and showed him the problem. He heard the noise and knew immediately what the problem was. We drove back to the garage and he repaired the item without an extra fee tacked on. Excellent job, excellent Mechanic (Allen), and an Excellent Manager (Don Stallman). All in all a good experience. They were courteous, very knowledgeable, and honest, decent people to work with, and I would highly recommend this team. I will use them in the future. L.F.

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. We purchased our Nissan, new, at this dealership and had a great experience. But once we started servicing our Rogue here it was quite the opposite. Long wait times were the norm, mysterious damage to our vehicle such as a dent in the quarter panel next to the hood, that wasn't there before. Oil leaking from the drain plug on multiple servicing's, they would never change the crush washer on the drain plug. And just recently my windshield came back cracked. When i questioned it the service manager told me it was a rock chip and things happen. Don't worry was his response, your comprehensive will cover the damage. Meaning someone else will pay, just not us. I had no proof, so $200.00 later i have a new windshield and will NEVER use this dealership again or recommend!!!

Simply the best around. Sales is honest and upfront. Service department is reasonably priced and seem to really care about us.

I bought the reasonably priced package for three oil changes that include tire rotation, and they do a short inspection of the vehicle and list Red/Yellow/Green depending on what is found. My Son took his vehicle in to drop off on Friday, to be serviced Saturday morning because he has Military Duty and couldn't take it and wait. They didn't have any envelopes in the drop off box, so he had an regular envelope and put the info on it and deposited the key in the dropbox. They contacted me the next day and said the vehicle was done so I got a ride out to pick it up. When I arrived they gave me the key and I asked for the R/Y/G paper. The guy said I had to talk to Tyler (who was on the phone) after waiting, Tyler told me that the envelope only said oil change, so they didn't do any of the rest of the stuff. He said we should've written it down that we wanted a tire rotation & vehicle check (which I already paid for). I told him there were no envelopes, so how are we supposed to know what to write down! He didn't believe me about the envelopes so he went and checked the box himself. I left very disappointed because it's such a hassle to drop off a vehicle because they said they don't do reservations. I've left four messages for (Rachel R.) over the last two weeks and I have not heard back. I'm told she is the service manager, and I have an issue with the work (not) done to my vehicle and the way I was treated by the staff, and I have yet to receive a call back! This is very disappointing! My oil was overserviced, tires not rotated, and the red-yellow-green check sheet not completed! Why pay for a package only to receive this kind of service and then to be ignored.

Terrible customer service. Although the salesman was okay, the finance guy was rude, condescending and I felt very pressured. The one car I test drove had a warning light (like I wouldn't notice) yet I was pressured to lease that one. The deals he offered were horrible. They held my keys from me, just left them on the counter at the service area for anyone to possibly steal and joked they were keeping me hostage. I got up and left. I would never recommend this place.

From the time you start shopping until you purchase and then every time you have service or any inquiries, Timbrook Nissan staff are there to help you. Greg Shumaker is an excellent salesman. He is very attentive and always aiming to please. He follows up on new sales and checks in with customers to see if they need anything. Inquiries are handled quickly and satisfactorily. I feel like he is my personal salesman! He is definitely my “go to” when I need anything!
